Yes. The customer is correct. She must contact her credit card company in order to receive more information about her dispute. Although it might not be settled into her account yet, it in in the process of getting disputed. Her accounts have been cancelled and she will no longer be receiving anymore products.

We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide
you with additional information. We received your order on March 25, 2015.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order
clearly state that you were to have a two week trial period starting from
the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account
to avoid further charges. On your order page you were provided with the
following information: 
We are confident you will see the benefits of using our Revita Eye Product
within our 14 day shipping trial program. You are taking the next step
toward a more confident you! Upon signing up for your trial offer, your
credit card provided will be charged a One-time Shipping & Handling fee of
$5.95. If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment
within 14 day of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not
receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything else.
Your enrollment date is the date that you submit your order for the trial
product. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. 
If you do not cancel within 14 day of the date that you enroll in the
Program, we will charge the same card you provided at enrollment the
monthly membership fee of $85.95. Then, beginning about 30 days after
enrollment in membership program we will send you a fresh monthly shipment
of the product and charge your card $91.90 when each supply ships. You can
cancel monthly shipments and avoid further Monthly Charges at any time by
contacting customer service at 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week.
These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when
you ordered our product. If there was any confusion with the terms you
could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy
to assist you. 
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged
$85.95 on April 8, 2015. You were then enrolled into our monthly shipment
program and received two additional package at the cost of $85.95.
The first time we heard from you regarding the cancellation of your account
was on June 11, 2015. Your account was immediately canceled and you have
not received any shipments or charges since then.  
Our representative made every effort to assist you with a refund. We have
provided you with a full, immediate refund of $85.95 and requested you
send the product back.
Your return was received within the return deadline date and a refund of
$85.95 was already issued back to you on June 11, 2015. That is the full
product price of the June shipment. 
As stated in our purchase terms you may only return the most recent
shipment for a refund. 
Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further
shipments or charges.

Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service
department to return the product and they will then receive a refund. Her account has been marked as a chargeback; therefore, she is getting the amount disputed with her card company. Her account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore
products or be charged. At this time, we are unable to process a refund because the customer filed a dispute. She must contact her credit card company or bank in order to receive an update on the $85.95 charge.

weeks. The only reason we even had one is because they wouldn't allow me to return the product refund me. Found several websites/blogs that are loaded with people saying the same thing about this scam company. Charged even know trial was cancelled in time and then refused to refund!
