Rakuten.com is working directly with the seller of the GoPro-CHDHX- The customer purchased this item on Rakuten.com from the seller [redacted] We have informed this seller and we have also advised the courier UPS A claim has been filed for the lost package The seller advised the courier needs business days to respond and close the claimAs soon as the claim is closed the customer will receive a refund [redacted] The link above is for the tracking of the item from UPS It has already been classified as lost All parties....Rakuten.com / UPS/ and the seller [redacted] are following standard operating procedures We have been working with the customer to try and resolve and will make sure the customer is refunded once the claim in closed from the courier
