I returned a pair of jeans and exchanged them for a new pair almost 5 months ago (through the mail) and I have still not received my new pair.
I ordered a pair of jeans from the online store and they came too small so I returned the pants and exchanged them for a new pair in a different size. I have the UPS return receipt proving the return and confirmation that the pants arrived to the store/warehouse. I returned the pants in January 2018 and my new pants that I ordered still have not been delivered to me. I have contacted the store's customer service email on upwards of 5 separate occasions. They have only responded to my emails about half of the time. They said they are experiencing back orders, but I find that hard to believe considering it has been almost 5 months. They also did not respond to my request to get my money back on the order, as I did give them that option. I am aware of two other customers that have experienced the same issue that I am experiencing and their issues have also not been resolved. There is no customer service phone number and they will not provide me with one.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the pants that I have ordered, I would like my money refunded, and I would like to talk on the phone with someone representing their business.

I ordered jeans on April 17th and never received any sort of conformation email but was charged for them.
On Tuesday April 17th I ordered a pair of Venus Flair Crop Jeans in size 26. The total was $72.59 with the code XXXXXXXFWJHQD56N3 SP REVICE WWW.REVICE.CO CA. The email I entered was ***@gmail.com. I never received any kind of conformation email about the order. The website says they will respond to all emails within 48-72 hours and since then I have emailed ***@re-vice.com three times with no response. Once on the 18th, 21st, and 24th. I also sent them a direct message on Instagram and commented on several posts that they have clearly ignored (because they have interacted with other comments on the post).

Desired Outcome

I really love the jeans so ideally I would like to receive what I paid for in a timely manner. My shipping address is *** La Jolla Ca XXXXX. If this cannot be completed for whatever reason I would like a full refund.

This is a Scam Company, I made an order and 2 weeks plus and later no response of where my pants are. Ive been emailing them every day and no response
This company is sketchy af (sorry about my language) I order a few things from them and its always begging them to send me the products. They send the wrong ones or never send them at all. I will file a complain to get my money back thru paypal, they havent been answeting any of my emails or concerns, just ignoring me left and right. No way to contact them, it feels really unpowering. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Had to order the same jeans 3x just to get right sizing. They were fine at handling that, but when it ripping after 1 wear, they ignored all emails
Mine and my friend's jeans (Revice's Venus Crops) ripped after around 3 wears each. That is NOT premium denim as they so claim. I have commented and DMed their Instagram after e-mailing 4 times the past 2 weeks with no solution. No one has bothered to even e-mail saying they have received my messages. Absolute problem date: 4/10/2018.

waited and received around 1.5 months later. When received, they didn't fit, so I returned and paid $12 shipping. Waited a 1.5 weeks until they got the jeans, then they sent store credit. Then I repurchased the jeans in 2 sizes bigger for $8.30 more on 2/20/2018. Waited, received, they didn't fit. So infuriated, I sent them back, $12 more dollars for shipping, reordered the largest possible size because I was fed up and already invested $$$$$ into it. I finally got them later and they were only slightly too big which was fine because at least they fit around my thighs. Not even after 4 wears of the brand new so called "premium" jeans, THEY RIPPED AT THE CROTCH ALL THE WAY UP. Now why should jeans that are loose on me RIP? I sent photos to Revice in complaint, and they, taking their sweet time, replied saying they'd send me a store credit code to order another pair. PERFECT! Except I have had no more contact after that in order to fully resolve the solution as they have ignored me ever since, with no store credit code.

Desired Outcome

I just want a replacement pair or even a store credit option for the money I spent. I am sick of having to fight for their attention. A good company would handle their issues so things like this are avoided. Hopefully, this next pair of jeans, if they even fulfill my request, would last me longer than 3 wears. thank you.

The only reason I don't accept yet is because I am replying with my order number. This is the order number for the third pair of jeans I got due to sizing mistakes. #XXXXX I paid for shipping and got the jeans weeks later and wore them about 4-5 times and they ripped. Thank you.

