We apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint. The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period begins. During the 15 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled. With this situation our records indicate that no contact was ever made on the account in regards to a call or email to customer service to cancel. This compliant is the first interaction. As per this complaint we have issued a full refund of all charges that occurred on the account.

We have not received any kind of return however that is not an issue as we would like the cusotmer to keep the bottle as a courtesy as we would like to work together in resolving this in a positive manner. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Could not use product per Doctors order. Now refused refund.
I ordered the free sample of Raging Lion on August 19, 2019 Order#XXXXXXX.I took it to my Doctor who advised me not to take it because of the many other drugs I am on. I did not open the bottle. 2 days ago October 16 I received a 2nd bottle. I called the phone number listed on your web site in Tampa Florida for Raging Lion. That's when I discovered that I had been charged $119.94 for the "free" sample and $129.94 for the 2nd bottle! Both were charged to my Visa. I had no idea this was going on. I cancelled the ongoing subscription I didn't know I had and asked for a refund but was refused. I said I had not opened either bottle but was told it did not matter because I had agreed to pay. Had I known about these costs I would not have agreed to any of it. The prices are ridiculous. Please help me get my refund. Sincerely

Desired Outcome

A refund of $249.88 for 2 unopened bottles of raging lion which I could not use on Doctors orders. I realize I am not blameless in this matter in that I should have been more vigilant in reading the fine print. I have had erectile dysfunction for some time and became excited about the prospect of pleasing my wife after so long. A a gullible old man.

Company keeps auto billing me, when I did not approve auto billing. I want my money refunded ($240).
I placed an order on 8.18.19 for $6.95. I did not authorize auto bill, and unchecked the box for auto bill. The company charged me $120 on 9.1.19, and $120 on 10.11.19. I called as soon as I found out about the charges (10.15.19). The company said they would reverse the charges, but I received no refund email from them. I want my money back. This is deceptive trade practices act claim material. Thank you for your time and have a blessed day.

Desired Outcome

100% refund

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This business uses deceptive practices to take advantage of customer, and auto bill them for a product that is marketed at $6.95. I did receive a refund of $129. But, I have not received a refund of $119.97 (unauthorized potentially fraud). I placed the order and specifically unchecked the box for auto bill; I only wanted to try the item and specifically unchecked the auto renew feature. There is nothing on the website (at the time I placed my order) that says you have 15 days to cancel, or that it will auto renew or automatically bill you $119.97. It took about 4-5 days to actually receive the item, so you technically dont have 15 days to try the item.

There are many people who have ordered from this company, and believe that the company is deceptive, misleading and outright lying. I think this is good material for a lawsuit, but the Bible tells me to love my enemies and to pray for those who persecute me. This is not how a company is supposed to conduct business. I would like my money refunded ($119.97).

Thank you for your time and have a blessed day.

Very Respectfully

I accept the company's proposed resolution IF (ONLY IF) THE COMPANY REFUNDS THE AMOUNT TO MY BANK. AS OF THIS DATE MY BANK HAS NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. I would advise the company to ensure (DOUBLE CHECK) that the refund has been processed/issued, because my bank does NOT show that the refund is received. Also, I would like an email verifying that the refund has been processed. The company provided me with an email showing that I returned the unused product, and I would like an email showing the refund has been processed.

The company has not yet processed the refund it promised. I'm not sure if there is a technical problem on their skde.

In the customers complaint they mentioned 80 which I believe was a misunderstanding as 80 was an 80% discount dropping the price to 18.71. The payment was unsuccessful and then the customer set up to return the bottle through the automated system on 10/16/19. We never received the return which is completely fine as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy. The customer should be able to confirm that no other attempts have been made in regards to attempted payments after the last attempt which is showing on 10/15/19. No where on there website does it say it's a trial bottle it only says to pay for shipping only. But I'm okay with there response if they do not try and charge any more unauthorized charges.

I canceled my subscription but was still charged for the monthly installment.
I was charged $119.97 for the product, but I canceled and I've had to escalate to a manager to get a refund.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund for the $119.97 back to my credit card account.

