Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Again as stated in the attached letter, this was a payment in full on an account that they absolutely refuse to showed paidI paid a very separate account that had been with my mother, and needs to quit being addressed as it is one hundred percent irrelevantThis company can either one return my complete payment made to them for the account, report it paid in full, or see me in courtThis is absolutely ridiculous as there is a paper documented trail that shows it's been paidI would attach my account for bank showing payment, but do not need that on the internetI would be happy to provide it directly to someoneThey can call and fix this [redacted] within the next ten days or see in me court for stealing my money since they do not want to apply it to my account Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Time Warner has requested that the collection be removed from my report which RPM has removed from of the credit bureau but refuse to remove it from the last credit bureauTime Warner case # [redacted] was sent on October 14, and November 20, from rep Nydia If they didn't request it to be deleted how was it deleted days after of the phone calls I placed to Time Warner? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] ***, I am rejecting there response due to that inquire was just placed on my report within the last couple of weeks and was notified through a lender that it had appeared whom had just checked my credit report a month prior to that, we are talking months after the day that they are reporting that they were notified that it was paid in fullThey contacted me months prior to that and I informed them that the account had been paid and they informed me that it would be taken care of and wasn't, because they also said that they seen where it had been paid in full Also my complaint would like for someone from RPM to inform me why when I tried to contact them regarding the matter, I was either put on hold to be transferred and no one would answer or I would be transferred to a voice mail and would leave a message and no one would respondAfter a week went by and I decided to call them again I was put through to the same voice mail as prior with the same result no one calling me backSo I called back several times, saying that I would like to speak with someone with the same results each timeThe last and final call I informed them that I was calling the Revdex.com, and the said go ahead and hung up on me

I settled a debt with RPM and was told the settlement needed to "post" and I would get a receipt within hoursI called back and was then told it would be potentially additional hours more for me to get a receipt, but the receipt would not show the account with a zero balanceI would have to wait days for that receiptWhen I told the agent that was unacceptable and asked for her supervisor, she told me her supervisor was un available, when I asked for the legal department, she hung up on meWhen I called back and asked for the legal department, they put me on hold and then hung up on meThis is affecting my credit report.Correction to a credit reportI would like a receipt for the transaction showing the account is paid in full and closed, and I would like the credit report updated to show the account has been settled and removed from my credit report

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:If I received a letter from RPM any time after RPM claims they sent such letter on March 28, I would have responded to it when I received itI filed my original complaint with the Revdex.com when I noticed a new collection account was added to my credit report at the beginning of this monthI don't take matters like this lightly nor have I received proper validation of the alleged debtI will continue to uphold my belief that RPM violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by not notifying me and validating the alleged before reporting to the three reporting agencies I reiterate my demand of my original terms for resolution be honored Sincerely, [redacted] ***
