There is no one owed monies here.Global Rent .com has access to public small records and now they say I owe them,I do not.I have court records that state that Oxford Square Aptswas not awarded a monetary judgement against me.The manager of the apt.liked me,and understood I left a job that was commission only and although had worked full time for two months I was paid nothing.I was then hospitized with a brain bleed and a month later was diagnosed with Ovarian cancerIQ Data Management has been shut down by the Federal Government for doing just this sort of unlawful collections before and they simply returned with a new business name.I am poor and yrs.old with no husband or family and I am trying to live on $per month.Leave me and every other person who owes you nothing alone or I will contact the same government office that shut you down the last time.kon

Please accept IQ Data International's attached response Thank you Holly H [redacted] Regarding complaint for [redacted] Case# [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] , Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to Ms [redacted] ’s complaint Upon receipt of this complaint, our office has reviewed the accountPlease accept this as I.QData International’s response to the complaint If I understand Ms [redacted] ’s compliant, she is questioning why she was never contacted by the rental company and why her account had been sent to collections when it was less than days old She also is disputing the account as she had paid the property directly While I am not employed at the [redacted] I cannot speak to what transpired prior to the account being referred to our office, it is standard operating procedure for our client to send vacating residents a statement of deposit within days of vacating the unit, to the last known or forwarding address provided by the resident Our office received Ms [redacted] ’s account from our Client February 19, 2016, at this time the account was in a “Pre-Collect” status The “Pre-Collect” status is a courtesy period for consumers to ensure they are aware of an unpaid balance Our Client utilized this process to request a delay in collection activity to give the consumer ample time to make arrangements for payment of the outstanding balance Ms [redacted] disputed the charges with our Collection Specialist and emailed a copy of her personal check that was submitted as payment to the property, the [redacted] ***Our office reached out to the property to validate the payment and did not get a response It is our responsibility to answer disputes in a timely fashion, that being said, I apologize for the delay in our response to her dispute and validation of payment We have opted to accept Ms [redacted] ’s proof of payment as valid and have noted her account as “Assigned in Error.” I appreciate Ms [redacted] ’s frustration that she was unaware this account had been submitted to a collection agency, her account was “Paid in Full” prior to being submitted to our Agency Furthermore, her account has been updated to the Consumer Reporting Agencies to be deleted from her credit report We ask for patience as the process to update with the Consumer Reporting Agencies can take to business days Sincerely, Holly H [redacted] Assistant Compliance Manager IQ Data International, Inc

Regarding complaint for [redacted] ***Case# [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] ,Thank you for giving us another opportunity to respond to Ms***’s complaint Please accept this as I.QData International’s response to her second rebuttal of our response.If I understand Ms***’s second rebuttal, she has rejected our response claiming that she did not have any animals in the apartment She also states that she had a two month living arrangement with the [redacted] .Upon receipt of her second rebuttal, our office reached out to our client, [redacted] , and inquired about the pet stains and photographs We were informed that kitty litter had been found throughout the apartment and that it had been ground into the carpet Though our client does not have any photographs, the carpet cleaning estimate and Move Out Inspection form have been provided and were submitted in out last response The Inspection form states the carpet was replaced December 26, and new at move in There are no notations regarding any wear and tear or damage to the carpet by Ms [redacted] upon signing the document At move out, there are notations stating the carpeting needed replaced as it had permanent pet and urine stains The carpet cleaning estimate also shows notations regarding permanent stains on the carpet, “Miscstains in carpet have Stained carpet Permanently Very matted with severe soil abrasion in Traffic areas With Too Much URINE**REPLACE CARPET**”Ms [redacted] states that she had a two month living arrangement with the [redacted] According to the documents provided to us by our client, she signed her lease January 11, 2014, with an agreement for one year however, submitted her intent to move out on or before April 30, 2014, showing a little more than months of residency Attached you will find a copy of the Intent to Move for your review At this point, I believe we have done all we can to answer Ms***’s dispute Her account remains marked as “Disputed” and “Do Not Call,” as I believe that to be her wish, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act While this account is disputed, our office does believe the account to be validated and will remain in our office until resolved In addition, if Ms [redacted] has any documentation that specifically refutes any of the charges on this account, she may forward it to our office for reconsideration Sincerely,Holly H [redacted] Assistant Compliance ManagerIQ Data International, Inc
