Sent jeans back more than a month ago for an exchange. Have emailed many times and still have not heard back- just want a refund now!!
I initially ordered a pair of jeans (Order #XXXXX) on December 27, 2017. After receiving the jeans and finding out they did not fit on January 8, I requested information on how to exchange the jeans. I did not receive this information until almost a month later on February 5 after several inquiries via email, Facebook, and Instagram. Once I had the return address, I immediately shipped the jeans. I received confirmation that the jeans were delivered back to your location on Feburary 9. Almost a month later (March 6) I still had not received any information on the next steps for my exchange and I sent a follow-up email to see the next steps in the exchange or if I could receive an exchange. Today, March 23rd, I sent another email because I still have not heard back from the company. I am beyond frustrated by how long this has taken and how poor their communication skills are. I feel like I was robbed of my money.

Desired Outcome

I want to be refunded the amount that I paid for the jeans ($70.50). I understand that the purchase was exchanges only but I have no more patience to deal with their customer service in the case that I finally receive another pair of jeans and they do not fit again. I hope that the company will make an exception and grant me a refund because of this TERRIBLE experience I've had with their company.

I order a few pairs from Revice denim at the very end of January. It took nearly 2 months to receive a couple of pairs. All seperately and after numerous emails asking the status of my order. The long awaited arrival was even more disappointing when I realized the jeans were not made to the quality described on their site AND their return process was just as awful and arduous...ONLY for store credit! Why would I want to order another pair of jeans to replace the once I already waited 2 MONTHS to receive??? That I don't even like that much?? The sizing on each piece vary's from piece to piece, which they disclaim, but their recommendations to "size down" on certain styles is utterly pointless as their measurement system to begin with is completely off. Such a bummer. I am STILL waiting for my last pair. They have not responded to my request asking for the status of the final pair. DO NOT order from Revice denim. I very much regret this purchase and will never be shopping with them again. Their jeans are NOT worth the wait, if you ever get them.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of jeans, only received 1 pair in the wrong size, they corrected that but I still haven't received the 2nd pair.
I placed an order for Ziggycrops and Venus crops in Lightyear Wash, size 25, on 2/9/18. The order shipped 2/12/18 but when it arrived it only had one pair of jeans (Ziggy). The jeans were the incorrect size (28) and were addressed to a different person. The company was contacted and the jeans (Ziggy) were shipped back. They shipped a new pair of jeans in the correct size, but I still had not received the Venus crops (size 25) from the original order. I attempted to contact the company multiple times, but have still not received the jeans. They do not offer refunds, only store credit, but store credit is next to useless when there is no guarantee that I will even get the products I purchased or a response. They also have not been communicating with me via email, and there has been no update or progress. The last time I received a response was 3/13, after emailing on 3/1 and 3/9, asking me the size and style I'm waiting on and that they would immediately have it sent to me. It is now 3/20 and there has been no response or progress with the issue. I sent an email yesterday, 3/19 once again expressing my disappointment at the lack of communication and resolution to this issue, and asking that my product be delivered. At this point I would either like the jeans I paid for or my money back.

As of 4/5/18 I have received the jeans I was waiting for from the company and correspondence from them.

Buisness does not execute promised product.
On February 2nd, I ordered the Yin Yang Shorts and the Eclipse Jeans. The website states that orders are processed and shipped within 9 days. Once it reached that amount of time and I still didn't receive a shipping notification, I emailed customer service. It wasn't until I had emailed them that finally sent me a shipping confirmation for my order. However, only one of my items had shipped. I emailed support about this on February 15th and on Sunday, February 18th I received an email back saying they would ship out "this week". After I sent another email about being frustrated with this service and wanting to know when my stuff would ship, I received another email on Wednesday, February 21st, stating that both of the items I ordered were on presale. The website said that if the item is presale it would be noted in the item information. At the time of my order that was not listed (I made sure of this because I didn't want to wait, since then the website has been updated and it NOW says presale under the item). In that email, I was also told it was being shipped NEXT week. I emailed them back extremely frustrated about the service, as I was being told multiple times now. I've sent a couple more emails and they have stopped responding since then.

