Order placed 11-23, credit card charged. Numerous messages only 1 response 12-18 staying order will be expedited, now 12-27, have not received
Purchase date Nov 23. Credit card charged on that date for $79.00. I have messaged this company via FaceBook several times and only once, on Dec 18 did they respond saying they would expedite the order because the order was placed in time for Christmas delivery. Several messages have been sent Vince and no response other than the auto response. I have no order number. The only number on my Visa statement looks like a phone number XXX-XXXXXXXX AL

Placed an order, guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Did not arrive. Phone number invalid. No reply to online inquiry.
I placed an order in November. On 11/16/2017 my credit card was billed. Guaranteed delivery by Christmas. As of 12/26/2017, product not received. I sent an inquiry online prior to Christmas which was not acknowledged. I tried calling the phone number I found for Redline online -- number was invalid. I sent a message to them on Facebook... only received a generic response but no update as to when I could expect to receive my order. Very unprofessional. They advertise as a veteran owned company which plays on the heartstrings of many consumers. I'm very disappointed. At this point I cannot even cancel my order without a 15% restocking fee.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund including the waiving of the 15% restocking fee. I'd also like a personal reply from the company (not a form letter). They need to retract their claims that they can guarantee delivery in 6 weeks. They need to publish a valid phone number online and reply to online inquiries.

Order placed 11/3/17, credit card charged 11/6/17. Product has still not been delivered.
Ordered product on 11/3/17; credit card charged 11/6/17. Product has still not been delivered. Company website does say that some products may take 4-6 weeks to deliver (it's been more than 7 weeks). I've filed their online inquiry form 2-3 times with no response, and no one answers their 1-800 number. Their outgoing message says they can not answer calls. My opinion is that my credit card should not be charged until product enters the production process, or even until the product is ready to be shipped.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to respond to my inquiries and I'd like to receive my merchandise. If that is not possible, I'd like my money refunded. I'd also like to see Redline Steel's business practices change; such as better (ACTUAL) customer service contact, and not charging customers until their product is near ready for the customer.

Place an order online 11/15/2017. Unable to reach by phone or email. Told I would have this order by Christmas. Have not received or heard from them.
Date ordered 11/15/17 ORDER #XXXXXX paid through pay pal amount of $190.00. After ordering owner *** sent an email thanking me for order. Tried to reply back to him about when to expect shipment. No answer back. Have not been able to reach them on the phone or through email. I have tried to send around 6 email only receive a standard form reply with no information. Unable to reach by phone you get a recording saying they aren't taking calls at this time. They have said if order before 11/24/17 you would receive order before Christmas.

Desired Outcome

I want the items if I am not going to receive them in the next week, I want my money back.

We apologize about the delay in response and your order. After reviewing your account information, it shows that due to the delay we offered a E-gift card for half of the purchased amount which was accepted.

The shop foreman have verified your items are cut and in the powder coating stages.
Once the order is ready to ship, you will receive your tracking information via UPS/USPS.

Purchased on 10.7.17 via PayPal. No product received. No emails, no refund, nothing.
Purchased on 10.7.17 ORDER #XXXXXX for two Monogram Circles for $124.00 each. Have not received items. Have not received response to numerous emails. Have not received refund.

Desired Outcome

Any communication whatsoever as to why they would take payment when no item was delivered and all emails went unanswered.

We are in the process of expanding our Customer Support Service Department as we acknowledge the importance of amazing customer relations when building our company long-term. We understand the frustration of paying for an item prior to shipment; however, being an E-Commerce Business, operating online, it is practical to charge consumers once the order has been placed, given the various labor and equipment costs necessary for our company to grow. I have attempted to politely contact this company by email, by their online form, and by telephone regarding my order placed on 10/15/17. No response.
I just want to have communication from this company about my order placed on 10/15/17 (order #XXXXXX). I suspect that this company got overwhelmed with orders.....and I suspect that the quality of the product will be good when it arrives....but the consumer needs to be communicated with when you exceed the upper end of your projected shipment date. You have our money...and we are just asking for communication, that's all. Also, at Christmas, it is nice to know if something is going to arrive to be under the tree. Hire some people (who would probably appreciate the income) to make phone calls and respond to emails, even if you cannot get the product out in time.

At this point, I would like to have the items and communication on when they will arrive. I have been very patient.

