I had several windows replaced in my condoThe process with Renewal by Andersen through Dreamstyle Remodeling went very smoothly from start to finishI found all of the employees very courteous and helpful with my questionsThey kept me informed at each stage of the ordering, measuring, financing and installation processesThe installation took two days and the two crew members led by Oscar Paredes were very efficient, professional and did a great job! There was very little touching up they needed to do and they cleaned up all of the debris inside and out, mostly outsideI am very pleased with the new dual-pane, energy efficient windows and how much better they perform I recommend the company to others for a trouble-free experience, a quality product and fair prices

We had a new patio slider installed to replace the existing slider installed years agoThe new Andersen Slider Door is so much more superior to our old doors, that it is unbelievableThe differences just in blocking the outside sound was noticed right awayWe should have not have wasted our money years ago on cheap doorsThe quality of the Andersen Doors an well worth the extra money
Daniel and Ryan, the Andersen installers called to let use know that they would arrive in about a half hour which was really minutes but nice to have them call and give us a on time arrive time
Daniel explained what they would be doing and went through the operation of the doors when they were completed
A small trim piece was supplied and Daniel ask if that was the look we where looking forWe told him we where of the under standing that they would use a wider trim pieceDaniel never disagreed and told us that he would have Ryan go and get the wider trim piece right away
Ryan returned with the wider trim piece which gave the door a much better finished look
Because we ask to have the doors stained onsite, so that Andersen would be better able to match the existing wood work color
The staining is a two day process and we were give the opportunity to verify the stain color before everything was stainedThe color match was spot on

We had windows and sliding glass door installed and our project went wonderfully from start to finishThe person who initially spoke with us and gave us the quote, Rigoberto "Robert" ***, was very respectful and took a lot of time to answer our many questions and ensure we were comfortable and pleased with our purchaseOur installers, Cristian Fand Eddie Macias were extremely hard workers and did this huge job with great care and professionalismThey were a pleasure to work with and were always friendly and they had great attention to detailIn addition, Rikky *** came to our home to install a missing lock on one of our screens and he also was very respectful and friendlyRenewal by Andersen has exceeded our expectations in both product quality and customer serviceOur windows and door are beautiful and work wonderfully and it was a seamless and enjoyable processThank you!

We live in a home in North park that is approaching years oldThe original windows were also by AndersenReplacement was long overdueWhen you remove windows that old, you end up reframing every window...the stucco must be removed for to inches around each windowIn one instance an entire outside wall had to be demolished and rebuiltEnter Ryan ***, a combination builder and installerHe ran the crews and did most of the hard work himselfWe replaced windows and two doors, and he had to reengineer each oneThe result is simply amazingRyan would not accept anything short of perfectionMike who did the stucco is an artistThe work he did is beyond beautifulThe noise reduction is the most instantly apparent benefitWe live on the intersection of two busy streets, and we used to hear every little thingNow, only the loudest noises find their way into our homeWe are delighted that we chose Renewal by Andersen, and that Rosie helped us with the financial end of thingsIt is a great team!

My husband, Al, and I think this is an outstanding company, with high quality replacement windows and doors and very good workers, each in their different rolesWe bought our house in May, moved in during JuneThere were a few items that needed upgrading, most notably one of the sliding doors and a large picture window in the bathroomWhen we first called (in response to a postcard, I think, that was sent to us as new home owners), Ryan came out to give us an estimate, including an "anniversary discount." I just had a wonderful encounter with Javier He came out to the house to fix a minor issue on one of my windows and then proceeded to ensure that I knew how to do the maintenance on them He continued to double check that all of my windows were working and that I was aware of the details ie: locks, stops and tricks to open bigger windows Thank you for going above and beyond Javier!! I just had my very large and heavy picture window replaced by Renewal by Andersen The replacement window was of very high quality, but to my extreme delight was the installation done by to young men who were fabulous Isaias(Izzy) and Victor did a wonderful job on a very difficult project They worked tirelessly and produced a wonderful finished product Renewal by Andersen should be proud to have them as part of their teamThese two men had their work cut out for them, and they handled it perfectly

I was going to rate Andersen stars for our new doors (bifold doors, and sliding door) until the end of the project came aroundThey kept sending different teams out to complete the door installation after the construction phase of the frames, such as painting, tuning the door *** and handle operation, adjusting the door position, fixing adjacent wall outlets, etcThe main problem is that most teams (dry wall folks, weather stripping folks, painters, etc.) don't keep the end result in mindIf someone comes out to put weather stripping in place - or whatever they are tasked with - that's all they do, and they leave when they think they are doneNobody does quality control on an overarching level, except the home ownerThe result is that the homeowner has to find out that the door no longer correctly closes, or opens, or whateverAnd it will be on the homeowner to explain to Andersen each time that issues remain, and make Andersen come back for additional visits to correct what somebody on their team didn't do right the first timeThis drags out the project unnecessarily, and puts Andersen's high-end reputation into questionThe doors themselves ("out of the box") are of impeccable quality, but constantly doing "point fixes" on a brand new door installation without the end result in mind does not live up to the name I thought Andersen had before this project started
I want to make sure I call out two individuals (Zibi and Danny) on the Andersen team that have excelled in their contributions to our new doorsUnlike everybody else, Zibi's and Danny's workmanship has been error-free, and they always keep the bigger picture and the end result in mindIt's the two of them that gave me the confidence that all the work would be finished to our satisfaction - even on steps in the installation that they were not directly responsible forDemand that Zibi and Danny be on the team if you do an Andersen install, and you'll get the results you are looking for

I couldn't be more pleased with my patio door replacement From start to finish, the process was handled with a high degree of professionalism In the end, one must know that you get what you pay for I paid a bit more than I expected for such a job but in the end, the quality of the doors, and the installation made clear to me that I purchased the best Anything lest than the best is simply a waste of money

Most importantly, Daniel Eand Eddie spent three days diligently removing the old windows, installing the new windows, patching and painting stucco and interior walls The location of some windows made this challenging I have been accused of being a “type A” perfectionist, but Eddie surpassed me with his attention to detailEddie also patiently demonstrated the operation of the windows and removing and replacing screens and assisted me until I was confident that I could do it myself
I would definitely recommend this company and this product to anyone considering replacement windows
