Review: Company billed my charge card on August 8, 2014 in the amount of $85.95 for a product that was never received by me. I was billed again on Sept. 7, 2014 for product I received 9/11/14 in the amount of $85.95. I was able to get a Refund Merchandise Authorization Number and instructions for returning the product for a full refund of the 9.7.14 charge but they refused to do anything about the August 8, 2014 charge for product never received.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the August 8, 2014 charge ($85.95) for product never received by me.

Hello,

Review: On 04/07/2015, I submitted a similar complaint against [redacted]. The products were advertised together to be used in tantem, but had to be ordered separately from two different companies. I think the companies are closely affiliated. The experience I have had with both are almost identical. In 12/2014, I responded to an ad on the internet indicating the product would be sent to me for the cost of shipping and handling ($4.95). I did not know that taking advantage of this offer required accepting an automatic monthly shipment of the product with monthly charges for the product. When I received by credit card statement in 02/2015, it indicated a charge of $85.95 was made in 01/2015. I called the credit card company about the unauthorized charge, the customer service rep provided additional information that led me to call the company, Revita Eye,, directly. After several minutes of conversation, the Revita Eye rep finally said the would refund the total $85.95 if I returned the product that was sent initially. Since the package had not been opened, returning it was not an issue. I asked the rep to cancel my Revita Eye account so that no future charges could be made. The rep provided information I needed to return the product and the call ended. I thought the situation had been rectified. Sadly, I was mistaken. Several days later more of the product was delivered at which time I marked the package "declined delivery, return to sender". When I checked my next credit card statement, there was a refund of $85.95, but there were also new charges of $91.90 for the 02/2015 shipment of the product. To give Revita Eye time to receive the returned merchandise and credit my charge card, I waited until the first week in April to contact the company. When I called on 04/06/2015, I was told by the Revita Eye rep there would be no refund for a product I received two months ago. So now, I have no product, and they have $91.90 of my money.

Hello,

Review: I ordered through the BeauDerm and RevitaEye website to obtain a trial of the two products(you need both for the product to work). Each company, would send you a trial, but S&H would have to be paid separately. The S&H charge for each was $4.95,from where I placed my order. I received my confirmation email's, separate, and noticed the RevitaEye charge was $5.95 instead of the stated $4.95. I called RevitaEye and told them I was charged the wrong amount. The gentleman I spoke with in customer service, Robert, said the charge was correct and argued with me about it; he kept cutting me off,so I finally told him I wanted to cancel the order. He told me I couldn't,it had already been mailed and there was nothing he could do. I reminded him that it was a Sunday and there's no mail service on Sunday's, besides I had placed the order only 5 hours earlier. I then said I would refuse the product when it arrived, he said I couldn't, and would owe them $89.99 unless all the "unused" product was returned (I reminded him I had NO product)! The "trial" was a 14 day supply but they'd sent a 2 month supply because that's how it was done. I was furious, so I said that I would contact my credit card company and refuse the charges. Again he told me I would still be responsible for the $89.99 plus any additional charges if it wasn't returned. Next thing, he's trying to sell me the product. By the 3rd try,he said he'd let me have it for $14.99, but couldn't go any lower. I said "NO, for the last time"!!!!! Earlier I had called BeauDerm to cancel my order, and after some arguing, they did. Although I received a confirmation from both companies stating "your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled as per your request". I checked my cc statement and it has been charged both amounts; no credits, which makes me wonder exactly what may arrive here. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!!! Sincerely, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I'm hoping to get my $10.90 credited back to me and any other charges these "companies" charge me for, but I would also like others who look at this website to see some type of warning that states there are NO "real" trials. Read the fine print!

Hello,

Review: I ordered product from Revita Eye and Dermare Store and returned both products via registered mail via a returns material authorization number. These companies share the same warehouse. I was supposed to have received a refund for $91.90 each for both products. However, I only received $89.95 from Dermare Store. I have not yet received the refund on my card for Revita Eye. I have gotten nothing but the run around from this company. They provided me with a transaction#, [redacted], for the credit but my bank said that they could do nothing with the number. I asked them to cancel the credit and reissue it, but they are unwilling to do this. I spoke with [redacted], one of the supervisors, and he told me that there was nothing that he could do on his end. I am seeking my refund for the unopened product that was returned to them in the original packaging that was also unopened. Please help meDesired Settlement: I want the refund that they owe me.

