I do not want an even exchange at this point in time, its been over two months the fact of the matter is that these sofas are of very bad quality for this to even happen in my particular case is something shocking as there are only two people in the house and the are never usedI contacted raymour and flanigan before thanksgiving, christmas and new years holidays of which I had to purchase plastic chair for my family members to sit since the sofas are not in condition for anyone to sit down I would like to be able to switt the sofas out like the other rep had offered but definitely do not think it is faire to contact someone two months and theee holidays later to offer them the same sofa of bad qualityI did not even hear of raymour and flanigan again until after I called them to only know the sofas werent available they didnt contact me for about two months and now they want to contact me with this jokeThis is irresponsiblilty to the max I would like to receive a phone call from someone who can help in this situation my number is ###-###-####

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company contacted me one time and as I sent an email to *** @ the Revdex.com, the employee was very rude and snotty. I requested that someone from corporate contact me. The items have NOT been received as I have purchased another dresser and chest from another company. I will NOT pay for items that were never delivered! I have all textes with Todd S** *** that the itms were not, all the way to him trying to switch my furniture. The company has NOT been truthful for the items were not delievered! Email sent to the Revdex.com general inquiries mailbox..."I am writing this email because I was contacted by a "Jennifer" at the Raymour & Flanigan Service Center. I returned her voice message that did not leave a name but a phone number and that her phone call was in regards to my Revdex.com complaint. The voice message was unprofessional as was the call as I returned the voice message. I contacted the phone ####-###-#### and advised who I was and that I was returning a person's phone call. The answerer did not know who may have left the message, therefore as I waited, a "Jennifer" was the individual who got onto the line. I requested clarification if it as corporate or the store calling me. She seemed to be apprehensive to answer the questions. I specifically did NOT want anyone from the store contacting me as I have been given the run around for months and now I have been advised that the store manager who I was dealing with is no longer at the company! To continue about the phone call, Jennifer was rude, demeaning and showed disregard for the situation at hand. I advised that I wanted to speak to her manager or someone within corporate. I am not trusting of any individual that will not provide proper details on the company location calling from as well as not seemed to have read the complaint. I do not feel that I have to reheasre my complaint a it is very clearly written. The fact is that I have NOT received items of furniture and am being charged for them. None of them have been delivered as I have the text from the former manager as well that can be sent to the Revdex.com if needed. (They will be screenshots directly from the texts)."
As you see, that this has definitely NOT been resolved