Took the free trial for $6.95 shipping, now they are repeatedly trying to charge my credit card $119.95 for a product that does not work.
They have tried to charge my credit card every day for the last three days. I get an email stating that they attempted to charge my credit card $119.95 just after midnight. This is very frustrating and I need it to stop,as I did not agree to this.

Desired Outcome

Stop trying to charge my credit card! I did NOT agree to this action!

I ordered the raging lion trial bottle not knowing I would be charged over $100. I would like to cancel the subscription but I don't know how.
The advertisement for raging lion was showing I would be charged a few dollars for a free bottle. So I ordered it and then about two weeks later (10/3/2018) I was charged $120. I want out of the subscription as soon as possible.

Desired Outcome

I just want out of the subscription obviously the "business" needs money if it has to scam people I would like a refund but I'm not asking for one.

I ordered what I thought was a free bottle of Raging Lion in mid 8/2019. I understood that I had to only pay S&H fee of $6.95 for the bottle. I received my credit card statement on 9/30/19 and was charged $119.97 for the "free" bottle. I contacted my credit card company on 9/30/19 and was told that not only do I have a charge for $119.97 on 8/27/19 from this company but I also have a pending charge of $129.94 for 9/19 shipment. I contacted Raging Lion and they gave me a partial refund for the 9/2019 shipment/bottle that I have not received yet. I received an RMA number to return the 9/2019 bottle once received. I think this is misleading and fraudulent business practice.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of $249.91 for August and September 2019 shipments. I feel I already paid for the 8/2019 shipment by paying the S&H of $6.95. I have not even received the 9/2019 shipment as of 10/1/19 and think I should get a full refund for this shipment as I am returning the product unopened once I get it in the mail.

Neither bottle of the product was refused upon shipment. I returned both bottles on 10/9/19 through USPS along with the RMA number on the package. I do appreciate the resolution offered for one shipment, however I was requesting a refund on both shipments. I paid the S&H on the first shipment which is what I thought was a free bottleonce S&H was paid. I am also requesting a credit of $119.97 for the first shipment of this product. Thank you for you assistance with this matter.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

I have not received any refund for the 8/2019 shipment or any response by the company. I understood that I was to pay the S&H of $13.90(total for 2 bottles); however I was actually charged an additional $239.94 for both bottles. The way the advertising was presented to me is that the bottles were free to try and all I had to pay was S&H. This is fraudulent business and advertising practice. I have since cancelled my order due to adverse effect and the cost of the product. I am willing to send back the unused portion of the product if postage is provided. I am requesting a refund of $239.94.

The names of the company do not match! They are trying to utilize different names to cover their fake business transactions. THIS MUST STOP!

Desired Outcome

Please help stop this harassment and put this to a end ASAP. Thank you. I'm trying to prevent this from affecting my credit, it has not yet, but to be safe I want this harassment to end and not affect my credit.

Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period for Raging Lion and the 14 day trial period for Alpha XTRM begins. During the 15/14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. With this situation our records indicate that the customer had disputed the 119.97 charge which was for the bottle that was received. When there is a dispute made and a customer never returned anything this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds. As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

Stated it was a free sample pay shipping only. Instead charged my Bank Account $94.00 two times for two different Samples.
Ordered on line Raging Lion and Alpha XTRM as samples paying shipping only. I received the samples but was charged 94.00 per sample. I tried to cancel received a cancellation notification #XXXXXXX and #XXXXXXX. But since then I have been charged two more times @ 94.00. And have never received any more product.

Desired Outcome

A refund and a permanent cancellation.

We apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint. With this situation our records indicate that the only charges the customer has associated with us were the shipping costs of $6.95 for Raging Lion, $6.97 for Alpha XTRM and also that the customer opted for the expedited shipping charge of $9.97. All of those three charges were however disputed. Other than those charges there have not been any other charges from us. I believe the customer was charged from a different company as we do not have any price points of $94.00 which the customer mentioned. To provided a little assistance there should be a phone number associated next to the charge which should be the customer support number for the company that made the charge. Or there should be a number/toll free number on the physical bottle that was received, and lastly there may be a number that was provided in any kind of email correspondence when the order was initially placed. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Although they stated that I would be only charged for shipping I was never charged those shipping amts. nor did I ask for the expedited shipping. I was charged for " Uplifting Body" 89.95 the first time and 94.90 the second time. Then Strong Body I was charged 89.98 the first time and 94.96.
I need this to be refunded and CANCELLED

Raging Lion Response • Oct 01, 2019

I do apologize however those charges would not be from our company. With our company the only charges made from us were made on 8/2/19 for 9.97 for expedited shipping on 8/2/19 for 6.95 for Raging Lion and on 8/2/19 for 6.97 for Alpha XTRM. We do not have any products with the price points that are mentioned in the complaint of 89.95, 94.90 and 89.98. As mentioned previously in the last correspondence I would strongly recommend contacting your bank and asking for the phone number associated with those charges as those did not come from us. Your account with us has been fully canceled since 8/14/19 due to disputes made. We hope that you are able to find the correct company to resolve the matter.

I purchased the free trial bottle @6.95 to cover shipping cost and was charged $38.95 to cancel future shipments.
Ordered on 09/17/2019 10:43am, order number XXXXXXX. I canceled future orders and was immediately charged $38.95 before I hung up on the automated call. I checked this site to realize that it a common practice at this company to receive more money from customers unknowingly. I have not been able to contact anyone directly and from what I've read, I am changing my card to prevent future usage by them. If anyone tries to threaten, my attorney will get involved. Manipulative wording is not the way to run a business. I hope they are shut down

Desired Outcome

They did nothing to require $38.95. The order hadn't been processed yet. Shady business practices should be outlawed if they aren't already

Raging Lion Response • Sep 25, 2019

We apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint.
With this situation the 38.71 charge is an option within the automated system as an option to keep the bottle at a discounted rate versus the hassle of having to return the bottle. The only way to have been billed 38.71 is by the customer pressing the number option to authorize and take advantage of that discount. Also there is an option to speak to a live agent if the customer wishes to speak to someone. The claim that "its common practice for our company to receive more money from customers unknowingly" is very inaccurate as the options are presented when calling the automated system and the customer must press the number associated to the option they wish to take advantage of. As a courtesy we have issued a full refund of the $38.71 charge so that we may work together to resolve this situation with a positive outcome. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding when cancelling via the automated system. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

Thank you for acknowledging the faults in your automated system

They have facebook AD and I ordered one with paying several dollars. After a couple of months, I received collection bill for this company.
It is a scam. The purchase date is not sure and I could find it out on my credit card. The collection company requests 119.97. I did order a bottle product and paid through facebook link a couple of months ago.

Desired Outcome

I paid what I ordered and not sure why the collection company sent me a mail for this company. It is really bad company.

Thanks

No matter what they said, they never put the customer in the first place. They hooked the clients with little cost and charged them later. And the customer never got any reminder and then threw to collections company to threaten the clients for dropping credit scores. Very bad trick and strategy to manipulate the customers. I don't think they will survive with the business model. And customer service number is not on google but from the collection company.

I paid they asked and I would let other people to avoid the loss.

Thanks

Very bad business model. The AD showed on Facebook. So I did not think it is a trap or phishing. But, the fact it is. Please be cautious this product or business.

Thanks

I've been receiving threatening phone calls on my cell phone regarding collections of 348$. For a free trial supplement which I paid shipping .
I've received many threatening phone calls on my cell phone regarding collections of 348$ for a free trial bottle of supplements which I paid shipping and handling. When I call the number back to try to resolve this issue it says this number cannot be completed as dialed. I do not owe what they say I owe. For a product that does not work! They are going as far as calling my daughter in law to harass her in my behalf. This so called company is nothing but a scam and should be reliable for harassment and false advertising. I haven't received anything in the mail regarding this issue which I believe is a total scam.

