I ordered 1 thing from them back in December and 3 months later and still have not received my product
I ordered something on December 15,2018, it is now March 14,2019 and I still have not received my product, I have emailed them via email and fb messenger and all I get back are automated responses! I have not received anything back on when I will receive my product! I have never in my life had such awful customer service experience!!! I got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend!! I'm beyond upset as is he!! I want my product as well as my money back!!
I want my product AND a refund for the massive inconvenience!!

I placed an order on November 23, 2018 which was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Around Christmas I saw a video on Facebook indicating that the company was having problems and that orders would be delayed. I was never contacted by the company and finally emailed them in January when my order still hadn't received. On January 11, 2019 in an email I was told that my order would be shipped by the end of the month. Since that time, I have emailed the company several times. February 5th, February 12th, February 22nd and February 25th. I have yet to hear back from them about the status of my order which still hasn't been received. It has been almost 4 months since the order was placed. My order # is XXXXXX and my purchase total was $154.02. On January 16th, I did received a $50 credit as compensation for the delay of my order. My order was placed online by credit card.
I would like delivery of my complete order. If delivery can't be made, I am requesting a refund of the remainder of my purchase price.

If I could give them a negative score, I would. Redline Steel, LLC changed their name to Redline Decor, LLC. I attempted to contact Redline about an order that I had placed January 5th, 2019 through email and phone, no response. I was told on my order that it would take 4-6 weeks in order to make and ship the item and that I would receive it after that. After 8 weeks I contacted them as I didn't have a tracking number or any shipping information saying my items were shipped. I received an auto-email saying due to a high volume of emails I wouldn't get a response for 5-7 days. After day 8, I contacted them again asking for a refund and to cancel my order, since I found something elsewhere. Again got an auto-email saying the same thing. No response since the auto-email and nothing was done; not given my refund; no order cancelled email; nothing. I contacted my bank to file a dispute and got my money back through my bank. Would NOT recommend ANYONE to purchase anything on Redline Steel OR Redline Decor.

The website indicates that it had not shipped. I have email support, ***, and *** several times with zero response. I have called them several times with zero response. I want my order. The website indicates that "Customer Satisfaction is Guaranteed". Im not satisfied in the slightest.

The ordered item was finally received. It is amazing that it takes a complaint to the Revdex.com to get a company to get a product out.
I placed an order on 12/11/18 and have yet to receive my items. Paid for order @ time of purchase and cannot get a response from company re: status.
I purchased two signs totaling approx. $170 on 12/11/18. When I inquired about the status on 1/30/19, I received a response that my order was in the system and still awaiting shipment but that it would be 8-10 from order date. On 2/19/19 I e-mailed again, no response. On 2/26/19 I e-mailed again, no response. On 3/5/19, I e-mailed again, no response. On 3/13/19 and 3/14/19, I e-mailed again, no response. It has been 13 weeks since I placed my order (it was supposed to be a gift for my bosses), and I have heard absolutely nothing regarding the status of my order. No 'order in process', 'pending shipment', nothing. I just want my money back at this point.
Preferably I would like a refund, but I would also take delivery of the signs. I collected money from my co-workers and paid for the order with my personal credit card, so it is truly an inconvenience to have to refund everyone's money to them. That being said, I do not want to support this business by allowing them to keep my money when the customer service (or lack of) has been so ridiculous.

Although I finally received my items, I am sad that my and my co-workers' money was spent on this horrible company. I will NEVER buy anything from this company or its affiliates again b/c the only reason I received my order was b/c I filed a complaint. They should not be operating their business in such a manner that it takes the Revdex.com or Attorney General to get orders processed from over 3 months ago. Colin Wayne is a scam artist!
I ordered the you and me infinity design for my wife and I as well as our daughter and her husband. Everyone is thrilled with them. They are good quality and exactly as shown on their site.
Redline Steel is a quality first company. I saw there ad on Facebook and fell in love with there signs. I first saw God is Good and it was priced real low. I bought 3. I'm still waiting for my silver one. I then saw their inspirational and spiritual word signs. I bought Love, Hope, Faith, Believe, and Blessed all in black. They look great on my lavender (confetti color) walls. With purple curtains. I am extremely happy. The first set arrived before schedule then I received 2 more and I'm still waiting on one. Which I'm not sure why its taking so long for that one. I recommend them and I love the quality work and flawless material they use. I will be looking forward to a "grateful" word sign in black. I hope their design team will create one. I will be excited to buy it. Lmk

My Tree of Life is even better than I thought it would be!! It is a beautiful black matte finish, and just the perfect size. It arrived packaged very tightly, without a scratch.
I ordered an expensive item 11/25/18, received it 2/19/19. The quality is poor. I have emailed several times as instructed to the contacts as instructed. Today is 3/13/19 and have not yet had resolution. I have ordered many products from Redline in the past and was very satisfied UNTIL NOW.

