I ordered a Pre Order pair of jeans and a NON PRE ORDER Tee on January 20th from Revice. Pants were estimated to ship "January 22". Below is Copy and Paste email communication with dates to show the lack of importance in customer service. *IT IS NOT FAIR TO MAKE SOMEONE WAIT WELL OVER A MONTH FOR NON PRE ORDER ITEMS JUST BECAUSE YOU ORDERED ONE PRE ORDER ITEMThis is a long read but worth it to show that this is not a company you want to order from. Instagram has people fooled. I'm about to just call my bank, show them the emails and get my money back that way.

January 20 2018: Order Confirmation email from Revice

My Mon Amour Crops were estimated to ship this week of Jan. 22 but my Feeling Thorny Tee was not a pre order. I have not received a shipping email for the Tee yet, is that because the Tee is going to be shipped with the pants once the pants are ready? Or has the Tee just not been shipped yet? Also is the estimated date for the pants still this week?

The shirt will ship with the pants! The estimated shipping date is for next week. Once they ship you will receive a confirmation along with a tracking number for your order.

The original estimated shipping date for the Mon Amour Crops when I bought them was the week of JAN 22nd, I emailed Revice at the end of that week asking about my order and I was told the new estimated shipping date was now the week of JAN 29th. It is now the week of FEB 5th and I have still not received a confirmation email with a tracking number. I understand an "estimated shipping date" is indeed an estimate, but to be 3 weeks later and they still have not shipped or given me an updated "estimated shipping date" is very upsetting when I'm ordering $100.00 worth of clothes for Revice. I made this order in hopes they would be here before valentines day and I see that is no longer a possibility and I would not have ordered if I knew the estimated shipping date would get pushed back week after week. I also feel if my Feeling Thorny Tee is ready to ship and had no Pre Order, I should not have to wait this long to get my Tee.... I get that you want to ship them together but if I have to wait this long for the pants I think sending out the Tee in the meantime would have been nice while I wait for the pants? This is my first time ordering with Revice and I was excited to continue shopping with ya'll but as of now I'm not sure I will be. What is the estimated shipping date now?

(me) February 22 2018: This is absolutely ridiculous, I ordered my pants and shirt over A MONTH AGO. Please send me an email or phone number where I can reach the Regional Manger to discuss the poor customer service and lack of communication on consistently pushing back shipping dates. I am not happy. I will not be shopping with Revice again. At this point all I want is a FULL refund, but since I've waited over a month I might as well just continue to wait. I was SO excited to receive these items and represent your brand on my blog, I was going to review your brand and my order on my blog but after a month of waiting I am just going to tell my viewers about my experience and not to order from Revice. I suggest in the future you inform your customers EACH WEEK if the shipping date is going to be pushed back AGAIN and AGAIN. I have reached out multiple times with my frustration on the fact that Revice couldn't even ship out my shirt that had no pre order while I unknowingly wait a month for the pants. That's terrible inventory management. I would have ordered the two items separately if I knew this is how Revice handled the orders. Once again, please get back to me with a number or email where I can get into contact with the Regional Manager as I have copied all of our communication and want to know if they find this acceptable. I also see on your website there is no place for customer reviews.... interesting.

It is March 1st, is anyone going to get back to me?
What steps do I have to take to have my Feeling Thorny Tee shipped out while I continue to wait for the pants? As an unhappy customer I think that is very fair considering the Tee was not Pre Order and I have to wait over a month for an Tee that should have been shipped already. I understand the pants situation but I don't not understand why Revice can not send me my Non Pre Order Tee after I have asked multiple times.

I HAVE HEARD NOTHING SO FAR, VERY UPSET.

