The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period begins. During the 15 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

With this situation our records indicate that the customer was only charges the initial shipping cost of 6.95 on 12/10/20 when the order was placed as the customer called within the trial period to cancel and a return was set up and no other charge was made.

We are not sure why the customer was not able to return the product however that is ok as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes that we may resolve this in a positive manner. We have issued a full refund of the only charge that occurred on the account.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. With this situation our records indicate that no contact was ever made on the account in regards to a cancellation request. If the customer would have called or emailed us we would have been more than happy to have assisted the customer with the cancellation of the account.

As per this complaint we have cancelled the customers account and the customer should be able to confirm the cancellation as an email cancellation confirmation was just sent. Also as a courtesy we have issued a full refund on the last charge that occurred in hopes that we may resolve this in a positive manner.

Fraudulent company with misleading advertising. Won't refund money for product never rec'd.
My husband signed up for a trial bottle for raging lion and alpha xtreme. He rec'd them, didn't want the product and cancelled. He never rec'd any more product and upon checking our account balance, found that we had been charged for two products for 3 months straight. To put it simply, we have made multiple phone calls to no avail. At least 12 if not more phone calls were made with the same speal given. We recorded a conversation (in New York State it is legal) in which one of the customer service reps finally stated that there was a "glitch" and that two months of the product had ended up back at the warehouse. Mysteriously, we have not been able to reach this same rep again. We only had a partial refund to our account and want the $600 plus that we're still owed to be refunded.

Desired Outcome

To be refunded the remaining amount of money for product that was never rec'd and we have someone on record stating that it went back to the warehouse.

On a call made in November the customer claimed that they never received anything. At the time of the call the agent notated the account as follows:

Company offered trial of one month supply for the coast of S&H only at $6.95. my order was on 2/23/19. They put me into collection for $119 12/2019.
I called both the collection agency and the company and both insist that I owe $119.00 because I did not cancel according to their terms. The ad I responded to nor the confirmation and shipping emails made any mention that I needed to cancel or I would be charged anything additional. This is a scam. My original and only product from them is still sealed. My doctor advised me not to take the supliment. I did not attempt to return it since I only paid for shipping. Both the collection agency and company are trying to intimidate me into paying for something that I did not agree to. They did not send any additional product and I don't want any.

Desired Outcome

Have company and collection agency stop harassing me and attempting to damage my credit rating for a charge they have no right to Bill me for.

With this situation our records indicate the customer placed their order on 2/23/19 and their trial period ended on 3/10/19. There was no cancellation attempt made on the account and all attempts to bill the customer after the initial shipping charge have been unsuccessful. There was no return ever received on the account. When this occurs this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but never canceled or returned the product so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds.

As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. The customer should be able to confirm that all collection activity will cease in 24-48 hours and if any kind of attempt is made within the 24-48 hour time period of removal from the collections database they are to simply ignore.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. Now that the company heard from you they have modified there stance. Although I still strongly disagree with the inaccurate statements, I am satisfied that they will remove me from collections and change my account balance to $0. Many thanks to the Revdex.com for resolving this issue.

Returned all product (not used and not opened) canceled subscription (didn't know I had) immediately and was charged hundreds of dollars
Ordered free product by covering cost of shipping. Before I received product I was charged $119 & $129. Called, realized I was set up for auto billing subscription. Asked to removed, product and charges kept showing up in my mailbox. Returned to sender, blocked charges from my card after I had already paid S&H times 2 & $119 plus $129. Company then sent additional charges of $159.97 & $169.94 to collections for product I returned unopened.

Desired Outcome

Refund all money charged except shipping and handling as I did in fact agree to pay it.

With this situation our records indicate that one charge of 119.97 and 129.94 were disputed. When there is a dispute this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds. As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. This customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. Once a dispute is on file it has to be resolved between the customers bank and our merchant processor and we no longer have the ability to use the refund functionalities. We unfortunately are not able to issue refunds on the charges that were disputed however we would like to offer the customer free bottles for those charges in hopes that we mat work together towards a positive resolution.

