I refused the delivery of all of your products and sent them all back in the original and unopened packages. Since refusing the products, I have requested to speak with management. In response to this request, I have been told a member of the management team would be in contact with me within forty eight hoursHowever, forty eight hours has passed without any contact. I am requesting full refund as all of the product has been returned in full and unopened. I have proof of return including pictures of the packaging advising refuse of delivery. complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not
resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed

Trial products were received by me AFTER Revita Eye trial period ended thus
making it impossible to comply with their hidden terms, conditions and
advertised “free day trial of their products for a $shipping charge”.
I immediately called Revita Eye to
cancel and receive a refund because I did not agree to nor want any type of
subscription Customer service was
unresponsive. They said I would be
charged $for product because what they sent me was a 30-day supplyI
ordered a free sample; not a day supplyI told them I was not paying for
the product I did not order. This is advertisement. They did not cancel my subscription and I
received another 30-day supply in September but this time for $94.90. Payment was taken from my charge card without authorization.
I called Revita Eye yet again and this time was given a return authorization number
for a merchandise credit but ONLY for the first supply and then was told I
would have to pay for shipping to return the productAs of 09/17/2014, there is a pending refund of $but not for the Septcharge of $plus $which I also dispute

Online order of trial product 8/28/ My bank account shows multiple unapproved charges as follows: $on 8/&; 8/30; $on 8/& 8/30;
$twice on 8/31; $twice on 9/14; and $twice on 10/ To avoid an alert from my bank, the amounts were charged by two different company names: *** *** ***E I tried to resolve this double billing over the phone, but was told my account number
did not exist in their database I also tried to email a complaint, but the email was returned "UNDELIVERABLE" Revita *** is running a scam on
unsuspecting people

You are taking the next steptoward a more confident you! Upon signing up for your trial offer, yourcredit card provided will be charged a One-time Shipping & Handling fee of$5.95.
