Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] They called me to tell me that I had an appointment for June 18th from 10-12pmYesterday June 18th, my daughter called to find out what happened that the tech didn't arrived during time frame,Their response was that they don't give time frames from 10-12pm but from 10-4pmWe told them that we're waiting for them to comeHowever, they schedule an appointment for July 1st and that they will call to let us know the time, but we have no clue of what time will they comeThis is unacceptable, I'm being given the run around again when I also have things to do, I can't waste my whole day waiting for them if they're not going to come when I also have things to do as well

Good afternoon,The reason as to why we are not able to extend more than 20% off a purchase and a $gift card is because the furniture was purchased in January of with the platinum protection plan which is valid for a year time frame for accidental customer caused damagesThere was a service set up for an inspection of the furniture in September of and while post confirming the service with the customer, they were informed that the platinum protection plan does not cover wear and tearAt the end of September 2015, Raymour and Flanigan refunded the customer the amount that they spent on the platinum protection plan of $as they felt that they were misold the platinum protectionA check of $was mailed to the customer.? Since we have provided the customer with their money back of the sale of the platinum protection (which then voids out platinum protection going forward), we would only be able to offer the 20% off a purchase and the $gift card for the customer.Thank you

They're bleach like marks where the color has disappearedThey forced me into exhausting my warranty on the last issue, and when I asked if the new furniture discolored as well I was told the manufacturer would replace it with new slip coversI was home 1/6/18, they failed to call the correct numberThey keep making promises and they keep lyingI paid over $3k for this set I deserve an undamaged itemThese people are rude and meanI have multiple sclerosis and dealing with them and the stress causes flaresThe furniture is NOT stained, the places it has discolored can prove that a so called stain couldn't occurI welcome you to come to my home and seePlease hold this company accountablethank you [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Do I have a six months or a year to use the gift card or am I required to use it within thirty daysAll gift cards sent in November will have an expiration date of 4/30/17.If I can use the gift card for purchases costing $and under and if the expiration date of the gift card is at last six months in the future – then I will accept the dealPlease let us know if there are any outstanding questions or concernsThank you!

Hello,Here is the response from TD, basically they are saying customer error in entering payment informationTD Bank does not accept debit card as a method of payment only checking accounts(with routing number and account number) Thank you, Customer spoke to collection department due to the past due status and rejected paymentThe checking account he registered through OAM is his own Raymour account, which caused the rejected paymentA late fee was removed, but a $ NSF was charged Collection notes:HP 12: RPC CUSTOMER HAS BEEN ADVISED THAT HIS PAYMENT WAS REJECTED BECAUSE HE ADMITS HE ENTERED HIS DEBIT C ARD NUMBER ON OAM INSTEAD OF ACCT #I ADVISED HI HIS PREV ACCT # THAT HE REGISTERED ON OAM ENDING I N APPERED TO BE FINE BUT ON 8-8-HE WENT IN AND ADDED A SECOND ACCT # THAT ENDS IN I A DVISED HIM WE DO NOT TAKE DEBIT CARDS AND THE SYST EM SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO ENTER AN ACCT #

The mattress that our service technician inspected was a [redacted] size mattress purchased 10/1/2010.? Warranty information from [redacted] from is attached here for customer to reviewAs stated previously, per manufacturer's criteria the mattress is up to standards and any stains on the mattress would void the warrantyWe cannot replace the mattress at this timeThank you, TF [redacted]
