Yes, I am willing to work with Radio Shack at either the corporate level or the local store level as we work to find a resolution. As of today (07/09/2015, 2:PM) I have heard noting back from the local Radio Shack store here in Duluth, MN. I have heard nothing back yet from the Radio Shack corporate office other than the email I am responding to now saying they are looking in to the situation I very much want to get a PRO-Digital Handheld Scanner that works or a full refund of $325.00. Can you help me with that please? What are the next steps I need to do? Feel free to email, send a letter, or simply call me on my cell phone so we can talk--that number is ***
