I ordered what I thought were samples from Revita Youth and was charged after placing the order for the samples shipping costs of $for the eye serum and $for the face creamdays later I was billed $and $respectively for these full size products that I received instead of samples I feel the advertising is misleading and did not realize that I would be billed and sent full size productsCustomer service would only offer my a 50% discount on the face cream since I told them I didn't even open the product, which is true, but had to pay full price on the eye serum since I had tried itWhat a scam! There has been 'two' separate disputes with my credit card company and Revita Eye. The first has been settled in the amount of $85.95. I am payingThe second in the amount of $is still in dispute, and I will be finding out whether it is settled on Tues., 10/7/thru my credit card company. The second dispute will not be resolved in my estimation as was the first, as both the product was sent and billing was done "after" I had cancelled with this company. The product was returned unopened, and "refused" the very day I received it. Should there be any idea that they will still be paid, will be a problem
Due to this unsatisfactory resolution, I will no longer be purchasing merchandise online. They state their 'terms & conditions' were 'still there', and stated that I could not have ordered had I not
checked this box. I disagree! They admit they have changed their online screen from the date I ordered, and this tells me, they were at fault, and sadly, not having visible proof of this is to my dis-
advantage
All I wish now to do, is get these disputes settled, and will no longer 'ever' deal with this company in the future!

As I first stated, I ordered products and was charged $on Decand $on Dec I received an email from Revita Eye saying they are going to credit my account for $ I replied back as to the charge of $and asked if it was going to be credited also Revita Eye replied back and said I would have to talk to this other company *** *** I replied back and said *** *** has the same address and Revita Eye and how could I contact them? I received an answer saying to contact them at *** I have emailed them but have received no reply as of 2/19/ I think something is fishy with these companies as this advertisement was made together for the products I don't know what else to do Thanks for your help!

I orders these products as a free trial if you pay shippingno where did the advertisement sad I would pay $and $if I did not return the product in daysThen my credit card statement states these transactions are an auto-subscriptionI called the company to enquire how to return the products for refund, the representative sad that I was outside the day limit to cancelI asked him to remove me from the auto subscriptionI did not see anywhere that I selected an auto subscriptionI also did not see anywhere on the advertisement that I would pay $and $for these products if I did not return them in days
