According to our system, this client has received his refund and there will not be any additional charge or shipment.

The customer stated that there were no instructions provided with the shipment.  We have investigated the issue and our fulfillment department have stated that all product are shipped with the ingredient and instructions.  As proof we have provided the ingredient and instruction below:

Apply to the face and neck twice daily, smooth the product gently into the skin using a circular motion, and allow the product to fully absorb before applying any moisturizer.

I also want to be clear, I called to cancel my subscription to the product the vey next day (Feb.  20). I understood I was to be charged the additional amount totaling $39.71 to close out my account and complete the cancellation. I did not approve of the next 2 charges in the month of Mar. and Apr. that I was charged after I cancelled. Thank you for my complete refund, After going through my bank's dispute process, I do find the resolution satisfactory.

The terms and conditions did not provide the number to cancel the product within 14 days. It provided a different number that didn't cancel they eye cream. The terms and conditions also did not state that I would be charge anything in addition to the shipping and handling if I cancelled with in the 14 day FREE trial.  They have deliberately deceived consumers and I demand the remaining $42.97.  I returned the unused portion of the product to the company, at my own shipping expense.  In addition to being ripped off,  this product made my skin burn and flake.

Review: I saw an add for a free trial of this eye cream, only needed to pay for shipping. Figured give it a try. On the order there were 2 boxes to check 1 stating I agree to the terms and conditions and 1 stating I would like to be enrolled in the reoccurring monthly shipment. I did not check that box. I recieved the eye cream which did not include any paperwork with it, nothing telling me I needed to cancel or I would be billed. I used the eye cream once and my eyes swelled and were bright red. I stopped using it and forgot about it. Then I got my credit card bill, I immediately called the credit card company , they explained about the automatic shipment scam and said they would try to get the charge reversed. I did try to call customer service but it is just a recording. Meanwhile waiting to hear from my credit card company I recieve another shipment, I mark it shipment refused, return to sender. Then I am billed for that shipment. So I am now charged 180$ for 1 tube of cream I tried once and another that was sent back. They responded to my credit card company that I would need to call customer service to get a refund for my 2nd shipment. The 1st shipment I was stuck with. I called them today, they told me I couldnt get a refund because I returned it without return authorization. It doesnt matter that they now have the unopened product to resell I am still being charged the 90$ for the product! Utterly ridiculous! I told them to send it back to me if im paying for it I want the product. All he kept saying was im sorry in very broken english! So I have now lost almost 200.00$ for a free trial of an eye cream that I used once !Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for both shipments, since their product nearly blinded me, but I will settle for just receiving the refund for the shipment I returned.

Review: I ordered Renuvaderm Anti Aging Serum & Renuvaderm Eyewrinkle Reducer product that was advertised on my facebook page. It was a free trial, just pay shipping. What I received was Beau Derma Anti Wrinkle Face serum & Revita Eye Advanced Eye Treatment. I ordered this on the 8th of March. The ad said you get a 14 day free trial, what I apparentally didn't realized was that ment 14 days from when the order was placed not when you receive the product. There was no packing slip in the package when it arrived only a brochure about the product I received, which is not what I had ordered. There was no mention that I would be charged about $85 for each product I received, that I did not order. There was only a paragraph the said "If you're not completely satisfied just call us and cancel your subscription, but we're sure you'll love our product!" Well I did call on the 24th of March & was offered a 50% refund. This seems to me to be very bad business & deceitful. I would like a full refund for product I did not order.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card to be fully refunded for this product.

Review: After using both the [redacted] and Revita Eye for only 2 days, which are advertised together, I began getting tender skin under and around my eyes. It became so tender and raw that the skin couldn't be touched and burned all day long. I stopped using the product when I started seeing the symptoms of irritation. The areas under both of my eyes continued to worsen over the next day and the skin began to peel away. That is when I went to see a doctor and they determined that my reaction was of that of a chemical burn. So, I went back and did some additional research on these companies and was astonished at the number of complaints. Most were false advertising and over-billing issues. In addition, there were many complaints about skin irritation. This product is unsafe and should be banned from being sold. If this product was to accidentally get into a customers eye, it could cause some serious vision problems.Desired Settlement: I want to see this company put out of business for practices that compromise the safety and well being of the public. They are a danger to society, untrustworthy, and reckless. They will undoubtedly continue to be a threat to any person that uses their products. Disband the company and never allow the owners, ceo's, and managers to be allowed to work in any form of health and hygiene business or services. My lawyers have been informed and I will pursue this to the fullest degree. I don't want a refund for their unsafe practices, I want their business to be terminated.

Review: Revita Eye and Beau Derma were advertised together as a 14 day trial period with $5.95 charged. The products are NOT the "miracle" answer to skin care that it claims. Revita Eye's customer service rep. heard my complaint re. very misleading advertising for a 14 free trial that turns into a subscription with no information re. the full charges for renewal shipments monthly. In addition, the 1st month's shipment did not have any invoice or information re. the amount charged to my credit card. After receiving my credit card statement I learned of the charge in the amount of $91.90 which I never would have agreed to had I know up front what the charge would be. There was no other paperwork describing this horrible practice of keeping the price a secret. There was absolutely NO information and not the form they say you would have to have read before checking out if you call them. That form only appears on the exact url for their website but that is not how I purchased this eye cream. When I requested a 100% credit/refund the service rep. started negotiating a 10% discount refunded, then a 20% discount refund and after I told her there was no room for negotiations due to their deceptive practices of keeping the price hidden and that only a 100% refund would be acceptable. I then told her that my bank would be called to assist with this and so would the Revdex.com. To this she stated that the most she could refund was 50% in the amount of $42.98. I did not read such policies and terms on the original website from which I ordered, nor was the 14 day trial described initially as the rep. described to my on my phone call. This scam allows them to buy everyone off with a 50% refund and they keep the other 50%. Furthermore, when I offered to return all the product the rep. said that would not be necessary ~ hmmmmm? This is a SCAM run by both Beau Derma and Revita Eye and should be stopped. I'm supposed to find the credit for $42.98 on my next statement AND I'm requesting that the Revdex.com assist me in the resolution of a 100% refund. I will also be filing a complaint against Beau Derma for very similar deceptive practices.

Desired Settlement: I want a full 100% refund to my credit card.

Review: Account was cancelled on 2/12/15 with credit adjustment to my card. Explained unable to use product, causes rash around eyes. Was assured account was closed, no additional charges to my card and no further product would be shipped.

Received product today (3/9/15) in mail with $$91.90 charge on my card. After reaching Customer Service was told that I agreed to receive product each month. Nothing was noted on account as being cancelled. Again, I explained allergic reaction, was told account was cancelled on 2/12/15, being assured no further shipments of product. Confused why a credit to account didn't raise a question of being cancelled. After several long, tense minutes representative agreed to full refund, only after receipt of product, which was mailed today.

Once again, was told account is closed, no further product to be shipped.

I live on a very small budget each month. With this unauthorized charge, I am unable to pay my electric bill or go to the grocery.Desired Settlement: Company destroy my card number.

An apology for the stress this shortage of funds is now causing me.

A total refund for both product and shipping charges to my card.