Revice has really lovely jeans... if you ever get them. It took literal months to get two pairs of jeans, neither of which was marked as backordered, and I received absolutely no proactive communication from the company about the timeline. A month in with no updates (after contacting them on every available channel requesting my order be canceled and refunded), someone finally replied to my Instagram DM and said my order was shipping that day. A month went by with no order and I gave up on it, assuming it was never going to happen. Then a month later, out of the blue, they showed up. Unfortunately, the sizing wasn't right. Had it been any other company, I would have simply sent them back to exchange for a different size, but given the absolute nightmare that was getting them in the first place, I gave up.

I understand that the demand has outpaced your ability to produce, but there are so many things that could be done to build customer trust besides ignoring the people who trusted you with their money. Communication is the key to everything. Set expectations on timelines, apologize if milestones are missed and provide corrections, and don't take people's money immediately if you're not going to deliver for several months because this really reads like a scam.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I placed an order. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans on 12/31/17, 1 pair was delivered but the sizing is not US standard, a women's 25 is a 25, not a 23. We returned the pair and requested a larger size. There has been no response to our return, no jeans, and the backordered pair still has not shown up either. At this point I'm out $150 and having my bank dispute the charge and get my money back. This company spends more time on their social media channels posting everyday but they can not return customers emails after multiple attempts. They will go out of business with this type of practice.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans. One of them arrived in 2-3 weeks, and another still has not arrived. It's been over a month! When I emailed them two weeks ago they said they'd have them shipped by the end of the week. I emailed a few days ago because they didn't ship them and no reply. I sent them another email and if they don't reply again I'm going to report them to someone! This is ridiculous! Do not order from here!!!

Order #XXXXX. There is no company with worse customer service. No reply to emails or social media messages. The ship date now says 2 MONTHS later than the original ship date. Which is 3 months after I ordered. Worst company I have ever ordered from. These better be the best jeans I've ever seen in my life and the highest quality. I would get a refund, but I cannot get anyone to respond to me. I am livid. How many more months will be added to my ship date? Will I get on every month and see that the ship date has been pushed out another month? Because so far that's the trend. I won't stop bashing this awful company until I get some kind of compensation for this awful service. It's not even worth it anymore. By the time I get them, they'll probably be out of style. Seriously so fed up.

I am going through the same horrible customer service as everyone else. I am a true 29 in Guess and Levi's... the 29 they sent me was a full TWO inch difference when I laid them on my Guess jeans. Horribly made. So I filed a return for exchange. I put the pants in the mail and we're delivered/received on February 9th. I have emailed them three times, even mentioning the Revdex.com reviews as some sort of leverage. Still nothing. I'm filing a report with my bank tomorrow to get my money back. Horrible ethics and product quality. I'm sticking to the household names like Levi's and Guess because even though Revice has interesting and unique styles, their product and customer service *** Do not buy from them.

I truly feel sorry that Revice has such negative reviews on here. When I first placed my order I got an order confirmation right away, but 2 business days passed before I received shipping confirmation. After reading these reviews I started to get worried that I will never receive my order and sent several emails. However, the next day they shipped and I got them today, a week later! They fit me great and are easily some of the coolest jeans I own. Yes, 2 business days to ship isn't as prompt as Amazon or other big companies but they are just starting out, it's truly no time at all. Don't let these reviews prevent you from shopping with them I think they are a great company, will only get better, and I would buy again if they have another sale!

False advertising, Awful customer service, say they will accept returns but never send you your money or store credit. They act clueless.
Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. First of all, it took them 6 weeks to ship me my order (however took the money out of my bank account right away) didn't respond to any emails regarding my order. Finally, when I received my items, they were WAY too small, so false advertising there, then when I returned the items they said they can't find my order number all of the sudden. By the way, they don't accept returns, store credit only. So not only do I not have anything, they won't even give me my money back or store credit to order different sizes. Pathetic joke of a business.

Desired Outcome

Send me my store credit that you promise on your website, and for the TWO pair of jeans that I sent back in the same package.