Company has misleading advertising. Company has also repeatedly billed my credit card and no product was rec'd after cancelling the trial.
I signed up for the sample of raging lion. The website is misleading and deceptive to say the least. I cancelled the order and the company continued to charge my credit card. I was getting charged for two different products. Raging lion and Alpha extreme. I was charged $119.97 twice for August. I was then charged $129.94 twice for September and October. The account used was connected to a savings account of which is not monitored daily. While reviewing one of my account statements I noticed a charge for $49 by PSV and two charges of $129.94. One for alpha extreme and one for raging lion. I had not monitored the acct for these charges as I had cancelled the trial. I called immediately to request a refund. At this point I had only noticed the September charges. A refund was made but not for the full amount. Only 50% of the two charges of $129.94 was refunded along with the $49 mysterious charge from PSV. A few days later, while taking a closer look at previous account statements I noticed the rest of the charges I listed above. I was charged over $800 and had only rec'd the trial bottles (which I had called and cancelled)!! I have since called the company in excess of 10 times to request a refund as I did not receive any of this product. I have not been successful in receiving any more of a refund from this company. They are difficult to contact and most of the time did not return my phone calls as they stated they would. They keep repeating the same spiel which included that I had already rec'd my refund. Some of them have been rude and a rep named David has hung up on the phone calls two different times. I was given tracking numbers of which I tried to verify with my post office. I went online to try to verify the tracing numbers as well. I never rec'd any more of the product as the company kept insisting I did. I was repeatedly getting the runaround by this company who I believe had no intention of really helping me. After all of the phone calls and issues my wife decided to call, to see if she could get any further. She spoke to a rep named Amber who had been the most helpful up to this point. Amber but us on hold (we called on speaker phone and recorded the phone call) and came back on with another story. She said there had been a 'glitch' and that two of the months products had for some reason went back to the warehouse. We thought, "Yes, success!!!!" She said that the issue has been 'escalated' in their records and she would call us back the next day. Not having a whole lot of faith in receiving this phone call, my wife was straight with her and said as much. She told my wife that we could call the same number we had just used and ask for her and we could speak with her. Needless to say, we had to call back the next day as we did not receive the promised phone call. Somehow got through to Amber but was told that the issue was with management and they would be calling us the next day. No phone call was rec'd the next day. I called the same number, asked for Amber and was actually told they had no way of transferring a phone call to Amber!! It was either go through the same explanation with them (of which we had already done, multiple times) or we were S.O.L. I tried to call again to speak with Amber, ended up with the very rude rep David who had previously hung up on me. My wife ended up calling....again. She got David, again. He would talk over her and just keep repeating the same spiel over and over again, When she refused to let him do this, and kept speaking to try and get her point across he actually asked her to stop interrupting him!! When he didn't like how the call was going he hung up on her. She called back, got a Christine this time, went through the whole spiel again. The issue was once again 'escalated' and now we wait. 24 hrs later, no phone call. This company is a scam, gets you to give them your financial info and then makes it difficult to obtain assistance.

Desired Outcome

As I have requested from the reps multiple times, I want the rest of the charges refunded for product that I never rec'd. I had told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com, the consumer protection agency, the attorney general's office and none of that seemed to matter. Since going online and seeing the rest of the negative reviews of this company, I now know that I'm not alone. I will not quit until I receive the rest of the $600 + that I am still owed. I have a feeling I will never reach the mysterious Amber again as it seemed like we had gotten somewhere in speaking with her. I know the company is going to copy and paste their same spiel here regarding "the way the trial program works is....blah, blah, blah. They will probably even start it out with "we apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint." There is only one resolution that will satisfy me and that it for the rest of my money to be refunded.

I ordered a trial bottle for $6.94 and received a bottle two weeks later and I've tried it for five days. It has not worked and I was told that I was going to be charged for it because it was a 15 day trial and yet again I told them I didn't get the bag until two weeks later. The guy said that the website also says it's a 15 day trial and my card would not been excepted unless I would have read that. The website doesn't in my recollection have any place that says that it was a 15 day trial. I will be charged $119 for this product that does not work. don't buy is this product it's a scam!!!

I was charged $ 119 dollars, and the will not refund me
I was charged $6.95 on my TD credit card on December 26th for shipping and handling. On December 31st my package arrived a Tuesday. I believe your trial period should not start until you receive your package, best company operates under its own rules. This company says my trial period Started on Sunday December 22nd because that's when I ordered it online. 12 business days which would exclude holidays and weekends would end on January 9th 2020 which is the day I cancelled. After I cancelled I noticed they had already charged me on January 8th for $119 which is money I truly need for bills. I called the company to try to settle this Arrangement and they said there was nothing they could do and I would not be able to get my money back. I'm relying on your company to help me

Desired Outcome

$119 refund

With this situation our records indicate the customers trial period ended on 1/6/20. The customer spoke to a customer service representative on 1/6/20 and an explanation of the charges was provided. On 1/10/20 the charge was then disputed. If the customer would have requested a refund instead of disputing the charge we would have more than happy to have provided a refund. Once a dispute is on file it has to be resolved between the customers bank and our merchant processor and we no longer have the ability to use the refund functionalities.