Review: I had seen an advertisement for a free trial of revita eye and it's partner [redacted] on a website. I paid for the ship and hand charges, received product, but never opened it or used product. The next month I receive another package in the mail...I opened it and realized they must have accidentally sent me another free trial, I called the next day. I was then informed that I had entered into some sort of monthly program and was being charged 91.90 per month. I had no idea I was on that program, since I never opened the item I asked to return it for a refund, after much painful discussion I was issued and RMA and I paid to return item. I then saw that I had been charged for 2 months of product, I had thought the first one was a sample. I called twice but was told to call back in 7 days. I called again, they refused to let me return the unopened product for a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told they were in a meeting, and they would call me back. I never received a return phone call, I was completely unaware of the situation of being billed for items that I never opened or knew I was getting on a monthly basis...I feel this is very unethical and I only want to be treated as a customer and be issued a refund of 91.90, and I would be more than happy to return unopened item.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the item amount of 85.95, and if issued an RMA I would gladly return the unopened item.

Hello,

Review: Ordered Beau Derma and Revita Eye product online 2-19-15, decided to cancel next day. Called customer service to cancel my order. Automated answering service states cancellation complete. Found out 4-14-15 that 2 add'l charges to my WFB VISA occured. $85.95 charge on 3-5-15, and $91.90 charge on 4-14-15. I called customer service dept. 4-15-15 to complain and ask for full refund of the 2 add'l charges. They explained that no cancellation phone call was found and that they could not refund the charges. The only thing they could do is give me a 50% refund on the most recent order of 4-4-15 to the amount of $42.98 and completely close out my account. I am seeking a full refund. Just a note, one add'l product came in the mail to me on 4/14/15 that I haven't opened and will gladly mail back.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund of $85.95 + $48.91 = $134.87

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. I also want to be clear, I called to cancel my subscription to the product the vey next day (Feb. 20). I understood I was to be charged the additional amount totaling $39.71 to close out my account and complete the cancellation. I did not approve of the next 2 charges in the month of Mar. and Apr. that I was charged after I cancelled. Thank you for my complete refund, After going through my bank's dispute process, I do find the resolution satisfactory.

Review: I ordered a free trial of Revitalize Eye. I called the company one month ago to cancel my subscription so that I would no longer receive monthly shipments. I did not call before the 14 day trial was over so my account was charged $85.00. I also have this on my phone records that I did indeed call to cancel. To my surprise, I received another shipment one month after canceling and my account was charged again. I called to let the company know that I had already cancelled & that I would send back the unopened package at my own expense. At first I was told that I could only receive 30% back then I was told 50% could be refunded. I should NEVER have been shipped another product or charged! I do not want this product. It broke my face out and made me look like I had a sunburn. If this company really stood behind their product, they should be willing to make their mistake right. I want 100% of the erroneous charge back not half! I should not have even gotten another shipment. Companies like this should be not be allowed to get by with this. This company is only concerned with making money...period!Desired Settlement: I want 100% of my money back from the second, erroneous shipment.

Response:

Hello,

Review: 2 products from the same company sold separately, but suggested together. the ad says that I would only need to pay the shipping costs and would get a free 14 day trial. When I called the company to cancel my membership within the 14 day period I was told that they would be charging me $42.71 for the one product and $65.42 for the other product. when I said I would refuse to pay those costs, they then started to bring the cost down to ...finally $22.71 for the Revita Eye and $14.71 for the Beau Derma product. This is not satisfactory to me since I did call within the 14 day trial period. The 14 day trial period started on Jan. 24/15. I was told that my 14 day period lasted until 02/06 which is today. I didn't receive the products until 3 days ago so I actually had only 3 days to try the products. After trying them for 1 day. I found that they were burning my skin and I would return them. However I was not allowed to return them unless they were unopened there for since I was canceling my subscription they would charge me for keeping it. the total price is $89.95 for each coming to a total of $179.90. Therefore I refused to be charged those amounts for 2 bottles of less that 1 oz of product. The Beau Derma cream comes with no ingredients listed or cautions about burning the skin. Nor do either come with any instructions on how to use their product. If you use their web sit you are responsible for all kinds of liabilities so I certainly won't go there.

I am currently working with my credit card company to get reimbursed for the charges. However, there are many people who are getting caught in this scam according to the complaints I have been reading on the internet and I think this company needs to be dealt with by the Revdex.com. I want my charges refunded and my account closed.Desired Settlement: I want the charges off of my credit card.

