I payed for a free trial and got charged full price. I haven't been able to contact them and get a refund or cancellation
Their customer service line is always busy and I have no way to contact them. Or cancel. I had to cancel my credit card due to this.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund or to only pay what the free trial cost not full price. I can't contact them and I'm only being harassed for money I should not owe.

We apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint. The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period begins. During the 15 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled. With this situation our records indicate that the customer was only charged the shipping amounts of 6.95 and 6.97 and all attempts to bill the customer for the end of the trial were unsuccessful. Our records indicate no call or email was ever made to customer service to cancel or to set up to return the unused portion. A return was never received. When an account shows that an end of trial charge has been unsuccessful and no return was ever made the account is flagged and then sent to the collections database to make an attempt to collect those funds. I am unsure as to why the customer was unable to get through to customer service as the number is working correctly. When investigating the time frame the customer claims a call was made to customer service with the telephony provider, there are no calls showing that came in that are associated with the customers number we have on file. We do however apologize for any inconvenience. As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

This whole thing was a scam. I called to cancel any further shipments but when I got my bank statement they had charged my account $128. I called them and they said it was because I had waited 16 days to cancel and I was supposed to do it within 15 days so they were charging me full price. Today which is at least a month later I got a call from a collection agency wanting another $25 and change and they said that was the cancellation fee. This has been a very disappointing and expensive experience and the product does not work. Just wanted to tell my experience so that maybe someone else wont get took by this scam.

This is defiantly a SCAM! Don't TRUST these individuals. If you have gotten your free sample I URGE you to cancel your credit card NOW! Also don't take any of those FAKE *** pills ain't no telling what's in them.

They told me I would be paying a $6.95 shipping and handling fee only to try the product. They lied.
They told me I would be paying a $6.95 shipping and handling fee only to try the product. They enrolled me in an "AutoShip" program without my knowledge and sent me another bottle. I contacted them immediately to cancel and they gave me a hard time but did cancel any future "autoship" bottles. After that they claimed I owed them almost $250 dollars for both bottles which is completely insane.

Desired Outcome

They are to not contact me ever again for any money. I was willing to return both unopened bottles but they claimed the 1st bottle is non refundable and the 2nd one would be a 35% restocking fee which is almost $50.

BUYER BEWARE. They are a scam and have collection companies threaten you and compromise personal data such as Social Security Numbers. T

Purchased trial product. Just received collections paper saying I purchased a membership. Trying to collect 119.97 thru collection agency.
Purchased the trial product sometime in 1-2019. The product was free with I think 6.95 shipping. I used my debit card. Its a male enhancement product. On 7-20-2019 I receive a bill for 119.97 from collections agency. They say I purchased a membership and I owe 119.97. I did not purchase a membership, just a trial bottle for free plus shipping 6.95. Now the lady at collections is talking messing with my credit report. The ladies name at the place of purchase in customer service is *** ( I think ). This is the only number I have, #XXXXXXX.

Desired Outcome

Remove the bill for 119.97. Make sure its not on my credit report.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Its says It has been taken out of collections. It does not say that I am free and clear of payment. I want them to tell me I owe nothing. Also send me on paper I owe nothing.

Raging Lion Response • Oct 04, 2019

In the previous response when saying that we have removed the customer from the collections database, that means exactly what the customer has expressed in his response. There is no debt whatsoever and they are free and clear of owing any kind of payment hence they owe nothing. Unfortunately there is no literature to provide the stating this however the customer was removed from the collections database and should be able to confirm that all collection calls have ceased. Please let us know if there is anything can we can do to resolve this together. Thank you

I except their response They say I owe nothing.

I ordered a trial bottle July 5th. Never received the bottle. July 20 I have a charge of 119.95 in my checking account from them. They will not refund
I ordered a trial bottle on July 5th. I Never received the bottle. On July 20 I see a charge of 119.95 in my checking account from them. They will not refund that amount on the grounds that the trial period ends July 20 and they charged 119.95. I explained to them that I never received any bottle and how could I agree to the 119.95 charge if I never received and tried the product. They claim the charge is legit and the only thing they could do is replace the trial bottle. I asked to speak to a manager but I was told the manager will contact me in 14 to 48 hours. This is a rip off. Can you help me ?

Desired Outcome

Refund of the 119.95 charge on the grounds that i never received the trial bottle. How could agree with a product that I never tested.

Customer Response • Aug 05, 2019

The company returned the money and sent the trial bottle last week after all this aggravation. Thank you for your support. I will never ever do business with them.

Ordered a trail bottle, never received trial now getting charged $120 a month and they won't refund. Did not agree to this.
On 6/19/19 I placed an order for a free trial bottle of raging lion. Order number XXXXXXX. Well I never even received the trial bottle after paying $6.95 for shipping. On 7/8/19 I was charged $119.97 from my account without authorization or any confirmation. I was never even sent any product for this charge. On 7/12/19 I was finally after numerous tries able to contact customer service. They claimed I agreed to this billing contract because I got my free sample and the trial period ended. My trial period never even began though and they even acknowledge they knew I never got my trial package. They would not issue a full refund, said the best they could do was a 50% refund and to actually send everything out.

Desired Outcome

I am expecting a full refund from this scam company.

With this situation our records show that the initial reason the customer did not receive their shipment is that the customer did not provide their apartment number when initially placing the order. The customers trial period is showing as having ending on 7/4/19 and the first contact made to customer service was on 7/12/19 where the customer had already been charged the end of trial charge. It was on that call where it was discovered the apartment number was missing and then added. On that call the agent offered to reship the bottle along with a 50% refund which the customer did accept. The reship was successful and was delivered on 7/18/19.

