I am not going to be satisfied until I get an order delivery date and the actual delivery. I did hear directly from the owner who said that they are working on the orders, but no concrete information with regard to my order.

I placed an order #XXXXXX on 12/10/18 and funds were collected for such, to date I have not received my order nor any response to requests.
After placing an initial order I placed this second order. Funds were taken for both, although I received the first order late, I did receive it. This order was not shipped when the company estimated it to be. I emailed and was told they were overwhelmed with orders and would catch up. I called a month later and requested the order be shipped directly to the gift recipient. I received confirmation of the shipping address change. I called and emailed a few weeks later and now phone calls will not get past voice mail and emails goes unanswered.
I want the product I ordered and paid for shipped to the recipient.

I ordered four of the God is Good wall hangings, one for me, and one for each of my sons. The quality and workmanship is great. The wait might have been a bit longer than I am used to for mail order, but I am aware the items are made to order. Once I was notified the items were shipped, they arrived within a couple of days!

I was very pleased with the artwork it was beautifully made. My wife really liked it and I gained a couple points with her. I was amazed at how fast I received the piece it was as if they came and hand delivered it. I will be looking at your other items now that I know it's quality and didn't have to wait for it to come from China.

Received damaged product. Emailed the company 3 times with picture of damaged product, requesting a replacement. Company not responding to requests.
On January 22, 2019 I placed an order (order #XXXXXX) for a "Home Sweet Home" rectangle product, which was to be a gift for a friend. The item was received damaged - many deep scratches. On Jan. 31 I sent the first email to the company, including a picture showing the deep scratches in the finish of the item, requesting a replacement. I didn't hear back, so on Feb. 6, I sent another email. I received in response to that 2nd email an automated email from the company that said they were receiving an unusually high number of emails and that they would reply within 5-7 business days. Since I still hadn't heard back from the company, I sent another email on 2/25/19 with the same request, letting the company know I would seek assistance for resolving the problem if I didn't hear back from them by the end of the week. It's been about six weeks, and I still have not heard back from the company. I dislike having to file a complaint, but the company has been unresponsive. I think the company has wonderful products and am guessing they are overwhelmed with more business than they can handle. That being said, I would like the damaged product I received (and paid for!) replaced so I can give the gift to my friend. I am looking forward to the resolution of this complaint.

Once the complaint was filed, the company quickly, and with excellent customer service, replaced the damaged item. While I was disappointed to have to resort to filing a claim, I will definitely purchase products from this company in the future. Their products are lovely and their customer service (when given) is excellent. They truly care about the quality of their products and customer satisfaction.

Placed order on December 3rd, 2018. I inquired on my shipment status approximately 7weeks ago and was told that it would be shipping out within 30 days or less. I tried to reach out once again via email and online a week ago and haven't received a response! At this point after 3 months and counting I'd at least like part of the order cost refunded to payment method charged while I continue to wait.
Part of the cost refunded unless the order itself can't be fulfilled and than a total refund is suggested.

Product ordered December 9, 2018. Not received to date. Charged $192.00 on December 10, 2018. Poor customer Service.
Order placed on 12/9/18 for 3 18" Fancy Black Monogram Door Hangers. Credit card was charged the full amount on 12/10/18. No response from emails that were sent and no response from phone calls. I am requesting a full refund. When my order was placed it said to allow a 4 to 6 week lead time. It has now been 13 weeks. My order number is XXXXXX. My credit card was fully charged the $192.00 on 12/10/2018. Now I can get no one to answer the phone, emails or Facebook Messages. VERY POOR customer service.
I am requesting that the full amount of $192.00 be credited back to my credit card for Order# XXXXXX. I will give the time noted on the Revdex.com website, 14 days, and then I will be contacting my bank to dispute this charge. I am no longer interested in the product. I am sure that there are many other places that produce this kind of item that would be more than happy to have my business.

