Renewal by Anderson put a new window into an existing wall in our home We were very pleased by the quality of the new window as well as Anderson Windows routine of a check and signature by an inspector at the end of each major point of the installationIt is a company that promotes quality of materials and workmanship Tom Brooks was the installer and displayed excellent communication skills by briefing us as to what was to be completed each day and a walk through at the end of the dayHe was a hard worker, had a variety of skill sets and displayed excellent workmanship Renewal by Anderson exceeded our expectations

Javier [redacted] and Ricky [redacted] did an outstanding job replacing windows on Oct15, 2018, that had distorted glass several years after installationThey are great technicians and ambassadors for their company

Renewal by Andersen service technician Javier L [redacted] provided exceptional service by checking all my windows and screens, and providing maintenance to be sure all windows and screens were working at their optimum He also ordered a replacement window screen for one that had a broken latch He did his work with a friendly and positive attitude, and went out of his way to be sure all was in order

We had a large picture window installed into an existing wall The project required many procedures and city inspections We are very pleased with the result and the installer Tommy Brooks did an excellent job in workmanship and quality right down to the final clean up I would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone considering installing a window into an existing wall [redacted] **

I just met with Angel [redacted] who is currently finisthe painting and texturing of the stucco on our west-facing wall He has done an outstanding job matching and feathering the stucco and his attention to detail in painting the wall has exceeded our expectations While we have been more interactive in the project than we had anticipated would be necessary, we are very happy with the final outcome The windows are top notch and the craftsmanship of the final project is just as Dana originally suggested, “That you will never know we were here.” Dana did an excellent job assisting us in selecting the windows appropriate for the house and helping us with any problems that arose during the installation We purchased windows from AndersenWe appreciate your willingness to make it right and keep on top of our requests until the final product reached expectations