Since we are not able to issue a refund due to the dispute status on the account would like to offer the customer a free bottle in hopes that we may resolve this in a positive manner.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

Co. posed themselves as a program through Amazon for cost of shipping only goods. Makes unauthorized charges to CC through several companies.
I received a promotion through what I thought was Amazon for cost of shipping only goods as a thank you for doing business with Amazon. Once I selected a free product, I gave my CC for shipping charges. I tried to cancel once I began to suspect something was wrong when I was switched to another site. By hitting cancel I was actually signing up for another product. On Jan. 2, 2020, I received an Autobill for $119.71 with a note that my trial period was up. I am now receiving autobills from two different company's for two different products. I will file a second complaint for the second company. No where in any of their advertising did they mention a trial period nor did I authorize future charges to my Credit Card. I received a notification immediately from my bank fraud department that a charge had been made to my card from a company that they have received several fraudulent charges from. I had to cancel my card. I have tried to contact the company's customer service number several times to remove my account but you can never get through. I also started receiving a number of other charges to my account for small amounts all at the same time. I have reported this company to Chase and to Amazon for fraudulent enticement to charge my credit card. I receive daily past due bill notifications from this company's billing agent, I want it to stop, or I will file a complaint with federal authorities next. No products have been received other than the first two bottles of FREE goods, which I did not dispute the shipping charges, since I was stupid enough to agree to those charges of $6.97 and $6.95.

Desired Outcome

Stop sending me billing notices, stop trying to charge my account for products I did not authorize, nor have I received. Stop representing yourself as affiliated with Amazon. Do not file a late or no payment against my credit. I want cofirmation by email of all the above for any and all charges relating to Raging Lion and or Alpha XTRM.

We are showing that the consumer has only been charged the shipping fee for the items and at this time the account has been canceled.

While the business response is not accurate: The company did attempt to make additional charges to our credit card and then shared our credit card information with another business, who attempted to make charges on our credit card - they were denied by "Chase Fraud Division" who has the company on a watch list. so long as I do not receive additional emails from their billing company "Secure Bill" saying that I am in default, the account has been closed and I do not receive a collection notice then I am satisfied.

I ordered my free sample of raging lion & was only supposed to pay for shipping. They still keep charging my debit card for $119.97 & wont stop

Desired Outcome

With situation our records indicate that the cusotmer placed their order on 12/13/19 and their trial period ended on 12/28/19 and all attempts to bill the customer have been unsuccessful. There has been no interaction by call or email on the account in regards to a cancellation request, this is the first interaction. We have not received any kind of return.

As mentioned above we have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

As per this complaint this customer does not owe anything and has no debt with us whatsoever. The customer should be able to confirm that an email was just sent confirming the cancellation of the account.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Company trying to scam people for money.
Taking advantage of senior citizens with a scam and you can not contact the company to complain
I bought a bottle of Raging Lion for 6.95 in August and now in December I got both a letter and a call from a collection agency saying that I owed them 119 for the same bottle I paid 6.95. I could not even take 1 pill because of other medicine I am taking. I do not know why these companies continue to try to scam people. I never got a bill from these people and they tend to pray on the senior citizens.

Desired Outcome

I am looking for Raging Lion to drop the collection against me and not charge me for this product. I have not used 1 pill since I take other medication that could affect me adversly. I did not even take 1 pill because i am taking other medication so I threw away the bottle.

We apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint.

In our defense we do not know the age of the customer when they place their order however they must be older than 18 years old. The customer service number is on the physical bottle the customer receives as well as provided on the paper insert which is included with all shipments. This insert shows the customers basic order information and customer service contact information. We apologize however if the information was over looked or the customer was not aware.

The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled.

With this situation the customer was billed the initial shipping charge and was sent the bottle and all attempts to bill the customer after the trial were unsuccessful and no return was ever made. No call or email has been made in regards to canceling the account.

We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy in hopes of resolving this in a positive manner.

We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. I never ordered pills from Raging Lion and just received a collection letter for $119.97. I do not even recall of receiving a free sample.
I have not authorized Raging Lion to bill my credit card for any amount. I never requested to receive any of their medication.

to have the collection agency close my case and not affect my credit rating, I did not buy anything from Raging Lion

It also instructs that an email would need to be sent to the email address on the website where the order was placed as those would have been received by an agent. We apologize if that was overlooked and a response was not able to have been made. Cannot reach the company to cancel the delivery of the product. You are on hold for 15 minutes and it rings and then disconnects.
I only wanted the trial bottle and never wanted to continue to receive the product until I could tell if the product worked for am and it DOES NOT. I tried numerous times to reach a rep to verbally cancel and I cannot. This company is a scam! The phone rings and you are told thru automation that your call is in a que and this goes on for 15 minutes. Then your hear a ring tone as though your call will be answered only to find it rings about 20 times and then disconnects. I have no way to cancel this sale and it is very frustrating. I have an opened bottle and do not want it. I still have the package/mailing envlope it came in.