Response:

Hello,

Review: On March 15, 2015 I saw an online ad for Revita Eye, an eye cream. It was offering a trial offer for $5.95 including shipping. It sounded like a good product. They stated that [redacted] uses it and several other celebrities. Dr. Oz was also associated with it, saying he had promoted this product on his show. I received this product within 3 days. Imagine my surprise when, on March 28, 2015, I have a charge on my credit card for this same product for $85.95. What? I did not order any more product. I called the customer service number listed on the very basic brochure I received. The message said "if you would like to cancel your subscription press 1", which I did. I then spoke with a rep from a foreign country and advised me my "subscription" had been cancelled and I would get an email confirmation. I explained that I did not want the subscription and wanted the charges taken off my credit card. I was told that I had 14 days to cancel my subscription and didn't, therefore, I was charged. I did not see ANYTHING regarding the when I ordered. Needless to say, I was, and still am, quite upset. I contacted my credit card company and they were unable to do anything. They said they would reject any future charges since I had advised them that I cancelled this subscription. I went online to the Revita Eye website. There was a message stating that they are not accepting any new customers at this time. My thought on this is they were probably getting too many complaints and thought they should shut it down for a period of time. I had to call back twice before I finally received a cancellation email. I asked them again to refund the $85.95 charges to my credit card and they would not. What a scam! Do not get sucked into this like I did. Do not purchase Revita Eye or Beau Derma anti wrinkle face cream, which is connected to this scam. If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded in the amount of $85.95. The only thing I wanted was the trial offer for $5.95. Someone needs to investigate this company and shut it down. The amount of money I am being charged is ridiculous! There are numerous complaints about this company as well as Beau Derma online. Unfortunately, I saw them too late. The product is only 5 oz. They should be ashamed of themselves. What a SCAM!!!

Review: Revita Eye popped up on my facebook for a 30 day money back guarantee (which is also printed on their flyer) for a free trial on eye cream. I was trying to order it and my phone shut off. Then a representative called me and I ordered the product. I received the product on December 8th or 10th. THen I was billed 89.95 on the 19th. I called and the rep told me I checked a terms and conditions box on my phone saying I knew I would be billed for 89.95 after 15 days! (it hadnt even been 15 days yet). I asked the rep for an RMA so I could return this and she said it was too late because it was based on the date I ordered not the day I received. So there really is NO 30 day free trial nor even a 15 day one. They offered to refund me 10 percent which is only 13 dollars. Now I am out 77.00 for something I didnt even get to try for 15 days!Desired Settlement: To get my 77.00 back, I will gladly send this back to them.

Hello,

Review: I bought their product Revita eye on a trial only, pay shipping only basis. It was $4.95. It also said that this was NOT a keep fill, where I would receive it monthly. I received the product and there was no listing of ingredients that said Retin A. I used the product for 2 days and on the morning of the 3rd day my eyes were so swollen, red and almost to the point of blisters. I called their customer service and was told that I 1). I Was SIGNED up for a keep fill, which I cancelled and 2) they were going to charge my credit card $42.95 for the products. I explained that this was a trial, I paid the S/H and that's all I had to pay and the fact that I had a horrible reaction I wanted that back. No can do...going to charge your credit card anyway.Desired Settlement: I want to make sure my credit card is not charged. I have called them and unless I cancel my card as of right now, I would need to dispute later when I receive my bill. Also I think the Revdex.com needs to know about this company that says one thing on their website and does just the opposite of what you signed up for. I never want to be on a keep fill and that's why I thought this would be ok, because it said specifically that it was NOT. They also need to be honest about their ingredients. Many people are highly sensitive to Retin A.

Hello,

Review: This company has horrible customer service. I called and canceled this product prior to the 2 week trial period and they still charged my account. When I called them they proceeded to argue with me telling me I did not call and they have no record. This Asian guy was so rude constantly telling me I never made the phone call. I have the proof on my phone. Then they said they would not refund my money because it was past the trial period and if they did refund my money it would only be 15% of the $85.95 they charged me. DO NOT buy from this company. No one speaks English very well and they seem to enjoy telling you that YOU are wrong! Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and after 5 minutes on hold he came back and said there was no supervisor to speak with. Incredible!!!Buyer Beware!Desired Settlement: $85.95. The total amount I was charged.

Review: I made this purchase online on 3/10/15. They said it was a trail basis for $5.95. I received an email confirming my order, when it would be delivered and the price. I received the product with no invoice but a pamphlet on how the product worked. I then looked at my credit bill om 4/3/15 and they had charged me $85.95 on 3/24/15. When I called their customer service telephone number at [redacted] they said that after 14 days they charged me the full amount of the purchase and I would be receiving future monthly orders. I immediately canceled my future orders. This company is using deceiving practices. They did not send any clear notices and are just ripping people off.Desired Settlement: I would like them to reimburse me my 85.95.

