Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: They only sent a bill for proof of debt  validation or anything other than real proof. This is not enough I will need a METHOD OF VERIFICATION. What methods did the credit bureaus need to verify the account? Especially a collection account? What did you send the credit bureaus to verify that the account was accurate. I will need them to validate the debt. If they do not remove the account. I might sue them for Violation of the FDCPA.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,

Please accept the attached response with supporting documents as our response to Ms. [redacted]'s Revdex.com complaint.
Regarding complaint for [redacted]Case# [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted],Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]’s complaint. Please accept this as IQ Data International, response. In Ms. [redacted]’s complaint to your office, she claims to have been treated unprofessionally by our collection representative refusing to let her speak to her manager or providing her with documentation regarding the status of her account. This account was settled in full by another consumer on the account and it was agreed we would remove the account from the Consumer Reporting Agency’s delinquencies for both consumers.  When Ms. [redacted] contacted our office regarding the account, she was advised that the other consumer had paid the account and the documents she was requesting had already been forwarded to the other consumer. Therefore, we had no documents to provide Ms. [redacted] as she did not remit funds to us directly.  As a part of our auditing process of the collection staff, our compliance department brought Ms. [redacted]’s issue to a manager to reach out to Ms. [redacted] prior to receiving this complaint, however he was unable to reach her.  Upon receipt of this complaint her account was marked as “Do Not Contact” as I believed this to be her wish.
I apologize that Ms. [redacted] felt as if she was treated unprofessionally, conversations during the collection process are often filled with tension and can be difficult, especially when there are multiple discussion with other consumers.  We strive for better communication and have coached the collection representative regarding this communication and appreciate Ms. [redacted] for bringing it to our attention.  As previously stated, due to the nature of the payments remitted, we cannot give receipts for payments she didn’t make, however, I can give her validation of the debt submitted by our client, which you will find attached to our response.  Furthermore, our office requested her account be removed from the Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies and have confirmed the process was completed.  The results are attached showing that IQ Data International Inc., is no longer reporting any account for her. January 9, 2017Revdex.comPO BOX 1000DuPont, WA 98327Regarding complaint for [redacted]Case# [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted],Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to [redacted] complaint. Upon receipt of this complaint, our office has reviewed the account. Please accept this as I.Q. Data International’s response to the complaint. If I understand [redacted] complaint correctly, she is frustrated that after requesting validation of the account, our Agency has not responded and, in violation of the Texas Finance and FDCPA, reported the  account with the Consumer Reporting Agencies while in dispute. In response to the first issue regarding her requests for validation:  On October 27 and 28th our Agency responded to an electronic dispute filed by [redacted] where she indicated the account was not hers, by sending her the move-out statement reflecting move-out charges.  Then on November 9, 2016, our Agency received a certified letter from [redacted] requesting validation of the account as well as a request to not contact.  Validation had already been mailed and was not reissued. Our office reached out to our client, [redacted]., to review the accuracy of the charges submitted for collection.  In response, our Client provided us additional documents further validating the account and a copy of the lease and Statement of Deposit Accounting were mailed to the consumer on December 29, 2016.
[redacted] sited the Texas Finance Code Section 392.202 and the FDCPA Section 809(b), in her complaint, stating our Agency in violation by reporting the account to the Consumer Reporting Agencies while in dispute.  In response, our Agency did not receive a dispute letter from [redacted] until October of 2016, the account was initially reported to the Consumer Reporting Agencies in December of 2015. Upon receiving the consumer’s first electronic dispute in October of 2016, the account was marked as “Disputed” in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and updated to the Consumer Reporting Agencies as such.  The account remains in a “Disputed” status as well as “Do Not Contact” per her request.    I appreciate [redacted] frustration having this account on her credit report however, we consider this debt to be validated and the balance is due in full.  Our Agency has mailed the consumer validation of the debt and I have taken the liberty to attach the documents to our response as well.  If [redacted] has any documents to refute the charges, I encourage her to send them to our office, we would be happy to reinvestigate the charges.  Additionally, if she has any questions or would like to discuss her account in further detail I encourage her to call our office directly.
Please contact me if any further information is needed.

Dear Ms. [redacted],Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]’s rebuttal to our response.
If I understand, Ms. [redacted] has rejected our response stating that she did not receive any written contract and our response stating that we did not find any instance where our Collection Specialist “mocked” her or was rude.  In addition she states our letter posted on Revdex.com.com was extremely condescending.
First off, I would like to respond to her statement that our letter posted on Revdex.com.com was “extremely condescending.”  It is not clear what letter Ms. [redacted] is referring however, I would like to apologize if she feels any of our correspondence is condescending, it certainly is not our intention.  Our responses are meant to outline timeframes and activities from our records, without personal connotations.
In response to Ms. [redacted]’s rejection to our response that she did not received any written contract, it is not clear what written contract she is referring to, however as stated in our previous response, our records reflect that our Agency mailed an initial notice of the account to Ms. [redacted] on December 14, 2015, that notice was never mail-returned and deemed to have been received.  We also sent copies of the “proof” letter, lease and statement of deposit with our response to her original Revdex.com complaint
