Ordered a pair of jeans on sale for around $70 after shipping. Much more expensive than I would ever spend on jeans, but I thought, hey! These are funky and unique, and I really like their instagram posts. Well the joke was on me. After ordering on December 29th, I noticed that the order was for "Pre Order". Alright, that's fine. It said it would ship the week of January 15th, and I would get a tracking number then. I emailed to change my shipping address right after December 29th and got a quick response. I have since emailed 2 more times asking for a tracking number, where my order is, and if I could have absolutely ANY information about my $70 order. I have commented numerous times on their Instagram posts, as well as direct messaged them. They've failed to reply to any of these. Multiple other comments are being posted by other customers about not receiving their products. Instead of responding to legitimate questions and complaints from current customers, Revice Denim prioritizes flooding instagram with photos to promote their company to new customers to scam. Order number XXXXX. I legitimately want these jeanshence why I paid so much for something that I normally wouldn't spend so much onand I don't want to have to ask my bank to refund my money. I want a response from the companyeven just a tracking number, at this point, or an acknowledgementand I want the product I paid money for. Severely disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I have made tons of purchases from revice, and I've had major issues with almost every transaction I've made. I had to go through PayPal to submit a claim in November when they didn't send me a purchase I had made in May, and had to escalate when, even after saying they would immediately ship it out, a month later I had heard and received nothing. I've sent emails on top of emails about returning things, completely adhering to their return/exchange policy with no response to any (when another time they had messed up and immediately responded to my email). I've gotten jeans with hems that weren't even finished being sewn up, and sizes different than what I ordered (with surprise, no email back) and I'm completely thrown.

Sent in 2 pairs of jeans for an exchange, it has been two months and I have yet to receive my exchange.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans on 11/1 (order #XXXXX). Once they were received they did not fit so I emailed the company to inquire about exchanging the denim for a size up. I was told to ship them back within 30 days and I would receive the next size up, so I went to the USPS website and paid to ship them back to the address I was provided by the service team of ReVice. The denim I sent back was delivered 11/27 (9405503699300129463181 USPS tracking number). I then emailed the company at ***@re-vice.com to ask about why the return was taking so long and they replied that they are backed up because of the holidays so it would take a little longer than normal. I then emailed again on 1/8 and they asked for the tracking number and told me the return team would get back to me that day. I was also told the return would be shipped out by the end of that week. Which also has not happened as it's 8 days later and I still have not heard from the return team. It has been almost 2 months that they have had my money and the product and it is getting out of hand.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund for the product and the shipping I paid to ship the item back in a timely manner. I held up my end and returned within 30 days and they can't even return decency.

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans, only 1 arrived. Contacted company whom keep lying about ship date of the next pair
On November 27th I placed an order (#XXXXX) for two jeans. One pair was on preorder and set to ship the week of Dec 3. On December 5th I reached out to Revice via email asking when my order would be shipped, and never got a response. I was leaving town on December 17th and after another week of not hearing from Revice I emailed again and asked if my jeans would arrive before my trip, which they assured "100% my jeans would be delivered before I left". Once the 17th was approaching and my jeans hadn't shipped, I emailed them asking to change the ship address considering I would not be home to received the delivery. They changed the address and assured my jeans were shipping out in a couple days. On December 19th I emailed them asking to cancel my order immediately, and they responded saying they had shipped ONE pair of jeans and the other would ship in a few days. On January 5th, a month after the jeans were set to arrive, and after still not receiving true info on when they would arrive, I contacted the company to cancel the order again or I would contact my bank. They responded on the Monday Jan 8th STILL not canceling my order but ensuring me they were shipping out on the 8th or 9th. Today is the 9th and I STILL have not received a shipping notification or a refund. The company has given me three false shipping dates and continue to lie/not respond for days when I inquire about my order

I would like a FULL refund for the cost of the venus flares

I ordered jeans from Revice. Was charged $88; no jeans or shipping confirm. Emailed them twice and sent 2 insta dm. 3 weeks and still no response.

12/11 ordered Ruby Tuesday jeans ORDER #XXXXX from ***@re-vice.com
12/13 my Mastercard ending in 6267 was charged $88
12/27 No jeans/no shipping info so I emailed Revice ***@re-vice.com asking when I could expect the jeans
1/2 No response so I emailed again ***@re-vice.com
1/8 No response from email so I instagram DM'd revice_denim
1/10 Still no response so I insta DM revice_denim again
NO Response from Revice after multiple attempts over the course of 3 weeks. They have charged me but not sent the item they charged me for and will not respond to me.

Desired Outcome

I would like to see a refund to my card as well as the jeans shipped to me complimentary. The jeans were a Christmas present for my daughter but getting them has become a second job for me. An extreme inconvenience and disrespectful customer service.

The worst company I have ever dealt with Order XXXXX NO response back whatsoever for the delay in order shipping and the fact that they say they were delivered when they WERE NOT delivered Horrible customer service And horrible responses to the complaints I will continue to report them to any agency I can and will do so on social media $90 for deals never received and ZERO response

Paid for products online 11/27/17. Company took $ and no product or communication since.
I placed and paid for 2 pair of jeans online on 11/27/17 in hopes for Christmas. Received one email with confirmation ord# XXXXX-Items NOT listed as pre-order. No communication since. No product delivered. Cannot reach via phone, goes straight to voicemail. No response to email sent about order. Horrible customer service. I want the products delivered or my money back right away.

