The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period begins. During the 15 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. If the customer calls to cancel within the trial period they are given an RMA and are provided with a return address and return instructions and are asked to send back the unused portion and they avoid being billed the full price of that bottle of $119.97. If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled. With this situation our records indicate the customer spoke with customer service during the trial period on 11/26/19 and set up for the product to be returned. The only charge that occurred was the shipping cost of 6.95. We have not received the return however that is ok as we would like the customer to keep the bottle as a courtesy. Also we have also refunded the shipping charge in hopes that we may resolve this in a positive manner

I had 2 charges of $119.97 for each bottle that was supposed to be just a $6.97 shipping fee.
I ordered what I thought was a free bottle of Raging Lion and Alpha XRRM. I understood that I had to only pay S&H fee of $6.95. I received my credit card statement on 9/12/19 and was charged $119.97 twice for the "free" bottles. I contacted Raging Lion Immediately and they stopped the future shipments but I am stuck with these 2 bottles that I paid almost $240 for! This is extremely misleading and fraudulent business practice. What a rip off.

Desired Outcome

Desired Outcome I would like a full refund of $239.94 for the August 2019 shipments. I feel I already paid for the 8/2019 shipment by paying the S&H of $6.95. I will happily send back the 2 unopened bottles.

Thank you

They are trying to bill me after I cancelled. I can't get in touch with them or can't find a webpage to delete any subscription. I just need contact.
When I ordered I turned around and thought I had cancelled. Now I get fraud prevention where they are trying to take a 120 dollars. 11/8/19 I get an email with a number #XXXXXXX saying they are trying to withdraw 120 from my card? Nov 25 I get a text from fraud line saying the same thing. Now I call the customer service number and it says on the automated system there's no order that matches my phone number and that's as far as I can get. I had to let them take the payment because I am 2000 miles from home and it would have locked my card. I just want it stopped fast. I can submit more info thru email. It was taken off my credit card with Alabama One bank. Please help!

Desired Outcome

I just want this stopped, I owe this company nothing.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

I don't want to have to pay for a bottle I don't want.
So I just received my bottle of Raging Lion today in the mail, and I figured I would look up reviews about it before I started to take it, and I saw that the biggest problem people were having was that they were charged full price for one bottle about 2 weeks after purchase. I paid $6.95 S&H for a free trial bottle on 11/9/19, and I received it today on 11/14/19, and I want to cancel the trial or whatever so I do not have to pay the full price for pills I'm no longer planning on using, but I don't know how to cancel it before my account is charged.

Desired Outcome

I do not want to pay for a full bottle, and I want to cancel the subscription before I am charged. I'm not planning on using the pills I have purchased, and I would be willing to return the bottle I received for a refund of the $6.95 I paid for S&H, and I repeat: I DO NOT want to continue to be charged for anything.

False advertising and scam
They told me I would be paying a $6.95 shipping and handling fee only to try the product. They lied. They told me I would be paying a $6.95 shipping and handling fee only to try the product. They enrolled me in an "AutoShip" program without my knowledge .
I haven't been able to contact them and get a refund or cancellation . Their customer service line is always busy and I have no way to contact them,Or cancel. I had to cancel my credit card due to this.

We will offer a refund of 50% each for the two products ordered. If the Customer accepts this offer they may call us at 254 433-8431.

Raging Lion Response • Nov 25, 2019

We apologize for the delay in response as we experienced an internal communications error which caused the delay in addressing this complaint. The way the trial program works is that the customer pays the price of shipping $(S&H) for the product to be sent out and to try. The bottle that is shipped is an actual 30 day supply with a retail value of $119.97. Once the order is placed the 15 day trial period for Raging Lion and the 14 day trial period for Alpha XTRM begins. During the 15/14 day trial period if the customer is not satisfied for any reason they can call to cancel. With this situation our records indicate that the customer canceled his order through the automated system after the trial period was over. There were a few calls made to customer service where an explanation of how the program works was given as well as the refund policy. As per this complaint we have issued full refunds of the most recent charges in hopes that we can resolve this is a positive manner. Also it is not required to send the bottles back as we would like the customer keep the bottles as a courtesy.

11/25/2019 08:46pm - Refunded - $119.97 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX

Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post back to the account.

We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.

It is a lie, they say that you can get a trial offers but if you call to cancel it says you have to return the unused portion or pay 38$ it's a lie
This was a offer through Facebook, which I thought was safe it never said anything about a subscription or anything about returning the rest of the bottle.

Desired Outcome

To not have them take any money from my account and not have any more contact with me

The product Raging Lion offered for $2 online, but then I am charged recurrently $140/month. Even if I return it, they charge $41. It is a fraud.
I accidentally found an ad of some "testosterone booster" RLX at the website

https://www.maleperformance-news.com/rln/v1/cb/index.php

They offered a sample bottle of RLX at $1.97. I read their "Terms and Conditions" where they explained that ordering the medication infers a "membership" and recurring fees of $139.97 plus $9.97 S&H. But, if I cancel my membership within 30 days trial period there will be no other charges.

Description:
RLX
Male Enhancement Formula
30 Day Supply - 60 Capsules
Price: FREE!
Shipping: $1.97
Total $1.97

I ordered the sample on 10/14/2019 01:11pm, Order Number: XXXXXXX.
Payment method: from my Visa credit card.
I received the confirmation email from [email protected]:
24/7 Support: 866-867-5781
(my name) Cr: XXXXXXX

When I received a sample bottle, it was not "RLX", but some "Raging Lion", which I did not order.

Anyway, I called the Customer Service on 866-867-5781 to cancel the "membership". They explained that I must return the bottle to them and now I owe them the "restocking fee" of 35% or ~$41. They have my credit card info and it is their "company policy". I told them it was actually a fraud.

Address of the company, where they require me to return the sample:

US FULFILLMENT CENTER
C/O Raging Lion - Trial Bottle
P.O. BOX 153201 SUITE #1093
TAMPA, FL 33684
USA
TEL: 1 8555112244

Resume:

1. I was deceived by the Raging Lion company: offered RLX, shipped "Raging Lion"

2. They fraudulently forced me to pay for their product many times more then they offered.

Desired Outcome

I do not want to be charged for the product I did not order.

The Raging Lion company has just charged my cheking account for $46.77. Here is the transaction record from my bank website:

11/04/2019 DEBIT CARD DEBIT / auth #589054 11-03-2019 APHRW.COM 8772205134 FL XXXXXXXXXXXX -$46.77

I did not approve this transaction, and I believe it is fraudulent.

If they do not call to cancel during the trial period they are then billed the full price of $119.97 for that bottle they received and then begin the Autoship program until canceled. With this situation there appears to be a misunderstanding of how everything works. This cusotmer was only charged 1.97 for the shipment of of the product, the customer canceled during the trial period and set up the product for return and was never billed anything else. In regards to the 35% restocking fee, that only applies to bottles that are eligible for a refund and are on the second or more shipment. The restocking fee does not apply to this customers account status. If the customer was billed 129.97 and returned the bottle a 35% RSF would be applied to the amount refunded. This customer should be able to confirm that since the customer called to cancel and set up the return no other attempts have been made to bill the customer. We did receive the return from the customer on 10/30/19. The customer does not owe us anything and the account was canceled per their request when contacting customer support. Again the cusotmer should be able to verify this. We apologize if there was any kind of misunderstanding of how the program works. We always want to work together with the customer to rectify any situation and resolve any complaint with a positive outcome. Someone from our senior support team will contact this customer personally to get a better understanding of the situation and how we can improve in the future.
