I was very pleased with Renewal by Andersen and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the near future Jeff G**, Salesman, was thorough in answering all my questions regarding our selection of a new sliding door for our master bedroom And he advised me of a finance program through GreenSky with zero down and no payments at zero interest for months! Jose Sandoval, Installation Assistant Manager, conducted a site review and did all measurements as needed And, though other companies had told me of a minimum 8-to-week turnaround for their orders, Renewal by Andersen exceeded my expectations and had our sliding door installed weeks after the measurements were taken! (My concern was getting the work completed before the arrival of the rainy season There was a water leak associated with our 'old' door.) Most importantly, Carlos, Srand Carlos, Jr(a father-son team) did the installation work! I give high marks for their courteous and professional manner They answered all of my questions and made certain that I approved of their work as they progressed through the installation process Renewal by Andersen gets a 5-star rating from me!

We recently had our back patio door glass shatter on a sliding patio door installed back in I called Renewal by Anderson and that same day, our Service Technician, Javier L***, was at our house making sure that the glass was cleaned up so that none of our children would get cut He was extremely professional, kind, patient with questions, and a speedy worker Javier went above our expectations in making the process easy and pain free as far as any work on our part to get the job done I will definitely be using him for any future needs with our windows if he is available He had the new door panel installed in no time as well after the glass shipped to the warehouse Great service as usual Renewal by Anderson!

I was notified by Andersen several months ago that there was a warranty recall affecting a number of windows which had been installed in Javier *** came to my house to survey the situationHe called to verify that he was on the way, arrived promptly on time, was very pleasant and professionalHe took photos, verified measurements, etcAbout six weeks later he came to the house with a crew of five or six and supervised the replacement task which, to my surprise, was completed in just one dayJavier then adjusted the casement windows and conducted a final inspection with meAt all times It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Javier--can't praise him too highlyAnd kudos to Andersen for standing behind their warranty policy

I had Renewal By Andersen recently install sliding doors One of them needed adjusting and I was able to get a service call appointment quickly The service tech was Rikky Moreno and he did an excellent job He called ahead of time and arranged to come earlier which worked out better for both of us He adjusted the door, explained what the process was for the adjustment and lubricated the tracks as well He was very courteous and thorough I would definitely recommend him I love the doors-they look beautiful and are extremely solid with an excellent locking system which is critical for a sliding door