I purchased two pairs of jeans two months ago. One was shipped after a month and I still have not received the other pair. The pair that I did receive is not the size that I ordered so I went online to exchange them and its telling me that my order number does not exist so I can't even exchange them. Which in this case, I would still have to pay for shipping again. I have tried emailing them numerous times with no response. I have left several voicemails and no one has called me back. My next step is to contact my bank. This is the worst customer experience, I am still not sure if this is a business or a scam website. I want my $150.40 refunded back to me. I haven't even gotten what I paid for!

I have been trying to get three pairs of jeans that I ordered for about 2 months now, and at first they were answering my emails about getting the jeans, but now they are ignoring me. This is the most unprofessional way to handle this situation, and I would never suggest to order from them. I saw these reviews before and thought that they must be an exaggeration, and went to order, but that was a bad decision. I will be contacting my credit card company to get the money back, since I have never dealt with a company that cared this little about customer satisfaction. I was told, when I ordered the jeans, they would be shipped three days later. I understand that the jeans are handmade so it takes time, but on each pair I ordered it said the ship date, and I don't think the jeans are ever coming. DO NOT order from this company unless you want to pay money and not receive anything.

They have responded three out of ten times saying that my purchase would be shipped in 8-10 days all three times. My purchase has still not been shipped. I have requested a refund because it has been almost 4 months. They have not responded. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I would like the truth told to me when I contact a company and revice has lied straight too me three times. I would like my money back because I believe I will not recieve my purchase.

I would like a full refund. This company has lied to me when they actually responded. They have also dodged my calls and emails. If a purchase has not arrived in 4 months, I don't believe it will ever come. I need $73.50 back from this company. They are a scam.

JANUARY 1, 2018 I DID AN ONLINE PURCHASE WITH THEM. I PURCHASE SOME JEANS, IT WAS NOT UNTIL 1/31/2018 THAT I GOT THEM DUE TO THEM NOT HAVING THEM STOCKED AND THE PAIR I GOT WAS NOT THE SIZE I ORDERED SO I WAS ISSUED A LABEL FOR A EXCHANGE FOR CORRECT SIZE AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 2WK REPLY VIA EMAIL. THEN I GOT A DEFECTIVE PAIR 2/15 AND IN WHICH I EMAILED AGAIN TO GET A REFUND AND RETURN THEIR ITEM DUE TO THEM NOT REPLYING IN TIMELY MANNER OR SENDING QUALITY ITEM. IT WAS NOT UNTIL 4/5/ 18 I GOT A RESPOND BACK WITH LABEL AND I RETURNED THAT DAY TO THEM. THEY STILL HAVE NOT ISSUED MY REFUND. I WANT MY MONEY PLEASE HELP ME. THEY HAVE THEIR PRODUCT BACK

I understand there are a ton of negative reviews and I too, was skeptical of ordering from here but after my experience, I will ONLY be buying my denim from here! Their jeans are so comfortable and so unique! I was made aware from their IG story that this company is run by only 4 girls (pretty cool)! I received my jeans after 3 weeks of placing order (they were a pre-order item) and was getting responses to my emails within 3 days. This company is great and I love that make all their product in the USA and most of it is custom made.

This company is such a let down. As awesomen as it seems don't bother trying to purchase something through them unless you want a difficult experience
I ordered a pair of the Venus flares in eclipse wash in a size recommended by Revice after sending through my measurements. They arrived a month after I ordered them (they were pre ordered) although I was told that they would be shipped out the day after I ordered them. Unfortunately they were too big for me so I had to pay $40 to ship them back, I was told that I would be able to exchange them even though I live internationally but once again I was lied to. When they arrived back in the hands of Revice I was sent an email letting me know that they wouldn't exchange them and gave me a code for a store credit. This was fine and I re ordered them in the right size but when I replied to the email asking for them to be shipping ASAP as I had ordered them for a particular event (2 months in advance might I add) I didn't receive a reply. It's been a week since I re ordered them and they still haven't been shipped, I have emailed them twice and still not recived a reply. This company has the potential to be amazing but they severely lack customer service and reliability. I now have been left outfitless for the event I was planning to wear them too as it is next weekend and they still haven't been shipped.

I would like to have my emails replied to and my product delivered. I also think the company should invest in their customer service.