Ordered an item from Redline Steel on 11/24/17. It was to be shipped and received prior to Christmas. They charged my credit card on date of order. I have not received the item. The company does not take phone calls, they do not respond to emails, and there is no update on my order when checked on the company website. I find there are many many other people with the same issue with this company when viewing them on Facebook.

Desired Outcome

I would, of course, prefer to receive the item I ordered, but given the fact that the company does not communicate with any customers, I will be happy to have a refund issued to me by the company NOT any sort of credit, but a refund.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. ORDER #XXXXXX. I PAID THROUGH PAYPAL, TRANSACTION #XXXXXXXXSCXXXXXW ON 11/14/17 FOR $69.00. IVE EMAILED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES OVER THE PAST SEVERAL WEEKS FOR MY ORDER STATUS AND TO HAVE THE ORDER CANCELLED. I EMAILED THEM AGAIN TODAY BUT I KNOW THAT I WILL NOT GET A RESPONSE SINCE I HAVEN'T FROM THE LAST 5 THAT I HAVE SENT THEM. THEY DO NOT RESPOND. Order 10/21 w 4 wk lead time. Followed up early 12 was told mix-up & moved to top of line. CEO assured by Xmas & confirmed shipment to son in SC.
This company has turned off their phone number (due to high call volume) and removed the message option thru their Facebook page, the means I was initially communicating with their CEO. I have all their promises in writing. Sent an email request for status and received a tracking number. IT WILL ARRIVE 12/26 BUT TO ME HERE IN PHOENIX... after assurances it would arrive before Christmas and to SC. I WILL NOT PAY FOR THIS ITEM - DISPUTE OPENED IN PAYPAL.

I have opened a Paypal dispute - will not pay for this item. Full of lies and empty promises. Their customer service is non-existent. I wish I would have seen all of the negative reviews before I placed my order!

Customer Service actually updated Address in our Order System on 12/7, but did not sync with our Ship Station correctly and therefore Ship Station used the original address that was on-file when it was fulfilled on 12/20. We apologize for this honest mistake, but have refunded the total amount of purchase on 1/2 via Paypal.

I don't except their response only in that they have not contacted PayPal, even prior to responding to the Revdex.com. PayPal issued me a full refund approx 1 wk ago bc the seller did NOT respond to the dispute. This was several days before the Revdex.com contacted me. This is shame. Now that I have received my refund - I consider the dispute closed. I do think consumers should be alerted to these problems at Redline. (My son didn't even respond when he received this item, which I had to pay EXPRESS shipping to get to him! and his wife in a timely manner, which was still days after Christmas. I told Redline's CEO this was a delicate relationship and they dropped the ball.)

No delivery of items ordered
I placed order #XXXXXX on 11/17 and got an email confirmation. Delivery was to be before Christmas per their Facebook and website advertising. I started following up by email on 12/12. No response. I posted a negative customer service post on their FB page and got a FB message apologizing and insuring I would get my items by Christmas. Never heard from them again despite my follow up messages. Posts on their FB page are deleted. A negative review posted to their page has been deleted. They list no phone number to contact them. They managed to charge my credit card but can't send me my items or respond to my requests for information about them.

Desired Outcome

Send me my items as ordered and paid for. Stop deleting honest FB posts and reviews. Provide decent customer service.

I finally received my order on January 24, 2018. Two items, not customized, were as ordered although quality is not great. The one customized item had an error. The name is spelled correctly but the N in the name is backward! I will now have to deal with the company to correct the error it made after having to wait more than two months to get the order.

The picture sent to us of the incorrect Monogram, was actually backwards and upside down. Pictures of the Fancy "H" Monogram were sent to the customer to show the correct side of the Monogram. If the Monogram is incorrect, we will replace it. Thank you!

Order 4 items for Christmas on November 21, 2017. Still have not received them nor have I gotten any response from multiple emails. I specifically ordered from them over a local vendor because he touted he was a veteran. Not only angry I haven't received my order but it makes my heart sad that he is conducting business this way after using the veteran status to beef up sales from people who hold soldiers in the utmost respect.

I ordered a product in late September/Early November and clearly saw the shipping times at the top of the website. I also was notified shortly after my order was placed that they were under high demand and expected my item to be shipped towards the later end of the posted time frame. My item was shipped after 9 weeks (post at top of website in September said 6-8 weeks), however the item arrived in 2 days and was excellent quality and well worth the wait. All those complaining about not knowing the shipping time skipped reading the main page on their website. All those complaining about orders not arriving in time for Christmas should not order something that will take several weeks to process the order/create the product right before Christmas. FYI, Christmas 2018 is December 25th! Get ready!

