I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I requested a full refund of the additional product that was sent to me. Your customer service department was only willing to offer a refund of the product I received in June. I also requested a refund of the trial offer product and the subsequent shipment in April. I will gladly ship the product back to the company-the product from April is still sealed. Also, burying your 14 day trial cancellation and auto fill requirements in the fine print in the middle of your Terms & Conditions is deceptive and unethical. Obviously by the number of complaints this company has had, I am not the only person to have been misled by your advertising. It's deeply disappointing to me that you count on people not reading the fine print in order for you to make money-how about being up front about it and actually selling a worthwhile product?

We understand the customer frustrations and have responded to the complaint by
providing a full  month refund of $42.98 on 3/3/2015 and an additional $42.97 on 3/6/2015 totaling...

$85.95.   Please allow up to 10
business days for the credit to show.  Also, please be aware that it was
stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the
full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel before the 14 days was
over. The system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the
checkout section to complete the purchase unless he acknowledges the terms and
condition of the product.  The customer is automatically signed onto our
monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product. 
After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be
charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus shipping and handling.
Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service
department to return the product and they will then receive a refund. 
Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be
receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated in the terms and
conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check out. The customer
must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial is over. If the
customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged for the trial
product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription. 
In regards to the overdraft fee that is through the customers bank.

The customers only wish is for the company to refrain itself from any business which would not be possible.  All terms and condition were provided clearly on the website before checkout.  Also, every business has complaints filed against them because there is no such thing as a 1 product fits all.  Please close the complaint as there are no monumental dues.

Complaint: Revita Eye and Beau Derma were advertised together as a 14 day trial period with $5.95 charged. The products are NOT the "miracle" answer to skin care that it claims. Revita Eye's customer service rep. heard my complaint re. very misleading advertising for a 14 free trial that turns into a subscription with no information re. the full charges for renewal shipments monthly. In addition, the 1st month's shipment did not have any invoice or information re. the amount charged to my credit card. After receiving my credit card statement I learned of the charge in the amount of $91.90 which I never would have agreed to had I know up front what the charge would be. There was no other paperwork describing this horrible practice of keeping the price a secret. There was absolutely NO information and not the form they say you would have to have read before checking out if you call them. That form only appears on the exact url for their website but that is not how I purchased this eye cream. When I requested a 100% credit/refund the service rep. started negotiating a 10% discount refunded, then a 20% discount refund and after I told her there was no room for negotiations due to their deceptive practices of keeping the price hidden and that only a 100% refund would be acceptable. I then told her that my bank would be called to assist with this and so would the Revdex.com. To this she stated that the most she could refund was 50% in the amount of $42.98. I did not read such policies and terms on the original website from which I ordered, nor was the 14 day trial described initially as the rep. described to my on my phone call. This scam allows them to buy everyone off with a 50% refund and they keep the other 50%. Furthermore, when I offered to return all the product the rep. said that would not be necessary ~ hmmmmm? This is a SCAM run by both Beau Derma and Revita Eye and should be stopped. I'm supposed to find the credit for $42.98 on my next statement AND I'm requesting that the Revdex.com assist me in the resolution of a 100% refund. I will also be filing a complaint against Beau Derma for very similar deceptive practices.
Desired Settlement: I want a full 100% refund to my credit card.

Ideally, I would like what was offered i.e. a small sample of beau derma and of Revita Eye with no further charge.  Since they have already sent me Beau Derma, all that remains is Revita Eye.  However. since I am going on a trip shortly, I think I must return the Beau Derma before I leave...

 Moreover, it was bigger than a sample.  So bottom line, I would like to receive a small sample of each with no further charge.  I would also like it if they would correct their false advertising.

I am still requesting the refund of being charged $5.95 and no products were ordered or received but I was charged. It should also be noted this business does NOT read the complaints as there responses are copy and pasted for every complaint saying the same thing regardless of the situation and this business also can not provide proof of the "small print" they claim as it is not available on their pop up sites. Furthermore when contacting customer service they claim to be Revdex.com accredited when asked (which shows on Revdex.com they are not and since they have a recorded line this conversation should be available for review as they are falsely stating they are accredited). 
I am still requesting a full refund of the $5.95 for the products NOT received and NOT ordered but the company charged my card anyhow.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not satisfied with the company's response.  When I spoke to the customer service representative at no time did she inform me that since I failed to cancel the product within 14 days that I would be charged the full price for the trial offer.  They indicated that the refund they offered was solely because I returned the second product that was sent me.  They indicated that they accepted my cancellation of the order and that no additional products would be sent to me.  The refund they sent me was for the product less shipping and handling.  I was not informed that I would still be charged for a product.  The customer service reps are trained to only give out small portions of information not the full story.  I also don't believe that the information about needing to cancel within 14 days was readily available.  It may have been in very small print in the midst of miscellaneous other information.  This company certainly does not want to be customer friendly and to do the right thing to make the customer happy.
