iscommitted to treating every consumer with the dignity and respect to which they are entitled and iscommitted to its compliance efforts and ethical debt collection practices. IQ Data employees are fullytrained in the requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and state and federal lawsgoverning our industry. All employees are trained by one, or all, of its two Trainer Specialists and/or itsCertified Instructor and by one of its two Credit and Collection Compliance Officers.  As a requisite ofemployment at IQ Data the employee is required to become certified through the ACA as a ProfessionalCollection Specialists. Another requirement of employment is the taking of the Collector’s Pledge wherebyIQ Data staff commits to professional and ethical treatment of all consumers.Additionally, IQ Data is the only property management collection agency that has received the designationof a Professional Practices Management System accredited agency. This is an elite designation awarded toonly approximately one percent of all collection agencies functioning in the United States.If I understand [redacted] complaint correctly, he has indicated he requested validation of this accountin February of 2017 and never received any documents.Our Agency received [redacted] account in February of 2017 from our client, [redacted]., toassist with the collection of final move out charges associated with the consumer vacating the unit.Upon receipt of this complaint, I have reviewed the account, our records reflect [redacted] did filea letter of dispute requesting documents to validate the charges. Our Agency mailed [redacted]validation documents however, he may not have received the response due to a change of addressthat was not notated in our files. I have included a copy of those documents with our response foryour review.I appreciate [redacted] bringing this to our attention and apologize as our agency did not followour procedures and policies regarding dispute response. Taking this into consideration ouragency is cancelling this account from our files, this by no means absolves the consumer of thedebt but it does remove our office from any collection activity on the account. Additionally, ouragency will submit a request for deletion to the Consumer Reporting Agencies. I never gave authorization for the alleged account, however this illegitimate account has been reported to the credit bureaus and damaging my credit profile. I wish to avoid further damages. This companies reply fails to address any of the questions, concerns, and complaints I've raised regarding their business practices dealing with the account they have listed with my name. [redacted] lied when they promised to remove the account and breached their contract/ agreement. [redacted] debt collection company lied when they promised to remove the derogatory account. They have failed to acknowledge, deny, or response to any of my complaints.
