I placed an order (Jan. 10) for a pair of jeans said to be on pre-order to be sent out the week of Jan. 15th. IT IS NOW FEBRUARY 10. I have contacted customer service TWICE now regarding this issue weeks apart only to be told my order would be shipped the following week after each corresponding email. I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I am on the verge of filing a complaint with this business, and will be contacting their customer service for the THIRD time in a row.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My money has essentially been stolen from me under fraudulent promises.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from this company on November 25th. I got one pair January 18th.
I went to their website and gave their sales team my exact measurements and asked what size I should get in the two specific styles I wanted. I ordered my jeans according to their recommendations on November 25th. I got one pair December 20th, and they were about 2 sizes to big. They had me pay the return shipping to exchange sizes, it's now February 9th and I've been told the last 3 times I emailed inquiring about the jeans that they would ship "next week". The other pair of jeans did not arrive until January 18th. This company is predatory.

Desired Outcome

I want this business to send me the pants that I ordered. 3 months is too long to wait for an order to be filled.

They have given me this response for the past 2 months. It is unacceptable that I would wait 3 months for a pair of jeans without any idea as to when they will come. A quarter of a year has passed *** since I ordered these pants. ASAP should have been months ago.

Revice Denim is a small, rapidly growing company. Their recent demand has been through the roof, so the orders to often take a long time to fill. However, the denim I have received from them are totally worth the wait. Their brand is centered around quality denim, and that is exactly what you get. Given the fact that they are such a small company with recent overwhelming popularity, I am pleased with the product and their kind customer service. I have emailed them a couple times in regards to some of my orders and they often reply within two days and are always friendly and helpful. It's sad seeing some of the negative reviews scold them because the process is taking so long. This isn't a forever 21 that has thousands of pairs of jeans on back stock, just waiting for you to order them. They are handmade denim often made to order. I can't wait to see how this business grows and expands their empire.

This company is horrible. I ordered preordered jeans on 1/11 and still have not received them almost a month later. Not only that, but the main concern I have is that they have told me every week since then that the jeans were shipping out by the end of that week, and they never have. I just had to cancel my order. I will be watching to see if the money is put back in my account over the next couple of days. Be warned! You could spend a very long time waiting for your item, be lied to about the shipping date and there is no number to call to just get ahold of someone and resolve it. I would leave no stars if I could.

Company charged my credit card over 6 weeks ago. Website stated product would ship on 12/15. Not received. Was Xmas gift. I requested refund.
I ordered the Ruby Tuesday jeans for my daughter for Christmas on 12/15, which was the date the website stated they would be available to ship. My credit card was charged that same day. The pants weren't received by December 27th and their website didn't show that they had even been sent out.

I emailed the company several times, including December 27th, January 13th and January 15th before finally getting a response from the company on January 15th. They said they expected the pants to ship that week and asked me how I "wanted to proceed" despite my demanding a refund three separate times. I responded that I wanted a refund and to not ship the jeans. Additionally, the pants had gone on sale for 25% off after they charged my credit card but hadn't shipped the jeans, therefore, I requested that I be charged the sale price rather than the full price since they hadn't been sent out yet. That earlier email also went ignored by Revice Denim. At this point, however, I just wanted a refund as it had been a month since the order was placed and I was charged.

After I responded to their email asking how I wanted to proceed, I have received no refund and now they sent an email on January 31st saying they have shipped the jeans. I don't want the jeans as they were to be a Christmas present and we are way past the point of that. Additionally, their horrible customer service thus far is indicative of how they will handle an exchange or refund if the jeans don't fit my daughter or are damaged as many other complaints are claiming.

The bottom line is Revice Denim should have have refunded the jeans on or before January 15th instead of shipping them 16 days later after the latest of my many refund requests. They think that caling customers "Babe" and "Love" iin correspondence is going to smooth over their lack of customer service while trying to force us to accept a product that we no longer want due to repeated broken shipping promises.

I hope you can help me obtain a refund of the $94.38 I paid down order #XXXXX. Thank you for your help in advance.

It has been five business days since they responded to you and still no refund to my debit card. Furthermore, they received the merchandise back 26 days ago- why wouldn't they have processed the refund in 26 days? Revice Denim is dishonest in every communication. Please help.