I would not suggest ordering revice denim! I ordered my jeans in December of 2017, received them 1 month later and had to make a return because they were WAY smaller than what your normal jean size would be. I then waited months to receive my new pair which I JUST recently received. It took them almost two full months to get my new pair back to me. Once I opened the package, the button on the jeans was completely broken. I'm now in the process of trying to get ahold of them through email but not receiving help/responses. It's interesting to see how invested they are on their social media sites (posting EVERY day) but do not invest in costumer service/orders. I understand they are a small, local shop in LA but after seeing the other reviews online, it's obvious they need to up their staff and become acclimated to the demand they're shop has. The jeans are super cute and I've truly been so excited for my pair!! It's just frustrating to have spent $80 and STILL not have my jeans.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM REVICE DENIM. I'm initiating a dispute with my bank after their system failed and duplicated my order, and they completely ignore my emails, now they're going to charge me 3 times and won't refund me and give me store credits?!?!? No thanks, buying from them once is enough.

I ordered from this site two months ago, I received a confirmation, but it was never shipped. I emailed and no response, until two months later.
I ordered a pair of jeans from this side on dec 31st, I received a confriatmion email immediately and they took my money. I never received my shipping confirmation so I emailed them many times, even called. No answer until TWO MONTHS later. They said they were still putting it together and it would ship by the end of the week. That was a week and half ago and I never ended up receiving anything, so I emailed again twice and no response yet.

Desired Outcome

I would like either to get my money back or receive my item as soon as possible, I have been nothing but patient.

They still have not sent my order out even after saying three times it will "be expected to ship by the end of th week". It's been about two months now.

Ordered product in November, have not received it. Business is unresponsive.
In early November, I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from this company. In January, they sent 1 pair that was mislabeled (ordered size 27, product measured to be a 25). I sent this product back. I've since sent ~15 emails and messages trying to get a refund. They go back and forth between being completely unresponsive or lying and telling me my refund is on the way, yet it never comes. I've emailed time after time (there is no customer service phone number). I've been trying to communicate for 2 months now trying to get my money back. I can't tell if they are a scam or possibly going out of business.

Desired Outcome

Refund of original price I paid: $141.57

Thank you for the response. I was issued a refund following a Revdex.com and Paypal claim/complaint, and this can now be closed.

I ordered four months ago (November 12th). I could go on and on about the 40 emails between me and whatever customer service rep answered that day, or how they keep making false promises, but EVERY comment on here says exactly what I am too speechless to say. I am besides myself with how a company charging such a high price feels the need to be so dishonest with customers, in regards to always telling me "another week at most!" instead of actually looking into my order and seeing what the deal is. Furthermore, I ORDERED IN NOVEMBER. ITS FEBRUARY. You guys keep having sales in-between then and now for BOGO 50% or FREE SHIPPING or WHATEVER, but you still have yet to fill my order???? I am so upset that so much of my money LITERALLY got taken from me. Never again.

I ordered my jeans early December and I have yet to receive my jeans. I have been in contact with this company via instragm messages and they have told me that my jeans would be shipped four separate times and they have yet to be shipped. Some of the messages I received back via instagram were rude and snippy. Terrible customer service

Not only did I wait over a month to receive my jeans, but they fit TERRIBLY. The jeans are tight and loose in all the wrong places... it's just weird. They are honestly poorly made and so not worth $80. If I could return them I would and I'm so disappointed that I spent that much money on them and I cannot get it back. I have better luck with h&m jeans which are literally half the price and better quality. I wish I would have seen the reviews on here before buying. It is no wonder they don't have a reviews page on their website.

