We replaced all of our windows and doors in two separate purchases with Renewal by Andersen My review is based on today's service visit by Javier Luevanos Long story short, he went above and beyond and we are extremely satisfied! Our security screen door jammed, the piston became bent, and a piece of our door frame broke Javier looked at the problem and confirmed he would be able to fix it, no problem He needs to get the parts so will be back for a return visit However, while he was here, he touched up the paint on the front door where the security screen caused a small blemish while it was broken He also fixed our loose door handle on the sliding back door He then lubricated the sliding door and the kitchen window Finally, he had an extra can of lubrication spray so left us a can free of charge! I cannot speak highly enough of Javier and his supreme customer service I have never been disappointed with Renewal by Andersen from the sales pitch, to the install job, and now to follow up servicing of the products stars, all the way!

I want to thank Javier [redacted] for his work trying to replace my screen doorAlthough the screen door ordered was the wrong size, Javier spent time helping me tune up some of my windows and my door that were years oldHopefully the new screen coming will be the right size and Javier, with his sunny disposition will be able to install it!

Customer Service ended with my final payment Contract stated it would take days to complete Installation started on 4-25-and finally completed on 6-23-I have texted and called so many different people who all assured me they would check into my issues After a lengthy conversation with Annie Chavez on 5-18-and hearing nothing I contacted her again on 5-27- She had no idea why I called and I had to go through it all again She then transfered my issues to Kate Colman and Scott in San Diego After going through it all again Scott asked me what I wanted resolved As I had made the final payment no one cared that my contract was not completed Finally David Ford and Tommy Brooks measured, welded and installed my security bars to complete my contract These two hard working gentlemen kept me informed at all times and actually made me feel as if I was a valued customer No one seemed to care that it took months to complete my installation instead of the days listed in the contract

Renewal was very patient and easy to work with my elderly grandpa as sometimes they require a bit more patienceThe team finished everything in a timely and efficient manner and the end result looks great

I had several windows replaced in my condoThe process with Renewal by Andersen through Dreamstyle Remodeling went very smoothly from start to finishI found all of the employees very courteous and helpful with my questionsThey kept me informed at each stage of the ordering, measuring, financing and installation processesThe installation took two days and the two crew members led by Oscar Paredes were very efficient, professional and did a great job! There was very little touching up they needed to do and they cleaned up all of the debris inside and out, mostly outsideI am very pleased with the new dual-pane, energy efficient windows and how much better they perform I recommend the company to others for a trouble-free experience, a quality product and fair prices

Renewal by Andersen service technician Javier L*** provided exceptional service by checking all my windows and screens, and providing maintenance to be sure all windows and screens were working at their optimum He also ordered a replacement window screen for one that had a broken latch He did his work with a friendly and positive attitude, and went out of his way to be sure all was in order
