Hello,We have issued a credit refund of the customers platinum plan total ($381.01) Since the customer is financed with TD Bank, the refund will go revert to the finance company as a credit on her billWe have also placed a part order for the complete back cushion with the Velcro from the manufactureIt will arrive 4-weeks and directly to the customers home in Florida.Thank you,

Hello, We have spoken to the customer and apologized for the misunderstanding with sending the wrong bed (the version without storage). We have adjusted the price of the storage bed and offered him the original priceCustomer accepted the apologies and is thankful for our method
resolving the issue. They were scheduled for Oct 4th, 2016. Thank you,

We did call them within days of noticing the damageWe noticed when we moved into our home in JanuaryAll our damages ARE COVERED by the platinum protection plan and the sales person that sold us the protect plan MADE IT VERY CLEAR to us that if the damages couldn't be FIXED IT WOULD BE REPLACED!!! Therefore I DO NOT EXCEPT their response.

My Leadership has advised me that as of 4/22/16, the customer was contacted an offered resolutions - either a full refund for the merchandise with no restocking or delivery fees OR full credit of the purchase price with no restocking or delivery fees to go to the showroom to pick out different
merchandiseCustomer was also offered the same 20% discount on new merchandise pricingWe cannot offer anything further at this time. Thank you, TF*

Good afternoon,Our local management team has spoken with the customer in regards to their mattressDue to the mattress being up to manufacturer standards, we have offered the customer the following options...a reselection (credit from mattress to chose a new mattress but at a 40% usage fee since
mattress has been in home for months), as well as to have a different tech to come out to the home to inspect the mattress, but both options were declined by the customer.Thank you

HelloWe have had two service technicians out to the customer's home to look at the loveseat and to make any necessary repairsIn both of the technicians reports, it states that there is nothing wrong with the loveseatWith there being nothing wrong with the loveseats, we can not offer a

The customer demanded free furniture or $1,payment towards lost wages to remove the Revdex.com complaint. We let the customer we would not be able to provide this and we would discuss partial credit.