I have called and get a recording they are not taking phone calls. I cannot get a status on my order #XXXXXX. I still want my order. If Redline Steel is no longer in business, I want a refund. Most of all, I NEED A STATUS ON MY ORDER.

I do NOT accept this response as finalizing my complaint. This response, almost word for word, was sent to me over a month ago. This is a "stock" reply and does NOT close my complaint. It has now been 3 months since my order. I could have built an entire house
in that amount of time and if I had been asked for a status on the project, I would have been able to give it. As I stated in my original complaint, I want what I ordered. If this business is unable to complete this, I want my money refunded. I feel they are just making excuses. When a company does not answer their phone and does not answer emails, there is something wrong. I'm afraid I have been taken advantage of and I need your help in rectifying this. No business should be able to get away with taking someones money and not providing their product in return. Please help me get what I ordered.

I received both ordered items today, March 21, 2019. I have no other choice but to "accept" this business' resolution. However, I find it difficult to ever give this company a good rating, to ever purchase another item(s) from them or to recommend them to friends. I waited over 3 months for my purchase to be completed without one notice from them why there was a delay A responsible company would answer their phone, answer my emails or would do something to let me know what the delay was. A warning to other consumers, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM REDLINE STEEL.
Placed my order back on 12/9/18 was told order would take 4-6 weeks, then they said 8-12 weeks, then told it would be shipped by 3/8/19. STILL NOTHING
Placed my order back on 12/9/18, it was a Christmas gift for someone. I waited the 4 to 6 weeks knowing it would be late and after Christmas. I emailed them and they said with so many orders it would be up to 8 weeks, I understood and emailed back after the 8 weeks again and they gave me another story about how they had equipment problems and moving to a new factory so now it would be up to 12 weeks , I decided well I waited this long, let's see if they come through. I emailed again after the 12 weeks and still no product, they told me my order was going to be shipped between 3/4/19 and 3/8/19, surprise, surprise, my order was not made yet and shipped. This has gone on for over 3 and a half months and I'm done with the excuses.

I placed an order on 12/17/18 and it has yet to be delivered. I have emailed the business twice for a status and have not received any response.
I placed an order on December 17, 2018 for an item to be delivered to another address as a gift. I sent the business an email after ordering asking that the price not be included, since it was being sent directly as a gift. I received a response that they would accommodate, however that was the last time I heard from anyone. The total cost with shipping was $56.93, order # XXXXXX. The item was a house number - Fleur De Lis Address Monogram - Medium 18" - silver. I emailed on February 22, 2019 asking for a status on the order and received a generic email that due to a high volume of emails, I should receive a response in 5-7 days. I did not receive a response and sent another email on March 7, 2019 and have not yet heard back. After reading other people's complaints, I'm now concerned whether I will be receiving the item.
The resolution I'm seeking is either communication that the item is being delivered, with a delivery date OR I request a refund for the full amount of $56.93.

Shortly after filing the complaint with the Revdex.com, I received an email that my order was being shipped. In a day or two from the email, the item was delivered. I appreciate the action taken by the Revdex.com in order to have this matter resolved.
I order product and last report was in late January that I should be able to get product in a few weeks.
Delivery and Not responding back to emails
I want my product. Simple as that.

No Communication about orders bought and paid for 3 months ago.
Ordered 12/7/18 and received email soon after that there were unexpected delays and demand. Patiently waited. It's been 3 months and there is no phone number or way to reach anyone. Emails are never answered. Patiently waited more than the 5 days they requested to respond by. Facebook shows they have delivered newer orders and they have employees responding to positive messages the same day and removing negative comments. Ignoring the situation doesn't make it go away.
If this isn't REALLY in production and isn't on its way out the door. I want a full refund. An apology for the ignoring and removal of my remarks would go a long way to show they are just having growing pains.