The worst, and possibly a scam. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans 3 months ago. 2 months into the process after multiple emails, they've sent one pair, which was mislabeled and 2 sizes too small (there was nothing on the product listing about their sizes being so off). I measured the jeans with a fabric ruler to confirm the sizes are off. They offer no return label, so you have to pay to ship back their mislabeled jeans. I asked for an exchange and they then sent me back the same exact (too small) pair that I returned - seriously. Since then, I've been trying to contact them for months, they at first gave me vague answers ("We'll ship it out next week. xoxo") and then eventually stopped responding. I finally decided to dispute the changes through PayPal since they went incommunicado. Avoid months of frustrating communication and mediocre produce -Don't order.

I have never been so disappointed, and I wish I had went to this website before I ordered these jeans. Their fit, QUALITY, and customer service is horrendous. I try to support USA brands because that is where I want my money going but every interaction I have had with them has been like pulling teeth. The last thing you should be doing is buying these terribly fitting, overpriced, cheap, wannabe relevant, pants.

Revice Denim has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't respond to emails EVER and they don't have a phone number or online chat. So not only can you not get information about sizing before you order, you cannot find out the status of an order, cancel an order or even return an order as they will not respond. I have ordered from them multiple times over the past two years and this customer service issue just arose in the past 6 months. Prior to that my experience was great. It's too bad because their products are nice and well priced but definitely not worth the hassle and aggravation.

I wish I had read these reviews before I made a purchase. I ordered a pair of uptown/stardust jeans on 12/18 for Christmas for my daughter. I have sent emails (because there is no phone number) and am told each time they will ship next week. I have yet to receive them. I feel they are a fraudulent company with poor customer service. Also in an email they replied to they started it off with "Hi Love". I found that to be sexist and totally unprofessional. I have reported them to my credit card company. Please don't order anything from them.

We are a younger company with a younger cliental and this usually resonates very well with them. We are sorry you do not feel this way! Our bad.

Still have not received pants I ordered and payed for four months ago.
I ordered four pairs of pants on 10/17/17 via a Visa or Amex credit card. I received two of the pants within the next few weeksafter their expected date, so late, but okay. There were a few back and forth emails regarding the other pants. I received an email on 1/1/18 saying the pants would be shipped out that week. I did not receive tracking information and no one responded to my follow-up email.

Desired Outcome

All I want, and all I have asked for, is the remaining two pairs of pants in my order.

In theory, I would accept this response. However, I still have not received a shipping confirmation and have already been told the pants would be shipped to me in the past only to never have that happen. I get that this is a small business, but it is insane false advertising!!!

Failure to exchange a pair of jeans over the last six months
I purchased a pair of jeans for my daughter for her birthday in July of 2017. When they arrived, they were too small so I sent them back and asked for a replacement pair. I have yet to receive the replacement pair although I sent the wrong sized jeans back.

Desired Outcome

I would like a size 27 jeans sent to me. I have asked for this for the last several months to no avail.

This is not closed. I have yet to receive the pair of size 27 jeans. This business has had my money for over six months and I have no product. Please advise.

Ordered two pairs of jeans in Dec. Was billed and told the order was confirmed and have yet to receive a pair of jeans and trying to return the other.
Bought the "Uptown" and "Dream Fit" on 11/5/17 (order #XXXXX) was charged and sent a confirmation email shortly thereafter. Neither pairs of jeans were on pre-order or backorder at the time of purchase. I emailed them 2 times, first on December 1 to ask what the status of my purchase was and to see if the shipping address could be changed as I was leaving for 1 month then again on December 13 after not receiving a reply to my previous email. Finally on December 28 the "Dream Fit" was delivered to the original shipping address (AKA it was delivered while I was out of town and sat there until January 18th when I returned) but there was still no update on my other pair of jeans. Finally, on Dec 30 I messaged them on Instagram regarding the my 3 previous emails as well as the other pair of jeans and they did not respond. I messaged them again on Jan 6 and they finally responded saying they would cancel the "Stardust" but that I could only EXCHANGE the "Dream Fit." However, the Dream Fit I received is 3 sizes too small and after how much I have gone through with this company I DO NOT want them to have my money. I let them know this and they have stopped responding to my messages.

Desired Outcome

I want them to pay for a return shipping label for the "Dream Fit" as well as refund me for my ENTIRE purchase.

