Once you order you cannot cancel. They give you NO ADDRESS, NO PHONE NUMBER. You basically have to cancel your bank or credit card to stop them from charging $200 a month. Find me someway to cancel this please!

Complaint: Revita Eye and Beau Derma were advertised together as a day trial period with $charged The products are NOT the "miracle" answer to skin care that it claims Revita Eye's customer service repheard my complaint revery misleading advertising for a free trial that turns into a subscription with no information rethe full charges for renewal shipments monthly In addition, the 1st month's shipment did not have any invoice or information rethe amount charged to my credit card After receiving my credit card statement I learned of the charge in the amount of $which I never would have agreed to had I know up front what the charge would be There was no other paperwork describing this horrible practice of keeping the price a secretThere was absolutely NO information and not the form they say you would have to have read before checking out if you call themThat form only appears on the exact url for their website but that is not how I purchased this eye creamWhen I requested a 100% credit/refund the service repstarted negotiating a 10% discount refunded, then a 20% discount refund and after I told her there was no room for negotiations due to their deceptive practices of keeping the price hidden and that only a 100% refund would be acceptable I then told her that my bank would be called to assist with this and so would the Revdex.com To this she stated that the most she could refund was 50% in the amount of $ I did not read such policies and terms on the original website from which I ordered, nor was the day trial described initially as the repdescribed to my on my phone call This scam allows them to buy everyone off with a 50% refund and they keep the other 50% Furthermore, when I offered to return all the product the repsaid that would not be necessary ~ hmmmmm? This is a SCAM run by both Beau Derma and Revita Eye and should be stopped I'm supposed to find the credit for $on my next statement AND I'm requesting that the Revdex.com assist me in the resolution of a 100% refund I will also be filing a complaint against Beau Derma for very similar deceptive practices Desired Settlement: I want a full 100% refund to my credit card