Thanks for refunding the money. There was still no addressing of the complaint about lack of response from the company and their outright ignoring and deletion of complaints. The only way to get a response in 3 months was to make a Revdex.com complaint.
Ordered 3 items at the beginning of DEC/2018 and was told 6 weeks and it is now March and I have yet to receive them or get a call back after 4 times
I had placed an order with redline steel on 12/9/18 for a total of $108.80. When I placed order I was told that I would receive those within 6 weeks. It is now March and I have yet to receive my items and I have called multiple times and have yet gotten an answer. I have left voicemails and haven't received a call back. My order number was XXXXXX. Part of my order was received, one piece was damaged (two other pieces we beautiful) and one piece was completely missing. No return calls or emails.
Ordered on November, 30th 2018. Order XXXXXX Total amount paid $166.20. I received a package on 3/6/2109 with only 3 of the 4 ordered pieces. Missing the Eat sleep Hunt ($74.00), the In God We Trust Eagle was bent in shipping with paint chipping ($134.00). I've emailed but have not reached my time frame (up to 7 days) for a response and I've tried to call as well, one number being disconnected and the other no taking calls at this time.
I would like to see a refund on the missing piece ($74.00), and a partial refund on the damaged piece. I will take forever to get another piece to replace it. I will take that piece and have it fixed and painted so I can give it to my daughters husband (a vet). It was to be their Christmas gift. The undamaged pieces are beautiful, its a shame they lack customer relations. I would have gladly talked to some one about this and its resolve, but have not been given the opportunity.
We will need a picture of the bent product and then we can submit it for review. I can also re-place the Eat-Sleep-Hunt product. We can not refund any products until we confirm how you would like to proceed.

Placed my order on November 28th, still waiting. I have sent 4 emails since February 19th, no response to date. I want my order or my money, done waiting. Especially reading positive reviews on this site of people receiving their orders that were placed after mine. This is just bad business service all the way around.
Ordered a Christmas gift, early December. I knew it would not arrive in time, since the delivery time was 6-8 weeks, but not a big deal. Its now March 11th, I have zero response from RedLine and every time I call, all I get is the customer service answering machine.
According to your tracking number the package was supposed to be delivered Thursday March 14th. I have yet to receive my package.
I just sent you a email with what USPS.com shows for your tracking and the shipping address. It shows it was delivered. Is it possible you can contact to make sure it was not stolen. Unfortunately that has happen , but we would be happy to add your order to our REMAKE list and get this resolved.
If you check the link you sent me, it says delivered to Callahan, Florida, I live in Jacksonville, Florida. No I do not want to be added to the REMAKE list. I just want a refund.

Placed order on 29 Nov 2018 for Christmas delivery. Have yet to receive the items I ordered and company does not respond to emails.
I purchased 2 items from Redline Steel (Order XXXXXX for a total of $54.00) back on 29 Nov 2018. The items were promised for Christmas delivery. I emailed them twice in December asking about the status of my order since the website continually says my order is "in-production". On 21 Dec 2018 they sent me an email saying I would not be the items I ordered by Christmas and offering me a $25 gift card. The email stated "no matter what, you will get your order". Well here it is March 2019 (going on 4 months since I placed my order) and I still have not received the items I ordered, however they had no problem charging my credit card over 3 months ago. I emailed them again in February and got an email saying I wouldn't get an email back until 5-7 business days. Well it has been 2 weeks (so 10 business days) and still no response. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company and let them know that I never received the product and company does not respond to communications.
I assume I will never get my order so I would like a full refund and my order cancelled.

Amazing how fast my purchase was shipped once you file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have finally received the items I purchased back in November. They look great, ridiculous that it took 15 weeks to get my order.

The item I ordered #XXXXXX a fancy monogram small 18" Black on 12/09/2018 was supposed to take 4-6 weeks...every time I email them they sometimes get back to me and say they have had production problems and not to keep emailing them, they will let us know when shipped..I have tried at least 4 times and have asked for a refund also
