I have tried to contact *** via phone and emailI have left
a VM for her to call me back on my direct line to resolve the issueI have also emailed her and stated the following:

Hope you are doing wellI tried to contact you a moment ago
via phone but I had gotten a voicemail box of ***I understand you have
been having issues with canceling your account and I would like to try to
resolve this issueI will be happy to send you a return label so that you can
send the unit back to usOnce we have the unit back we are able to turn off
the monitoring services, for liability reasons we have to keep the monitoring
services on unit we have the unit in hand to verify that the unit is no longer
neededAs mentioned for liability reasons if someone does press the button
they can still get helpIf you can let me know what the best address to send the
return label to that would be greatI know you were charged for the next year
of service and I will be happy to refund the full amount of $once the
unit has been returnedI look forward to hearing from you so that we can
resolve the issue