I would like the company to contact me right away to either confirm shipment of products or a full refund.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered two pairs of denim on Black Friday, and still had not received anything by January 1st, 2018. I had sent many emails enquiring about my order, with no reply. I had also called a number that never got picked up. I am now cancelling the order with my bank. As far as I'm concerned this company is a fraud, and attempted steal my money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Company has deceptive ordering practices and does not deliver any product. When they get around to answering delivery inquiries they flat out lied to me!
Placed an order on December 1st (Christmas gifts) and I did not recieve any shipping/tracking information the website stated I would recieve. I made several attempts to contact (there is no customer service number to call) via e-mail and facebook messages. Finally got a response on December 19th that 2 of the 4 items ordered were being shipped that day! That the other 2 items were "pre-order" status - something never memtion on the website when I ordered. Nothing ever arrived!! But my AMEX was billed in full on Dec. 1st!

Placed an order on December 7, 2017 for my daughter as a Christmas present. Never received my order. Sent approximately 10 e-mails and a message to their Instragram account requesting a status and still no response. I finally filed a dispute with PayPal to get the amount refunded to me. They are impossible to contact and they don't even give you the consideration of a response. Beware!

Awful service, no phone number to call. Has been over a month and my order has not been shipped out! Has blocked comments on instagram because people comment asking when there order will be shipped. Terrible company would not recommend.

I ordered dec 14th with no pre-order, then I checked the website on christmas day and it was to be shipped the 31st, checked today and it's to be shipped january 15th. when purchased I received no order number or confirmation. an absolute scam. not good at responding to emails or dm.

I placed an order for jeans and a t-shirt beginning og December for a Christmas gift. I received confirmation that this order was received and they took my money although it is now January and I have not received my items. I have sent 3 emails to their customer services with no response. There is no number on their site to call with questions. For a company that charges so much for their clothes you would think they would actually provide better service.

ZERO STARS! I really don't know what to say, other than, I am so so so disappointed. I received my star-gazers the other day after waiting over a month for shipment which was promised within "3-4 days." The jeans came with thread sticking out and ripped in the crotch area, and do not look like those in the Instagram pictures, at all. The quality is no where near what I paid for them. I have still yet to receive shipping information on the other pair of denim I ordered, on Black Friday, over a month ago. All in all, I am really disappointed and would appreciate if y'all would just refund me for the entire purchase, as soon as possible, and cancel the order on the remaining pair. I will be sending back the Star-Gazers today, and unfortunately still have to pay the shipping costs even after waiting over a month.

Jean shorts ordered 2 months ago. Business responds to multiple emails by assuring they will ship"next week". This company stealing customer's monies!
Looking at the other similar complaints about this company, it is no surprise that I am reluctantly writing this. I have never had such an experience. This business is stealing customer monies, but providing NO PRODUCT!!
I ordered the yin yang shorts from Revice Denim in mid October. Hopeful to give them to my daughter for the Holidays AND CERTAIN they would arrive by the end of December.....I mean it HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS!!!! 1 month later, no shipping confirmation and no news from them either. I emailed and received a generic response that they would ship next week! I have since emailed weekly....occasionally receiving another generic"next week sweetie!!" Although I appreciate being called "honey and sweetie" I would much prefer the jeans I ordered for my daughter. Meanwhile, Hanukkah has come and gone....Christmas is here, and New Years is right around the corner. STILL NO JEANS! I don't think its too much to expect product for money paid!! Revice Denim is an absolute disappointment, do not waste your money on a company who is too greedy to provide any customer service. I also noticed that Revice deletes all negative comments or questions on all their social media pages and review websites, which is not surprising, as this is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHICH ACCEPTS PAYMENTS AND PROVIDES NO MERCHANDISE IN RETURN. BEWARE CONSUMER!! BEWARE!!

After a 3 month wait, I finally got my package. Crossed out was the size 28 I Ordered.... and in its place, 27 hand written. So, as you can imagine, the jeans do not fit my daughter. I'm sort your company is having a hard time fulfilling orders, but sending ANY size you have after accepting payment and making me wait is UNACCEPTABLE! This must be a joke

Ordered from them back in October, it is almost January and my order has yet to ship. Customer service has been completely unhelpful. Closer to a scam than a store.

I ordered the bandits for my daughters birthday. I ordered the 11/8/17. Her birthday was 11/24/17. I contacted them after 2 weeks because I was supposed to receive a shipping number- they responded they would ship 8-10 days. Those days came I emailed again- shipping this week they said. I contacted them again 2 weeks later- no response. I have emailed, messaged on their site and no reply at all!! I have tried calling 4 times! Voice mail is full! I am so upset because I have demanded a refund at this point and they are just ignoring me. I guess I will have to contact my bank that this is a fraudulent site and they will be forced to refund my money! This is so disappointing! This was a birthday present, moved to Christmas present to just plain *** Something must be done about this company!

Revice did finally reply to my emails stating I would get a refund the next day. That was a week ago! No refund has been issued. You have my order # but here it is again *** $88. Please refund my money. Just like your promises to ship the product your promise to refund my money falls on deaf ears. I do have all of our correspondence!

My order was never filled. I have not received a refund.
I first ordered a pair of jeans on 7/10/2017. They charged my card immediately for $75.10 on that date and did not ship the jeans for 3-4 weeks. When I received the jeans, I did not like the fit. At that point I wanted a refund, but they told me this particular pair was not eligible for a refund, exchange only. By September 1, 2017 I placed an exchange order for the Mon Amour flare jean (order # XXXXX). I have several emails from myself asking when the jeans would be shipped. I also have several emails from them telling me they will be shipped next week, this week etc...the response emails got fewer and farther in between. Finally on November 28, 2017 they answered my request to cancel my order and refund my card and to expect a refund on my card in 8-10 days. There has not been a refund. On December 7, 2017 they responded to my request to see an actual receipt, but just gave me a cancellation notice. I have emailed them daily asking to refund my card. I have not gotten a response since December 7, 2017. I have not been able to locate a phone number to contact a real person.

I just want $75.10 refunded to my credit card.