On March 1st, I opened a case with paypal about the item I didn't receive. They immediately sent tracking information for the item I did receive as "proof I received the item" and the claim was closed. I appealed the claim and sent the url to my order showing that one item was never shipped asking for a refund for that item. For a while they did not respond to the claim. On March 12th, they finally responded with tracking information for the second item. It is now March 17th and that tracking information has not been updated, the label was only created. After this paypal said that I would receive a refund once I returned the item with tracking proof, except I never received it!

I wish I had read the Revdex.com reviews before ordering, but I didn't. The first item I received from this company was too small. I am usually a size 24, the website said to size up so I ordered a size 25 in the Eclipse jeans. They were still too small. I was planning on exchanging them, but I know now that I would never receive my money back for them. They can't even process my order, I don't trust them to process a return or exchange.

I think the problem is that they have a lot of business coming in and not enough employees to keep up with it. But at the end of the day screwing over your customers doesn't work. After they didn't contact me back through my email, I tried to reach out to someone on social media. They are constantly posting on Instagram and Facebook but have no time to email me back. However, any questions I posted asking about my order were deleted. They care more about advertising their product than the actual customer satisfaction.

The fact of the matter though is that I paid for a product that I did not receive.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for what I didn't receive as well as a refund for shipping. I don't think that I should pay such high shipping for an item that wasn't even shipped/ is taking months to be shipped. If that's not possible, I really just want this business to be seriously looked at by Revdex.com. After reading all of the complaints from others, many people have ended up in the same situation as me, not receiving what they paid for. That just seems illegal and I don't understand how it's possible for them to still be in business when that is the case.

The full amount of my order was $136.00. I don't know what the costs split up into the items and shipping was at this moment.

I will not accept the response until I receive a refund.

NEVER SHOP HERE FORREAL. I ordered a pair of jeans early January and it took a few weeks before I ended up reaching out to them about my package and they didn't respond but I got an email a few days later with tracking and for a few days it said that the order was processing and I then waited another few weeks and the tracking just never updated and it never said it was on the way and my package still didn't come. I then contacted them again asking them why the tracking wasn't working and they finally responded saying that my package was lost in the mail and that is why the tracking never worked and they also said they would send me a new pair once they come back in stock which would be 8-10 days. I emailed them back asking them to update me when they could send it out and they responded that they would. This was all a month ago and since then I have emailed them twice again asking where my package was and then also telling them to cancel my order since it had been so long I didn't want to get scammed. They haven't responded to any of those messages and it has been about a month since sending them. I even tried sending them messages on Instagram and they have ignored my messages but are still posting photos.. I know that they scammed me and I have heard of a ton of people having similar experiences with this clothing store and never getting their package. Terrible company like idek how they get away with stealing peoples money especially when the majority of their reviews are bad

I submitted an order about two months ago. Nothing sent out yet. It seems like a fraud
I submitted an order Jan 23. Nothing sent out yet. Feb. 27, I did receive a tracking number, but on the website, it says the carrier is still waiting for the package. Then Revice denim told me my package got lost and they would resend it. Then, nothing till now after a couple weeks. I emailed them to ask what is going on. no reply. For the past week, I have been emailing them to ask for a refund or a shipping confirmation. No reply. This seems like a fraud. I request to have my money back. I am not paying 80 some dollars for a pair of jeans that would never come.

Misleading Shipping Dates and Delayed Response
I should have looked at the other reviews before I ordered. On February 6, I ordered two pairs of jeans. Order XXXXX. My credit card was charged, and I didn't realize until afterwards that it was a preorder, which you had to scroll down to see. Most websites (like Revolve) I order from don't charge you until the preordered item ships, but it was my mistake so I let it go. Two weeks ago, I checked the website and they moved the "preorder date" to weeks after the original one without informing me. I asked when they'd ship it since when I ordered them the preorder date was in February, they said by the end of last week. I've still heard nothing. I asked them to cancel my order and stil nothing. I will most likely be calling my bank about it. This process has been over a month long. I would not order from this site. It doesn't make sense to constantly hold promotional sales when you can't keep up with your current orders. It seems like a scam. Really disappointed. The operation seems really unprofessional and dishonest.