This is the WORST company I have ever bought something from. They would be shut down. I purchased 2 pairs of jeans both not a preorder. 1 pair came 2 months later after many emails asking them to ship. They also promised a free shirt which was going to be delivered to me with the order. It was NEVER delivered. I contacted them and they asked me if they could make it right and send it. A month later and still no shirt. Now they are advertising a free shirt with a denim purchase on their website that is SO unfair. The second pair NEVER came they stole my money and never shipped!!! They stopped replying and the only way I would get a reply was to ask for a refund in which they said they only offer store credit!? Let me get their straight I paid them money, they never shipped the item, and they're offering me store credit!? WHAT A SCAM. 3 months later they blocked me on my email. No jeans no shirt. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SAFE YOURSELF THE TIME

I almost didn't order after reading these but I'm glad I did. Revice definitely has some shipping issues... I didn't receive a shipping confirmation until emailing them 2 weeks after my order, but they came within 3 weeks. Stay on top of them, order through Paypal... the jeans are really cute but DEF size up.

BEST, COMFIEST JEANS IVE EVER WORN. I can't wait to buy my next pair. I am normally between two sizes so I got the size up because the site said the jeans fit tighter. LOVE THEM. They also were shipped the day I ordered them and got to me (on the opposite coast) in under a week. ð???

I was delighted at first to find this company because I had been looking for some vintage styles like the Venus crops, Ruby Tuesday's, Blue Division, etc. I did read the reviews on here first but I'll be honest, I just assumed that these were people that didn't know how to read the preorder dates and now I regret severely not taking them seriously. I think I was just so excited to get a pair of Venus crops that I just decided to risk it. Really really wish I hadn't now. First I emailed the company asking if I could possibly get the Venus crops earlier than the preorder date and I said I would happily pay extra to make it happen (I needed them for an event). They said they could have them shipped out to me within the week of my order with no extra charge. I was like awesome, so I ordered them. They never did ship out the first week, but I decided that they were probably just busy, so I gave it another week and still no shipping notification. Then I emailed them about it and they said I'd have to wait until the preorder date. At that point the event I needed them for had already passed *** I had gotten a pair from Poshmark new so I just asked to cancel the order from there. I want to make a side note here and say that my first issue with this company is that they will lie to entice you to order from them. Their communication is great and flattering until you actually place the order, and then they don't honor anything that they have promised.

Anyway, they responded back saying they'd cancel the order and to give it 8-10 days before the money would be entered back into my account. I was totally fine with that. A month later, though, I try to use the gift card they had apparently refunded and it gets declined so I go to my card transactions page and it turns out that I never got the refund. I call the card issuer and they say that no attempt at a refund has been made to my card, so I got confused and emailed them again. I was very nice about it because I understand that these things just happen sometimes and maybe it just didn't process right. But in my email I gave them the order # in both the subject line and in my comment and the only thing they respond back with is "What is your order #?" So I respond back listing my order number for the third time, and then I never hear from them again after one week. So I resend the email and include my order # and full description of everything going on and I again never hear back from them. Now I'm having to dispute the charge with my card issuer because they simply will not refund my money or further contact me... but they did, just wait, I'll explain below how one of their employees ~contacted~ me.

Now, on to my next major issue with them. The jeans I got off of Poshmark were brand new with Revice tags, so I know they were not washed or shrunken. They were labeled a 26, but literally measured in at a 23" waist. That is an unacceptable run in sizing. Then I check out some other listings and find out that almost every pair seems to have a severe variation in sizing even though they're all labeled as 26" waists some measure in at 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, etc and some of the legs on the pairs aren't even cut evenly so one leg opening can be 1-2" wider than the other. For $90-$100 jeans, that is unacceptable, especially considering the amount of time they take to arrive. And my friend exchanged a pair and she got the exact same size back, which was pointless. I seriously wouldn't recommend buying from this company. If you have to have the jeans go buy them from Poshmark, Mercari, Depop etc from someone who can actually measure their pair for you so you know what size you're getting.

