Hello,A pick up and refund is not something we offer, we acknowledge that the customer has an issue and is under warranty but any credit provided would be raymour credit or we are happy to exchange the piece for brand new creditWe currently have an exchange for a brand new mattress dated

The website is very difficult to navigate If there was a problem they should or could have notified me so we could correct it Instead they Immediately sent it to a collection firm and this caused my credit score to drop points It seems they are only interested in generating fees and a website that is difficult to use certainly aids in this regard As I said, I have many credit cards and accounts I Never have the type of problems I have had here

Hello. Our technician went out to assess the damages in MayAfter reviewing the report and the pictures, the damages were deemed customer caused, which is not covered under the manufacturer warrantyThe platinum protection plan would have covered the damages but the customer did not purchase itWe can not offer a replacement at this time. Thank you

After reviewing this customer's account, I have found that, per our technician's report - the customer has extensive/accumulative damage to the furniture. Our Platinum Protection Plan paperwork clearly states the customer must contact the Platinum Protection department within to days
after noticing any damage. Customer has had merchandise in her home for over year and called for the first time for service approximately months after delivery. We have refunded her the full purchase price of the cost of the Platinum Protection Plan; however, due to monies still being owed on the financed portion, the amount of the refund - $- was sent to *** ***, to be deducted from the balance dueThank you, TF*