This company is probably the worst I've ever bought from. I sent tons of emails asking about my order and after being told 4 different shipping dates, they stopped responding to me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The emails they did respond to, were excuses about why they're customer service was so terrible. Once I finally got my jeans, the sizing was completely messed up. I ordered a 25 in both, one pair of jeans fit me great, while the other I could barely button. My experience with this company has been nothing but terrible. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I strongly suggest you look for jeans elsewhere. I will never be purchasing from them again.

I have never had such a bad experience ordering clothes. I ordered a pair of jeans with were pre order, but even when the supposed shipping date came my jeans did not ship until a month later! In addition, they were the wrong size. I have since exchanged them since they do not have a refund policy. I am now waiting on an exchange for my correct size but it as been, yet again, another month since they received my jeans. The original order was made in October, so the holiday season is not to blame for this mess up. Despite all of this hassle I did not receive a discount or gift card or anything attempting to remediate my horrible experience. What is beyond frustrating is that they do not even have a telephone number for you to call someone. All communication was over email and the rate in which they replied was ranging. The jeans honestly seem well made and it has been such a disappointment that this has been an ongoing 4 month process just to get a pair of jeans. I will never buy from this brand ever again.

This company is absolutely horrible have bit received my package or even got shipping confirmation after over a month. I have emailed multiple times to no response.

I spent $226.51 on an order from Revice. I returned all of the merchandise and never received an exchange or refund after multiple attempts.
The original order was placed on 4/29/2017 and the order# was 7081 and for the following items: Boogie Bells (size 25) $70.40, Blair Flares (size 26) $70.40, Venus Crops (seize 26) $70.40. With CA tax, the total order was $226.51. All of the merchandise was returned due to sizing and replacement items were requested. The new order number was 7081A and we had requested Mon Amour Crops (size 27), Venus Flares (size 27), Heaven Shorts (size 27). After months of back and forth with notes that the items would be shipped; nothing was ever sent. My last email on Jan 1, 2018 requested a refund of the original order placed in April 2017. There has been no response from Revice.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of my original order of $226.51.

I placed an order on december 6th for 2 pairs of jeans and have yet to receive the product or an email back.
I have emailed the company 3 times, direct messaged them on instagram twice, commented on their photo to email me back (which they deleted). My order was placed on December 7th (ORDER #XXXXX) and paid via Paypal. One of the items it said it was for a preorder but that it would be shipped late december.

Desired Outcome

I would like THE PRODUCT or a refund. I also would like an explanation why they decided to ignore all of my messages and delete my comment.

The product page said the items would be shipped out December 27th. We are now at January 24th where they say it'll be shipped next week. They finally responded last week to me after numerous attempts to get ahold of them and said it will be shipped next week( which means it should've been shipped this week). Why weren't they able to respond the 5 times I tried to get ahold of them? When ordering the item... no where does it say it's custom ordering.

0 stars. I ordered some jeans at the end of October and they came in mid December. It took almost two months for these jeans to come in and I paid $100 for them. That is a lot of money for me. When I got the jeans they were not as they appeared in the picture and they were waaaay to big for me, and I bought according to their size chart. Then I returned them and they still have not come in yet!!! I feel scammed and I want my money back. I emailed them several times and got no response

How is that possible if I have already sent you the jeans back with the size I want two months ago, I have emailed y'all several times, and I have gotten no response? I don't want the jeans any more, I want my money back. There are laws in place that protect my rights as the consumer to ask for my money back at this point.

I wish I would have read the previous reviews before making a purchase. I cannot believe how unprofessional this "high quality denim" brand is. Like many others, I too didn't receive any confirmation or shipment notification for over a month. Sent countless emails regarding my order, only to get a response two months later when I filed a case against them through my method of payment company. Surprise, apparently one, out of the two pair of jeans I ordered, had been delivered...still trying to figure out where these jeans were delivered to and how this brand is passing as a professional business.

I ordered the Venus crops/light year jeans on 12/28/17 (order # XXXXX) and the website said pre-orders would ship on January 15th and I have received nothing. I have contacted the company through email, Facebook, and Instagram many times and have gotten no response. I will continue to file complaints against the company until I receive what I payed $80 for. The actions of this company are careless, irresponsible and show a veritable lack of care for their customers.