Desired Outcome

I would like to cancel my order and receive a full refund on my card, NOT a store credit. If I never got the jeans, I don't believe the exchange only policy applies.

Made order online, didn't get order, contacted business and do not get a response.
I placed an online order on February XX XXXX. After not receiving a shipping notice to my email, I reached out to the business via email. I didn't get a response. So, I messaged the business page on Facebook. I also didn't get a response about where my purchase is.

I would like a full refund and this complaint to go against the business.

I received an email from REVICE on March 13,2018 asking if I would like to cancel my order. I replied back with "Yes, please." but I never received a credit back on my card for the purchase.

I ordered from this company in EARLY NOVEMBER and I still do not have a pair of jeans that fit me. It took me two months to initially receive my order and they were so *** small. My friend 2 sizes smaller than me couldn't fit into them. When I emailed them about this they informed me that they are aware of this size problem and essentially don't care. I shipped the jeans in for an exchange two months ago and still haven't received any confirmation they got them and will be sending me a new pair. They responded to one email and said they were "changing warehouses" and to "expect an email ASAP". A month later I have emailed them twice since and gotten nothing. Do NOT order from this site, they have stolen $90 from a broke college student and don't care at all.

I ordered in January. I have ask them an estimate for two orders I have. They charged my card but give me different times that it would ship.
I have been in contact with Revice through email. My email is ***@gmail.com. I ordered in January and still haven't received any confirmation of when I would get my order. I ordered in January so I could get them before March 14th! First order was place Jan 18. Order number is #XXXXX for $203.20. Second order I placed Jan 22. Order number is #XXXXX for $63.36. I used my debit card. The second order should have been shipped out already. This was confirmed by Feb 16th. They said that it would ship out the first week of March and I would receive a confirmation email. Which I have not. I asked them about my other order. They apologized for any inconvenience and said on Feb 19th that they are "expecting to ship your my order by next week" and again to keep an eye out for my shipping confirmation. On March 3, I reached out to them again to track my order. I was incredibly aggravated by an email that had nothing to do with my question and they opened up the email with "Hi babe!" I find this to be very unprofessional response to a disgruntled customer. As both my orders should have received a tracking number or shipping number, I sent another email March 3. " I would like an update on both my orders as they were supposed to be shipped out. For bother orders, I have not received a tracking number." They email me back on March 5 saying that they will ship my order this coming week. They told me this in the previous email. I then contacted them through facebook March 6th to get an answer as they do not have a phone number. I gave them my email from which we have been doing correspondence with and they asked yet again for my order number. They said that they would figure out the problem and have yet to answer me back. I sent another message through facebook and they have viewed my message but have yet to respond. I then tried to find their phone number through the address that is listed on the sanjose.app.Revdex.com.org website. The address listed is for next level apparel. I asked them if they have any information on revice, a phone number, and/or new location. Next level apparel told me that they closed out and have moved out of the location. They have no knowledge of any information of Revice, no number, no location. How am I supposed to get in contact with them???

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund directed to my bank account/debit card. I refuse store credit because the reason why I want a refund is not because the quality of clothing is bad, its their inconvenience to customers, ill communication, and lack to fulfill orders. I never received product! I spent nearly $300 in January and still have received not information on my order. I haven't received a date or shipment. I have received nothing from them.

AWFUL Company! I have ordered these jeans in late December 2017 and now it is March 2017! Over 3 MONTHS, and I have still not received these jeans. I was initially looking forward to receiving these jeans, but customer service keeps giving me false promises of the item being shipped out next week (week after week). To be quite honest, I think the positive reviews on this site are from Revice company employees, not from actual customers. I JUST WANT MY JEANS. Do not order. This company is the clothing equivalent of *** Festival. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Worst customer service I have ever received. I wish I saw their reviews before I went through with purchasing. Company agreed to process a refund of my order due to their very negligent customer service and not updating my order status for weeks. They told me my money would be with me within 8-10 business days but they never processed it and I have had to escalate the claim to Paypal as this is the only way I am able to get my money back. They are thieves and are just trying to steal your money. Don't be fooled by their fake sugar coating and calling you pet names when they are really not providing any service at all.