Desired Outcome

I simply want to stop the shipping of the product and this bottle to be returned and a refund for the 2nd bottle I received that I do not want.

I just want my money back I was reading other reviews and the company said you had 15 days to cancel, I canceled on the 14th and I was billed still
I paid for a free trial on November 19, 2019 I didn't receive it until the 25th they counted the weekends and the days it took to ship as part of the free trial, I didn't even get to try the product out. They said to cancel within 14 days then told other people 15 days I cancelled within 14 and on the same day I cancelled I was billed. This was a very bad experience and I'll NEVER. Do business with them again I just want my refund because I feel cheated and mislead and obviously a free trial shouldn't start till you actually get the product

Desired Outcome

I just want a full refund

Seems fair

THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM! THE ONLY AND I STRESS ONLY REASON I EVEN CLICKED ON THEIR WEBSITE WAS BECAUSE THEY SHOWED AN ARTICLE THAT SAYS THEY WERE A PRODUCT FROM THE SHARK TANK AND OF COURSE BECAUSE IT WAS ADVERTISED AS FREE AND FREE MEANS TO ME THAT I DON'T PAY FOR IT PERIOD. I WAS AWARE THERE WAS A SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE AND I AGREED TO PAY THAT WHICH I BELIEVE WAS $6.97 AND THAT WAS IN ADDITION TO THE ADDITIONAL $119.97 THEY TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THEIR "FREE" PRODUCT. THEIR TERMS STATED THAT I WAS ABLE TO TRY THE PRODUCT AND IF I WAS NOT SATISFIED THEN ALL I HAD TO DO WAS CALL AND THEY WOULD CANCEL ANY FUTURE CHARGES BEING MADE TO ME. WELL I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT ON NOVEMBER 1 AT 9 PM AND MY "FREE" BOTTLE WAS NOT SHIP OUT UNTIL 7 PM ON NOVEMBER 4TH. UPON RECEIVING IT ON NOVEMBER 8TH I IMMEDIATELY REALIZED I DID NOT WANT IT BUT I KNEW I HAD 30 DAYS TO TRY THE PRODUCT OUT SO I WAITED. THEN A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER I RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM MY BANK SAYING MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CHARGED IN THE AMOUNT OF $119.97 AND I WENT TO INVESTIGATING. ONCE I DISCOVERED IT WAS A CHARGE MADE BY RLZ, STEEL TECH OR MALE ENHANCEMENT FORMULA OR WHATEVER THEIR COMPANY NAME IS CHARGED MY ACCOUNT I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW I DID NOT APPRECIATE THEM LYING TO ME ABOUT BEING ON SHARK TANK AS WELL AS LYING TO ME ABOUT THE "FREE" BOTTLE THAT I WAS NOW BEING CHARGED $119.97 FOR, WHAT A RACKET

NOW THEY WILL PROBABLY TELL YOU THAT IT IS IN THEIR TERMS AND BECAUSE I AGREED WITH THEM THEN THEY ARE NOT LIABLE BUT I AM TELLING YOU NOW, THE ONLY REASON THEY WERE ALLOWED TO EVEN GET MY ATTENTION WAS BECAUSE THEY REPRESENTED THEMSELVES AS A SHARK TANK COMPANY WHICH WAS A LIE.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO REIMBURSE THE $119.97 THAT THEY TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT DUE TO MISREPRESENTING THEIR PRODUCT. I THINK THEY SHOULD ALSO BE SHUT DOWN FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS CITIZENS AS MYSELF. ***I HAVE SOME ATTACHMENTS TO INCLUDE BUT FOR SOME REASON THEY WON'T ATTACH FROM THIS COMPUTER SO I WILL TRY FROM MY WIFES AND TRY TO ADD THEM TO MY COMPLAINT IF YOU NEED THEM.

Raging Lion Response • Dec 03, 2019

With this situation our records indicate the customer spoke with a customer service representative after their trial period ended in regards to the charge. As per this complaint we have issued a full refund of the 119.97 charge in hopes that we may resolve this in a positive manner.

Please allow 3- 5 business days for the funds to post back to the account.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.