I ordered two signs from Redline Steel on 12-15-18. Their website said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. I have attempted to contact them on two occasions via email. Responses both times asked for order number and advised that further communication attempts would result in the order being sent to the back of the cue. I attempted to call them today. The number listed on their site as brand new and available is non working. I am finished waiting. They have consistently not followed through. I would like a refund from them. They have had my money from the time of order. I have nothing to show for it. I ordered from a veteran ran company thinking it would be prompt and they would take pride in their work. They don't!!! The total spent on their product is $128.00. Anyone that thinks about ordering from them should stop thinking about and run for cover. It has been 12 weeks since the order was placed. Phone calls have gone unreturned - if you can get past the busy signal, it goes to voicemail. I received 2 email responses, the 2nd (and last) was 1/30/2019. I have read the issues the company has had, and would like to support them, but I have no idea if they are working on my order or not. Is my order going to be processed? If so, when? If not, I would like a refund.

The company responded that the order would be shipped within 8-10 business days. It was shipped and received in 2 days. The items are excellent.
Ordered products from 12/7/2018 were charged but never delivered. No communication since 1/16/2019.
Purchased products on 12/7/2018 (order #XXXXXX). Credit Card was charged $117.30 on 12/7/2018. Emailed an inquiry on 1/10/2019 to find out status of order. Was told that, due to volume, shipping would be up to 8 weeks from order date. Emailed on 1/16/2019 to change the shipping address, which should not have affected the manufacturing. Received a response from '***' who confirmed that it was updated in "all of our systems". Emailed a status inquiry again on 2/10/2019 - no response. Emailed inquiry again on 2/18/2019 - no response. Emailed final inquiry on 3/6/2019 that requested an entire refund due to non-fulfillment of the order. Again, no response.
While I would still like to get the products ordered, I have lost all faith that Redline Steel will produce what they charged me for. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for order #XXXXXX that was never delivered.

On December 12, 2018, I purchased Two (2) Steel Signs from Redline Steel, LLC as presents for family members (Order #XXXXXX) for a total of $178.00. Originally, I had expected product delivery sometime around the holiday period or shortly thereafter.
To date, there has been no documented production or delivery of the product. Over the last three months, I have sent numerous e-mails and made dozens of phone calls to the Company and have not received any person-to-person response whatsoever (neither from the owner, the EA named *** - referenced on their voice-mail system nor anyone else at the Company). Their automated e-mail response only states "In Production" - but there is no further information available and the company has never followed up with me.
I purchased these signs primarily due to the representation by the Company that the owner was a service veteran - from that, I assumed that the organization would be forthright and reputable and this was supporting a worthwhile entity.
Due to lack of fulfillment of my order as well as no communication to me from the Company, I would like to formalize my complaint with the Revdex.com.
At this time, all that I want is a complete refund of $178.00. from the Company relative to this December purchase. I would appreciate anything that Revdex.com might be able to do to further this request.

Order placed December 10th 2018. It's now March 11 2019. I haven't received my order OR even a response to my constant emails and calls.
On Dec. 10 2018, I saw a Facebook ad for custom steel signs. I thought they would be a great Christmas present. I ordered two custom signs for $118. When placing my order I was not given any information about shipping. I thought that was strange. Immediately after placing my order I received an email saying the orders take up to 4-6 weeks. I was bummed it wouldn't be here for Christmas but was understanding as it was a custom order. I waited 8 weeks before becoming concerned. Since then I have emailed the ***@redlinesteel.com email. I have left voicemails with their 1-800 number and I have even Facebook messages them. After spending hours one night, I found a video on their Facebook page which shows the owner commenting on all the bad publicity they are receiving due to orders not being fulfilled. At this point I was angry and disappointed that I was likely in a long line of back orders. The reason this is a customer service complaint is that I haven't not received ONE response from this company. I've sent several emails. Left voicemails even emailed a person - ***@redlinesteel.com who was the email provided to several Facebook comments about others not receiving their product. I've paid $118 for nothing. This business advertises their owner is a veteran. I would hope someone trying to use this as their main business ethics would be honest and have some integrity. 3 months into this... I'm ready to accept I'm not receiving my products but I want to be positive they are not SCAMMING other Americans - I'm ready to tell everyone who will listen.
Send me my 2 signs! I would even expect my money back at this point.

ALL Custom Monogram orders are subject to our terms and conditions posted on our website and lead time from order date. Due to the recent set backs and equipment failures, some orders are delayed and we are currently still working through those to get them out as soon as we can. There are many stages that occur from ordering to receiving the shipment.