Review: Product was advertised on internet, purportedly with [redacted] endorsement. I received the "free" product paying only for "shipping and handling." Later my account was charged a very high amount for a new shipment (mailed on Sunday March 15th) that was not disclosed in the advertising. When I called the [redacted] number there was clearly an expectation that the customer would be calling to cancel the account since it was the first (and perhaps only) choice in the automated phone entry system.Desired Settlement: I would be happy to return impending shipped product unopened on confirmation that my card has been refunded.

Review: On 1/17, I ordered product from this company. On 1/18 I received a shipping notification via email that the product had shipped. I received the product on 1/22 as evidenced by delivery confirmation of the USPS. In looking at the shipping package, noticed that it in fact shipped on 1/19, not 1/18. It was for a trial period of 14 days. It is my opinion that the 14 day trial period started on the 22nd when I received it, not on the 17th when I ordered it. How can you try something for 14 days when you only have it in your possession for 9 days according to their scenario. I cancelled it on the 31st, which was within my 14 day trial period. I asked for my money back and they refused stating that my trial period had run out. They are practicing unethical business practices. They are taking advantage of the public and should be shut down. In addition to that, when I used the product, it blistered the area around both my eyes.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and an investigation of them as well as their sister partner in crime BeauDerma. Review: Responded to website ad that guaranteed a 30 day trial period of product. I ordered product on 1/16/2015 and received product on 1/19/2015. On 1/28/2015 My bank account was charged 85.95. I immediately contacted the company on the 28th and was told that you had 10 days from the date of order to call and "extend" the trial offer in order to truly have a 30 day guarantee. No where on the website was this information made clear. The company is refusing to honor their 30 day trial that was plastered all over the website with no fine print. The company will not provide a full refund since I called just after the 10 day period that I was not aware of. Their website is very misleading and this very much feels like a scam.Desired Settlement: Full refund to method of payment and I will be happy to return product.

Review: Same with the Beau Derma Trial complaint I posted today. I paid $5.95 for a 14 day free trial only for this "Revita Eye Trial" not knowing there was a monthly subscription. I called the number to cancel the subscription and the phone just rings and rings so I press 0, I get an automated person speaking to cancel subscription and I get a confirmation #. However, instead of $85.42 charge they give me a discount of $42.71. As of today the charge has not hit my bank statement yet. I don't agree with this and don't want this product I'm not satisfied with it want to cancel any future shipments.

If these products (Beau Derma & Revita Eye) are shipped to my home I'll send back unopened but I need RMA #'s for both products and I will not pay for shipping to return unused products.Desired Settlement: Refund-credit card credit.

Hello,

Review: I saw an ad online for two skincare products meant to be used together: Revita Eye and Beau Derma - said [redacted] along w/ a host of others, had endorsed the product. The offer was for a free trial - you just pay for shipping. I was out of the country when I placed the order. Am now back in the US - the samples had arrived in my absence - no bill or instructions w/ the samples. When reviewing and paying all my bills today, saw my credit card bill & the two charges for the samples ($5.95 from "[redacted]"), for both samples, the Transaction Date was 8/30/14, and posting date was 9/2/14. Below these two charges I saw two additional charges from the same companies (it's actually one company - they both have the same address) of $89.95 and $85.95, respectively. I immediately called my credit card company - the Cr Cd Co voicemail said to contact the company. I did that. The first one I called, Revita Eye, said I had ordered a subscription. I said I did not - I only ordered a free sample. We argued back & forth, and this individual put me on hold & came back, offering a 10% discount off the $85.95 (eventually increasing the discount to 30%) - I said no, and the only thing I wanted was a 100% return of my money - I never ordered anything more than the sample, and there was NO indication when I ordered this product that I was entering into a subscription of any kind - all I did was click the link to order the item, enter my name/mailing address/credit card info. There was nothing during the transaction that said anything about a subscription. (the process was the very same for the other product - there was no indication that I was ordering anything other than the sample of Beau Derma for $5.95).Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the two additional, unauthorized charges of $89.95 and $85.95.

Hello,

Review: This company offers a free trial that I took advantage of. I cancelled in the allotted amount of time and they charged me anyway. I called and could get a response from them for several days. I went to my bank to get my money back (170.00!! for eye cream) the bank fought the charge and the company simply claimed I didn't cancel in time and visa demanded their money back on the company's behalf saying it was a valid charge. I then attempted to send the product back based on the guarantee and they wouldn't take it stating the account was closed. The fact that I had such a hard time getting a hold of them made me think they were not a legit company but then not honoring there money back guarantee proved it.Desired Settlement: I would like to ship this product back for a refund!