Made the mistake of not looking here before ordering. after seeing how many complaints they had, I rushed to cancel my order. Instead of emailing me back that the order was cancelled, they emailed me thanking me for shopping there. I want to cancel the order and because the charge is still pending, I can't do it through my credit card yet. This is the only place this awful company seems to respond to customers on.

I Ordered a pair of Ruby Tuesday jeans in a size 25 from this company on January 2nd. The expected shipping date was January 15th, and I was ok with waiting the extra time because I was obsessed with the jeans. I was charged the full amount in the same week that I ordered. It is now NINE WEEKS LATER and I have emailed the customer service FIVE separate times, chatted on Facebook twice with no response, and commented on one of their Instagram posts with no response. The emails keep telling me that I will be receiving a shipping confirmation within the week and I have been told this THREE TIMES NOW. I am SO done with this company and I am willing to let everyone know it. They robbed me of my money and I have NEVER experienced such horrible communication from customer service. I just want my product, but it's looking like I will never get it. DO NOT PURCHASE from them, it is a waste of time.

purchased a pair of pants and shirt 11-30-17. Received them 1-30-18. Needed to return the pants. Emailed them numerous times and left voice messages, no response. Even did a live chat, no response on where to mail back the pants. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. Finally heard back from Revice-mailed back the pants with a shipping cost of $12.90. It has been 10 days and still no credit on my credit card. Tried calling them, goes to voicemail. I am looking for my credit of $88 for the pants and $12.90 for shipping and handling. I would never buy from this company again. Awful customer service.

I ordered 2 pair of jeans from them on Black Friday this past November. There were many complications through out the process and I was very patient. They finally shipped me my jeans at the end of January and they sent 1 pair that was the right style and size and another pair that was the complete wrong style and size with a broken button. I reached out to them about getting my right pair of jeans and they said they would ship them out that next week which would be the first week of February. After that they stopped responding to my emails asking them about when they will be here. To this day they have not sent me the right pair. They have terrible customer service and basically stole $70 from me. I have been so patient in the process and was really excited about these jeans and always told my friends to buy from them but from now on I will never recommend them to anyone after this horrible experience. Its been almost 5 months and no jeans... very disappointed.

So first off, I love this company because of the unique styles. I have no complaints for the quality or sizing of the jeans. The jeans were amazing.
But they are charging $90 for each pair of jeans that you have to wait a month plus to receive! For the prices they charge I would assume they can have a product shipped within a reasonable time, actually reply to emails, and stop deleting comments on Instagram from people who are trying to get in contact with you. It just doesn't make sense how you can charge people for a product that they won't recieve for months.
Please, fix this issue. Because I actually LOVE your jeans. But if you want to keep customers, you need to fix these issues.

Don't get me wrong... the jeans are SUPER cute... but I didn't know that for sure until I received them almost S E V E N (7) weeks after my initial order was placed. I had ordered 2 jeans back in the middle of December and I got one of them at the end of January and the other one at the end of February. It had taken so long that I literally forgot that I had ordered them. When I emailed customer service, I got a response, but it was a lie. They told me my jeans would ship within 8-10 days when in reality I didn't receive anything until about 3-4 weeks later, both times.

SCAM/FRAUD!! This is so frustrating!! After not hearing from them for OVER a month since placing my order I contacted them about 4 or 5 times without any responses - then I get their stupid "hi love its being shipped out in the next 2 weeks xoxo" = translation = we are never shipping them out and took $150 from your pockets. AND they dont allow refunds so you just get store credit so its an even bigger *** to their customers.

Meanwhile every day on instagram they put out NEW items, NEW models, NEW jeans but can't respond to my dozen emails or my messages?

This company NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. AFTER Over 2 dozen negative reviews...why are they still allowed to STEAL MONEY?

they take over a month to even send your order out. could be longer. I ordered jeans a month ago and still haven't gotten an email about shipping as promised.
