From the initial sales visit, to the actual install of three slider windows, all RbA personnel were completely honest, courteous and professional The windows were manufactured on time, and the install team (Andy D& Phill M.) took less than the expected, but they thoroughly explained all features of the new windows, especially the care and maintenance Super Job! We love their 18-month 0% financing package and will be installing more windows and a sliding door in the future

Had a slight hiccup with the screens on my newly installed french doors, but Javier *** from service came out and efficiently took care of the problem I'm very happy with the response time and quality of care

We are so pleased with our windows They are incredibly well made and durable, and what an amazing improvement to our home! We had great communication with and service from the team, including Billy, who supervised the job, Ryan and Elliot, who did the installation and the brunt of the work, and Fernando, who did the stucco/paint repair
This team removed our existing window coverings, rebuilt the window frames, installed the windows, added trim inside and out, and patched and painted to make it look like they had never been there And, they did a great job cleaning up, too!

We have had Andersen casement replacement windows for over seven years, when we were contacted by them asking to check our windows for a potential imperfectionJavier came to test them and determined they should be replaced - complete sash replacement at no cost! Scheduling around our travels, Javier and Rikky arrived today, June 15, and not only replaced the casement windows, but also some weatherstripping on other windows Javier had noticed during his checkupThey were professional, cheerful, thorough and diligent in all they didAndersen customer for life!

Following an installation of several windows and a patio door mid-year, we were absent until a few weeks ago, So we did not fully check the installation on completionWe eventually noticed last week that one of the bedroom windows was not totally closing since the lock was preventing the right hand panel from closing totally.and one panel would not slide past the other to lock in the middle, So there was always a small gap at the endAfter much checking that there might be some simple solution we phoned.and Javier arrived this morning on time as arrangedHe took one heavy pane out and replaced it so that the locks met in the middle as requiredHe also cleaned the tracks on all the windows which are now much smoother and did some fine tuning of the patio door which improves the closing action
So while it is a five star review on the basis of today's visit of the service technician, probably it would be minus one star for the earlier installation given the pane that was originally installed the wrong way

the usual outstanding job of installing their great product Pablo, the installer was careful, particular and left the room clean and complete This is the second time we have purchased sliding doors from Renewal by Andersen and have been very happy both times We will return again when we need their products

We needed to replace three doors on an old house, two side doors, and a sliding glass doorWe chose to replace the sliding door with a french doorOur whole experience has been positiveThe initial salesman, Robert, was informative, but not pushyHe did not try to steer us toward the most expensive options, and gave us discounts for everything, including Dad's military serviceAfew days later, the techncian came out, carefully measured everything, and sent the order to the factoryThe doors arrived yesterday with Zibi and Danny, who did a great job of installing them carefully and professionally, explaining things to me at each stepThey replaced old wood doorstops, rebuilt the framing, and carefully fit each door to our old houseI couldn't have been more pleased! The doors are beautiful and well madeZibi and Danny took away the old doors and all the messOne of the doors came from the factory in the wrong colorZibi called the office right away, got the right door ordered, and will be back to replace it free of chargeI pay nothing until the correct door is installed and their painter has come to paint the trim to match the door framing