Desired Outcome

Do not contact me

Fraudulently charged and sent to collections
I received a collections notice date 8/23/19 from National Medical Administrators Inc., on behalf of TRS Limited referencing "account number" XXXXXXX had been sent to collections. I have never purchased anything from the original creditor nor did I sign up for any trials that I have read about under this company, so how is it possible for an account I supposedly have to go to collections? According to time frames I've researched via the internet and their terms of use agreement, I would have had to have ordered and received this product towards the end of May. I know for a fact that this could not have happened in any way because I was hospitalized and had no access to a phone or internet during the last half of May. I am still recovering from my health issues and require assistance almost 24 hours a day. When my family tried to help me resolve this matter with the company, we were unable to reach any representative to do so.

Desired Outcome

I would like the fraudulent debt with the orginal creditor to be ereased & my credit report/collections account to reflect no debt ever existed.

Ordered product on 08/15 as a trial. They will not honor the 30 money back guarantee of 30 days, no questions asked.
Signed up to receive the two bottle trial of Raging Lion and Alpha XTRM. Was automatically, and through an unauthorized charge to my credit card, was billed a total of $239.54($119.97 twice). I called and asked to be refunded and was told no, due to the trial ending in 15 days for one day and 14 days for the other. Day 15 is TODAY, September 2nd...

additionally, I was reading my cancellation email and see that is also says that if I'm not happy for any reason, they will refund my money, no questions asked, which also wasn't done... I'd like to get my money back from them, as I am not happy with the product, and will never be ordering it again. It is a bad product.

Desired Outcome

I want my $239.94 refunded, plain and simple.

False Advertising resulting in unauthorized charge on my credit card.

I paid online for one trial bottle of Raging Lion. 30 days later I was billed for automatic shipping for another bottle, which I never ordered. I paid for one bottle of the supplement Raging Lion, paid with my Costco CITI VISA Card ending in ***. I paid $6.95. I have disputed this charge with Costco CITI VISA. This card has now been cancelled and a new card will be issued. The charge on my CITI VISA card was $119.97 for automatic shipping for more product. I never signed up for that nor agreed to that. I have received an email from them demanding that I pay them this amount. The merchant has this title - Herba-Slim Xtrm. I was lied to and tricked. I would never agree to this. The product also does not do what it claims to do.

Stop them from threatening me to pay $119.97.

Desired Outcome

Stop them from contacting me about this false charge.

We do apologize however we do not have the option to send Money Orders or Certified Check. As you can see in the previous correspondence we did initially initiate a refund which did not go through due to the customers block on the account. We deeply apologize we are not able to accommodate the customers request for a desired resolution. Thank you

I have cancelled my request for and do not want their product. They are now trying to collect from me over $200 never contracted nor product rec'd.
I ordered a free bottle of Raging Lion on 3/29/19 order # XXXXXXX.

They supposedly shipped it on 4/1/19. I never received it. Shipment #XXXXXXX

The confirmed my cancellation of the order on 4/16/19 cancellation #XXXXXXX

I no longer want this product. I never agreed to a monthly contract/payment to them. I have stopped payments to them on my credit card. I want them to desist in trying to "collect" over $200 that I do not owe to them. They are trying to collect through National Medical Administrators Inc in Norcross, GA two collections:
#XXXXXX for $46.95
#XXXXXX for $159.97

Desired Outcome

Cease all false collection efforts and do not ding my credit rating. I have the three emails referenced above including the confirmation of the cancellation of my "order" which I never agreed to. I only signed up for the free bottle and paid the handling fee. I never committed to a monthly shipment (and there have been none) nor a monthly payment to them for this so-called product.

I am attaching my copy of that email once again to this communication. In it they confirm that my order has been cancelled. Please forward that copy to them because they are liars. The email that the customer provided was after the trial period had ended which confirmed the cancellation. When the customer calls within the trial period they are presented options to either keep the bottle at a discounted rate or they may choose to return the unused portion. Our records indicate no contact was ever made on the account in regards to any communication with customer service via call or email. Also the customer was fully refunded of all charges. The shipping and end of trial charge on 4/16:

I cancelled that and was refunded the $2.49.. tried to call raging lion this morning 844-527-6549. Given option to t/w customer service. Phone rings then disconnects me. Horrible experience. Company setup to just rip off consumers by getting recurring charges and uses deceptive practices. Hope this helps
