I passed on other devices from other retailers to purchase the one from RakutenDue to an error in Rakuten's advertising, I received a used/recertified itemI understand Rakuten is willing to take the item back, however it does not resolve my issue that I purchased a new cameraI am not able to purchase from those other retailers at this timeAnd a discount has not even been considered either seeing that I was given a less valuable item at the price I paid
