The only reason I do not give a five star review is because I waited so long and paid so much to get this patio door with a non aligned door lock (The mortise on the doors were misaligned from the factory.)
I do give star review to the techs that fixed it, Dean and Dale, they took the time to shave one of the mortise cavities down 1/8" to just barely align the door lockThey were courteous and nice

The installers, Phill Mand AndyDwere outstanding They were extremely professional, explained everything that would be done, and were extra careful with our home Their workmanship was perfect and the door product is first rate
My only negative comment would be that the installation was much simpler than I was led to believe by the salesperson She intimated there would be drywall and stucco repair, paint touch up, etc in actuality the door was measured to fit perfect inside the old frame so there was no need to disrupt, stucco, wall, or even the moldingThis door replacement was very expensive Based on the easy installation I feel I definitely paid too much for this replacement and I feel I was taken somewhat by the salesperson

So pleased with our Andersen Windows and their warranty Our windows were installed in and just today 8/9/for the first time we had a technician, Javier L***, come out to our home in a remote part of San Diego and do just some maintenance, replacing a couple of handles and making sure the casement windows worked smoothly at no expense to us We were so impressed with Javier, who was efficient, fast, neat and politeWould request him again should we need assistance but thinking our windows will be fine for at least another years!!!!!

Like others we chose RBA based upon their reputation for quality The actual product is quite well made and appealing Their devotion to their warranty is commendable as well However, the fundamental flaw with this organization is their lack of project managementFor some reason RBA does not assign someone to begin and end the process with the customer to ensure a quality result You'll never speak to the same person twice with this organization, except maybe the crews that actually do the work The crews are courteous and diligent but the management is clearly sell and forget (but they will honor the warranty thankfully)It's possible that RBA has had multiple changes of ownership since we engaged them but follhas never been a strong suit in the past four years We purchased windows and a panel patio door in The patio doors have never sealed despite repeated attempts at repair Every 6-months we get a phone call trying to sell us new windows and I tell them get the doors fixed first Next is flurry of activity to help but never a positive result Today, Javier and Rikky came to assess the issue and for the first time I have a level of confidence that they understand what needs to get done to resolve the problem These two are no nonsense, hardworking men Javier has a level of knowledge about RBA's product which I haven't seen from prior RBA crews so I'm hopeful that this issue will finally get resolved
