I refused the delivery of all of your products and sent them all back in the original and unopened packages.  Since refusing the products, I have requested to speak with management.  In response to this request,  I have been told a member of the management team would be in contact with me within forty eight hours. However, forty eight hours has passed without any contact.   I am requesting full refund as all of the product has been returned in full and unopened.  I have proof of return including pictures of the packaging advising refuse of delivery. 
Forward legal address of business to begin summons and civil litigation against the company for refund and other expenses accrued during this process.

They know this and are playing games.  I was told it was too late for an RMA on this second product of theirs. They did issue me an RMA but just for one -the eye cream-not the second product for 89.95, I recieved on the 8th I called on the 14th. That is hardly 14 days. I never checked a terms and conditions box. I never saw anything about the price.  An agent called me because the cell phone I was using locked up. I have disputed the 89.95 with my bank.  I was only refunded 13 dollars/.

The company is negligent in, not only its reckless practices, but also from accepting responsibility for it's unsafe practices.  This isn't one complaint, from one person.  This is also from many, many individuals that have posted reviews online and through the Revdex.com.  The companies practices are detrimental to the well being and safety of it's consumers.  All potential consumers beware!  The company is very correct in their response that I don't want money.  My safety has been compromised and I want to make all potential consumers of this vile company aware of their unethical practices.

Customers cannot order our product by mail. They can only order products through our online website where they must agree with our terms and conditions in order to proceed to checkout. It was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer

customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on
the card on file a total of $91.90 for the bottle and shipping and handling.
Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service
department to return the product and they will then receive a refund. This is recommended before the customer is charged a second time for the next subscription bottle. We have refunded a total of $362.70 for both products and charges on the account. Her account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore
products or be charged.

This company is a scam, as well as its sister "Beau Derma". Their offer was for a free trial for 14 days. It caused redness, so I threw the product away, since it had been "free."
After hassling with BeauDerma on the phone for more than half an hour, I then hunted for a way to cancel Revitaeye, steeling myself for more of the same, since they both came from the same offer and have the same address.
I finally hunted for their website and found a "quick cancel option and was charged $42.75! This is outrageous for what was promoted as a "free" trial sample. I request a full refund, and will definitely call my credit card company about this, to augment this Revdex.com complaint.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the customer due to the disputes she requested from her credit card company. She must contact them for further inquires about her charges. Her credit card company has taken the funds out of our accounts; therefore, they are...

the ones she must speak to. Every customer must agree to our terms and conditions before proceeding to check out. The customer claims that we changed our website and enlarged the terms and conditions. This does not mean that the agreement was not there. It was and is still there. Our terms and conditions states that the customer must call in and cancel before the 14 day trial is over in order to avoid further charges. The bottle is purchased for the price of shipping and handling for 14 days. After the 14 days, the trial is over; therefore, the customer was charged for that bottle. If the customer does not call in and cancel, they are then subscribed to our monthly shipments of the product. The card on file will be charged accordingly.

Your customer service department was only willing to offer a refund of the product I received in June. I also requested a refund of the trial offer product and the subsequent shipment in April. I will gladly ship the product back to the company-the product from April is still sealed. Also, burying your 14 day trial cancellation and auto fill requirements in the fine print in the middle of your Terms & Conditions is deceptive and unethical. Obviously by the number of complaints this company has had, I am not the only person to have been misled by your advertising. It's deeply disappointing to me that you count on people not reading the fine print in order for you to make money-how about being up front about it and actually selling a worthwhile product?