And I want to mention one other thing I resold the jeans on another selling app because they didn't fit and I sold them at under retail price. I made a note in the listing that these jeans take months to arrive and that I had a bad experience with this company. I then had a person contact me through the listing calling me a liar and saying that they were far too expensive for their price, but that the jeans and company were great. I thought the tone of the comments was quite odd, so I looked up this person's profile on Instagram and it turned out to be a Revice employee herself harassing me. I could not believe that after scamming me and many other people they would allow one of their employees to spend their time harassing people for selling the jeans secondhand instead of answering emails and issuing refunds like they should be doing. They also delete any and all negative comments left on their pages, and tell you to DM them instead, but they won't answer you in most cases when you DM or email them, either, which is why so many people comment. I cannot say enough things about how horribly unprofessional this company is. I have screenshots and documents of everything I have just said and I do not want this company to contact me ever again, especially not after harassing me.

So bad I'm still not sure if it is a business or a scam. I ordered my jeans on November 28 and I did not receive them until April 4. It was impossible to get in contact with the company. They dodged my emails and don't answer the phone. They make it nearly impossible to do returns/exchanged and you must pay for the shipping back to the company. I still haven't received one pair that I ordered, and I couldn't get an estimated deliver date. The only way to get their attention and request a refund for the product not delivered was to threaten to report them to the Federal Trade Commission. Do not buy from this company!!

Package not delivered, multiple emails sent, not responded to or given package, poor customer service.
I ordered for Black Friday 2 pairs of jeans. It's now the beginning of APRIL and still haven't gotten my package. They lost it, and after multiple complaints they apologized and said they would immediately ship it. That obviously didn't happen. So I emailed again and again and got no response. I also DM'd them and was left on read. They say they check emails on Sundays and try and respond to emails in 24-48 hours but they go weeks without response and then decide to just ignore you all together. Extremely unprofessional business that I don't know how they are still operating. They took nearly $150 dollars of my money and have no intention of fulfilling my order or refunding it.

Desired Outcome

I am being completely reasonable and simply want them to do their job, which is simple: send people what they order after taking their money. I simply want my order to be shipped. Ideally I want my money discounted because I paid far too much for the service I was given. Also I want them to change their business practices so they stop scamming customers.

They have written in previous email exchanges I had had with them that they would send out my parcel "this week" or "ASAP" or "guarantee shipment tomorrow" and have never followed through (clearly) as I still don't have my package.

Do not order from this company. I wish I had read these reviews before I did. I ordered a pair of jeans on Feb 1st, when the estimated shipping time was about 2 weeks. After the two weeks passed *** I received no shipping confirmation, I emailed to inquire. Two days later I was told they would be shipped "soon". I emailed to cancel my order and refund, and was emailed back that I could expect my refund in 8-10 days. Now, a MONTH LATER, I never received my refund, and have received shipping confirmation on an order I CANCELLED. When I emailed them to express my dismay, they told me my order was shipped in error, and if I wanted my refund (which I clearly do) I will have to shop back the *** pants and pay shipping when they arrive. Is this a joke? This has been going on for over a month and now I have to pay shipping for a pair of pants I CANCELLED over a month ago to receive the refund I was promised. I have begun a dispute with my bank. Total bs.

This company is complete scam and stole my money. I still haven't received two pairs of jeans I ordered on February 9th. I ordered this items using a credit card and paid a total of $140. They were not on backorder, I just never got them. I had to email and call their "customer service" about 50 times before someone finally responded and told me they'd send me a refund (no explanation why I never got my jeans) and this was on March 17th. I STILL haven't got my refund, and surprise no one is responding to me again. I've looked online and saw this same thing has happened to a ton of other customers, no one gets the items they ordered and they are not refunded. You might think $140 isn't much but it's my hard earned money and they stole it from me. I feel I need to do something about this as this is happening to other people as well. I have the saved email they have sent me stating they refunded me.

A refund if $140 which is what I paid for the jeans they never sent me. I'm not asking for anything more than that. They shouldn't be able to do this to people.

Terrible company. I ordered two pair of jeans on Black Friday. I waited until February to ask about where they were. I was told they would be shipped soon. Received one of the two pairs I ordered and they were very very small. Waited one month to ask about the second pair. No response. I finally discussed with the company that I would be calling my credit card company asking them to cancel the money and they responded saying they were sorry and would send the jeans and a shirt for my troubles... they said they would March 15th, and to look for a confirmation email. Never came. Terrible customer service and they are thieves. I would say.. DONT BUY FROM THEM.
