My wife and I moved into our first home almost a year ago, the back two bedroom windows had broken seals and looked horribleWe desperately wanted to change them out with something that would help keep the rooms cool and looking good, especially in our soon to be nursery! Renewal by Anderson had exactly what we wanted and when Damian Figueroa came out to do the install he was very professional and helpful with any questions we had for himDuring the installation he took the time to show us the process as they got installedOnce everything was finished they cleaned everything up and showed us the finished product and how everything workedWe are so happy with the finished product that Damian provided for us and highly recommend Renewal by Anderson for future window replacements

Friday night (10/6)at approximately 7:30pm, *** came to the door to advertise for this business I told him through the window that I was not interested and in the middle of something He contested and said I had not heard what he had to say I said again that I was not interested He protested still and I had to say I was going to call the police and my husband then came to the door also He finally then departed after being told again we were not interested I posted on our neighborhood NextDoor for people to be on the look out for this young man who was obviously aggressive and coming to the doors after dark There were other complaints about the same behavior in the same time frame after dark Since there was another person standing behind this person this was more of a training routine rather than a rogue contractor or employee I contacted the company online chat and let them know this occurred The person "***" on chat said she would forward to the marketing de

We replaced all of our windows and doors in two separate purchases with Renewal by Andersen My review is based on today's service visit by Javier Luevanos Long story short, he went above and beyond and we are extremely satisfied!
Our security screen door jammed, the piston became bent, and a piece of our door frame broke Javier looked at the problem and confirmed he would be able to fix it, no problem He needs to get the parts so will be back for a return visit However, while he was here, he touched up the paint on the front door where the security screen caused a small blemish while it was broken He also fixed our loose door handle on the sliding back door He then lubricated the sliding door and the kitchen window Finally, he had an extra can of lubrication spray so left us a can free of charge! I cannot speak highly enough of Javier and his supreme customer service
I have never been disappointed with Renewal by Andersen from the sales pitch, to the install job, and now to follow up servicing of the products stars, all the way!