Paid in full. Still NO product delivery. Poor, if any reply to my email inquires!
I placed an order Nov. 24, 2017 and no indication on the website it was a pre-order for late delivery. Order confirmation was when it read that it was a pre-order and ships Dec. 24, 2017...I figured if not arriving by Christmas, it would not be too late. I emailed several times early January with a reply a week after my inquires to say my order would be shipped by end of that week. Only half the order shipped. I had to inquire several times for the other half (the one meant to be a Christmas gift)...by the time they replied, it was already Jan. 23rd 2018 and it indicated it would ship by end of that week. I inquired again Feb. 9th 2018 and still no update. In all, I've emailed Jan. 4, 12th, 15th, 22nd, 25th, Feb. 9th and Feb. 14th via emails. Very frustrating.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to deliver the order since it's a gift, ASAP. Giving false dates of delivery is bad business practice. Not replying to inquires within 24 hrs is bad business practice. I paid for product in full November 24, 2017. To date, am still waiting for the product.

The order was originally ordered Nov. 24, 2017 without knowledge it's a custom order until AFTER it was ordered.It indicated ship date to be Dec. 24, 2017 due to it being pre-order.So, I waited and in early Jan.given same reply that it'll be shipped the next day, then, only half the order was shipped and again, slow reply to say by end of week and 3 weeks later, now in Feb., same empty promise. It was intended to be a gift. My niece requested another gift. I want a full refund on this order as it is approaching 3 months after initial order.I bought something else for my niece as per her request.

Ordered jeans 1 month ago, money was taken out of my account, jeans never shipped. Company will not contact me back with honest answer or at all.
I ordered jeans from this website exactly 1 month ago. They were a preorder and knew they would take a little longer to ship than usual but I was then told by the company my jeans would ship the following week and they never did. I've emailed this company 6 times about my jeans and have gotten 2 responses the whole time. Every time I finally get a reply I am told "your order will ship out next week" and it never does.

Desired Outcome

I would just like the jeans o ordered. It can't be that hard. It's been a month and I'm tired of waiting. By the time i get the jeans the weather will be warm and i will not be able to wear them. If i do not revive the jeans soon i want an IMMEDIATE refund

I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with online shopping, I received a pair of these jeans that fit at least two sizes smaller than labeled and tried to exchange them for a larger pair. All my emails were answered promptly when trying to initiate the exchange but once the company received their product back they went silent. I have sent them THREE emails asking for a status on my exchange as they do not have a phone number. Finally after a month and a half they responded "hi love, expect your jeans to ship out on 8-10 days xoxo" No apology or explanation. Now 15 days have gone by and the new jeans still have not been shipped. The customer service team seems to be better at responding to these comments over their customers' emails. My order # is XXXXX and at this point I just want my money back. No pair of jeans is worth this hassle and frustration.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Don't let their social media pages fool you into thinking this is a legitimate business. I placed an order towards the end of December 2017 and the pre-order date for my order to be in stock was week of Jan. 13th/15th. Come Jan 29th and I still have not received shipping info, so I contacted them and they said "oh sorry we will ship it out tomorrow" which is fine even though I had to contact them for them to send out my package.

A week later, and my tracking has not updated and I still have not received my package. So I contact them again and they told me my package was probably "lost" during sorting. Okay. Fine. They then told me they will resent my package "ASAP," and when I asked for the new tracking, they completely ignored my messages and basically left me on read (most our contact was through FB messenger, so they saw my message asking for new tracking and did not respond).

Through the whole process I have sent them multiple emails as well and NONE of them went answered. Contacting them through FB messenger is the fastest way but even then they always have a *** auto response about them being "overwhelmed," and it takes 2-3 days for them to respond to a message (on business days).

At this point it has been close to two months and I have not received my items and as a customer, I should not have to work harder than a company to get the products that I paid good money for.

If I can give zero stars, I would.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. It's your typical LA based startup that only caters to "influencers" and "bloggers," so if you're just a normal person they don't give a *** about you and do not put you first. If you look through their IG posts in the comments, A LOT of other girls are experiencing the same issues as I am.

At this point, I am going to file a claim with my bank because this business is a scam.

Horrible experiences. Customer service is nonexistent (took 2 weeks of emailing daily to get one unhelpful reply) and just found out that no returns are available (a fact that is never mentioned pre-purchase. I feel like this is a sham and would never recommend.