I paid online for one trial bottle of the supplement. 30 days later I was billed for automatic shipping for more supplement, which I never ordered.
I paid for one bottle of the supplement raging lion, paid with my discover card $6.95. Then on my next discover card bill, they billed me for an additional $119.97 for automatic shipping for more product. I never signed up for that or agreed to that. I called them to cancel the charge, but they insisted I had to pay the $119.97 fee, although they credited me back the $6.95 for the one bottle.
I was lied to and tricked, I would never agree to pay $119.97 for automatic shipping, and I never aughorized them to charge it to my discover card.
I want them to credit me the $119.97 they stole from me.

Desired Outcome

refund the $119.97 they stole from me on my discover card number ending in

I refuse to accept any product from that company. They are liars and thieves. Nearly their entire response was lies. They said they tried to issue a refund. I will only accept a refund from them. No product will be accepted, ever.

They are a total scam company. Their website never indicated anything about automatic delivery. And I NEVER agreed to it.

The liars say that you have 15 days to cancel the automatic delivery of more product. But you are never aware of this SCAM until 30 days later, or more, when you find it on your bill.

Total scamming liar criminals they are.

I demand a full refund from these criminals.

I ordered a "sample" bottle product from this company and paid 1.97. There is nothing on their website that tells you that this is an auto-refill product.

B) I received the RAGING LION 5/6/19. Frank issued a RMA #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX to affix to the RAGING LION for return/refund. He explained the shipping and 35% restocking fees would be deducted when received from me. Since I only paid for the shipping which was the promo deal and I have to pay the return shipping, it appears I will be paying shipping costs three times when all is done. Furthermore, there was no mention of either shipping fee or 35% restocking fee being due upon return if unsatisfied when originally ordered. This organization is not only a total Rip-Off, the product I tried is Garbage.

Desired Outcome

I request the entire $19.95 + $6.65 shipping for the UNOPENED PRO PROSTATE that I did not order AND $6.95 shipping fee paid for the RAGING LION Both PRO PROSTATE & RAGING LION ARE being mailed/returned 5/8/19.

Tried charging my credit card for something I don't want.
I got a free sample bottle an then 10 days later they charged my account 119.99 for something I didn't authorize.

Desired Outcome

I do not want to be charged for anything else from this company.

With this situation the system attempted to bill the customer after their trial period ended which was on 4/29/19 however all attempts to bill the 119.97 end of trial charge were unsuccessful. Our records also showed that that the customer attempted to cancel and take advantage of the 38.71 discounted offer through the automated system on 5/1/19 however that charge was also unsuccessful. As of that last attempt on 5/1/19 no other attempts have been made to bill the customer. The 119.97 charge the customer is mentioning in this claim never was successful. The only successful charge we show is for the shipping amount of 6.95 on 4/14/19 when the order was initially placed. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

Trying to scam me out of money for a subscription (club) that I did not order.
I ordered the free sample of male enhancement pills online that I was supposed to pay shipping only. I believe it was $6.95. Several months later I am called by a representative of the company wanting me to pay an $159 for a club membership. She said I joined because they sent me an email that said to join you do not have to do anything but if you don't want to join then you have to notify them. I feel this is a very dishonest way of cheating someone out of money and I never even seen the email she is speaking of. I refused to pay and told her it was a scam. Now they have a collection agency trying to collect from me and it will go on my credit report which I have been working very hard to try to improve.

Desired Outcome

I want the account zeroed out, the so-called automatic membership canceled AND I want it off of my credit report.

With this situation the customer placed their order on 1/24/19 and all attempts to bill the customer for the end of trial charge on 2/08/19 were unsuccessful. Our records indicate no call or email was ever made to customer service to cancel or to set up to return the unused portion. A return was never received. When an account shows that an end of trial charge has been unsuccessful and no return was ever made the account is flagged and then sent to the collections database to make an attempt to collect those funds. As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. The customers credit was never effected which the customer would be able to verify and also to restate no debt is owed with us. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Extortion tactics to obtain fraudulent funding.

I observed an advertisement on the internet where this company was providing free samples of Raging Lion enhancement product for cost of shipping at $6.95. There did not appear to be any catches on the advertisement so I accepted their offer. Now I am receiving calls from 888-310-1765 operator *** referencing account XXXXXX and demanding I pay in excess of $200.00 because I did not contact them within 14 days of this order to cancel when there was no mention of a contractual basis to the order. The man advised me he could settle the contact dispute for $119.00 payment over the phone and threatened me with a collections agency if I refused to pay. My question is what am I paying for. I only received the one shipment of two bottles of their product of which I did not agree to anything further than the one bottle. There is nothing here worth the $200.00 they speak of much less $119.00. There was nothing in the advertising that mentioned anything regarding a contractual basis that would occur in 14 days. This type of advertising and threatening deceitful tactic is not going to be tolerated by me because if your doing to me, then you are doing it to other people and that make me even more angry at you fool.

Desired Outcome

I guess flesh and bone are out of the question. Well, that's what I wanted.

The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period for Raging Lion and the 14 day trial period for Alpha XTRM begins. During the 15/14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. With this situation our records indicate that the customer had disputed his 129.94 Autoship charge which was for his first bottle in the subscription Autoship program. When there is a dispute made and a customer never returned anything this causes the account to be flagged into the collections database as the customer has received the product and still has the product but disputed the charge and has been reimbursed so a collections call is made as an attempt to recover those funds. As of now due to the complaint this customer has been removed from the collections database. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome.