I ordered an item from this company in early November as a Christmas gift. After reading the reviews, I was confident I wouldn't see it by Christmas. I contacted the owner to check on the progress and received an immediate response.....it was still being produced. Then in a few days I received an email saying it had been shipped and it arrived today....before Christmas!
The workmanship is outstanding and I am so pleased!

I previously wrote a negative review because I received my order but it was damaged and I could not call or get an email response from the company. But I am thrilled today because I received another plaque today and it is perfect. Thank you redline steel and Merry Christmas.

Chiming into the chorus of voices here who have received no word on their order status. I placed three separate orders as Christmas gifts ahead of the November 24 cutoff for guaranteed Christmas delivery. They've taken my money for all three, but have shipped only one (due AFTER Christmas). Still no word on the other two. I've tried calling and/or emailing, only to get a caned reply, and not even a helpful one at that. Fool be once ...

Unfortunately this company is either stupid or fraudulent. They have beautiful products but will NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS after they take your money and your order. Fortunately I paid through PAYPAL and can get my money back.

I have read other reviews now and see that this is typical of this company.

Buyer Beware. Incompetent or crooked? And they claim to be Veterans. If so, they need to learn some business practices and ethics as well as communication skills.

Great company. Order seemed to be taking a while. Emailed CEO and he took care of issue right away. Extremely great, high quality product!

I placed an order for 2 items. I was charged and given a 4 to 6 week time frame for delivery. It is now the 6th week and I don't have my items.
I placed an order for two items on Nov. 9th 2017. I was charged the same day for both items. One charge for $36.00 and the other for $6.00. I was given a 4 to 6 week from order date time frame for delivery. After 4 weeks and still not receiving a tracking number I tried to contact the company. I sent multiple emails and tried to call the company. I didn't get a response from the company at all and the phone only directs you to extensions that don't work or that they are receiving a high call volume and to please email. I have yet to be able to get into contact with the company about my order or its whereabouts.

PLEASE SEND ME MY ORDER AS PROMISED AND EMAIL ME THE TRACKING NUMBER ASAP SO I CAN FOLLOW ITS WHEREABOUTS UNTIL ITS ARRIVAL. THANK YOU

Since filing this complaint, the company has contacted me and apologized for not making deadline. They have also given me a credit of 50% of my order. I am very pleased with this outcome.

Ordered on Nov 7. Was charged for shipping on both orders. No response to calls or text to customer complaints
I ordered a total of 5 18 inch steel trees from a Facebook ad. Tried to order but accidentally ordered 1 then put in another for 4 more. First order was 36.00 with shipping. NumberXXXXXX. The second order was 108.00 including shipping. I tried to contact them at [email protected],no response. The ad said no shipping charge on orders over 100.00. The ad said shipping in 4 to 6 weeks. I have tried to find out if order has been shipped but no response. Items are for Christmas presents. I went to their website and called phone no. It says they are not taking calls because of high call volume. The money was taken out of my account and I can't get any response and no products.

I just want the products before Christmas and the delivery charge refunded from the 117.00 order

The only response I got from this company was to tell the estimated date of shipping arrival. This was almost 2 months after this was ordered. Since it was for 5 Christmas presents, I have already replaced them, on Christmas Eve before the stores closed. I had no response from any of my texts and none of my calls were answered. I did receive the products after Christmas but they will be returned unopened for a refund. This is no way to do business and I would tell everybody not to order from this company.. we will see if they will refund my payment and shipping, since they did not fulfill there 4-6 week delivery as advertised.

Product was guaranteed delivery by Christmas if ordered by 11-24. Ordered 11-22 & payment was quickly processed on my credit card I never received an order number just a "thank you" email that said I will receive an order number via email. I have tried to contact the company by messaging on their web site, via email and all I get is an automated response that says they will get back to me in a few hours...nothing. No email, no contact at all. I have been trying all week. I also tried calling & they are not accepting any calls due to high volume.

Desired Outcome

I want my product delivered by Christmas like their website guaranteed and the guarantee is still posted on their website. If they can't deliver then I want a refund because I have paid for a product that I have not received
