Mr [redacted] ,First off we would like to apologize for the poor connection issues you were having when contacting our Customer Service Department We always strive to provide the best service to each of our customers Before signing up for one of our trials a customer must acknowledge, by clicking a box, that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms/conditions of the trial Once an order is placed a confirmation email is sent that also contains the terms/conditions of the trial Lastly we physically place a card on the side of each product box that contains the terms/conditions of the trail Based on your complaint it would appear that you didn't fully read and understand the terms of the trial Please feel free to go back and review the terms Essentially you have days to try out each product your ordered Within those days you must contact our company via email or phone call to let us know if you to continue to receive the product on a monthly basis or if you would like to cancel your account.Your original order for MuscleRev Xtreme and Revtest was placed on 3/ You called an canceled your subscription for MuscleRev Xtreme on 5/28/through our automated system You also called on 6/22/to cancel the subscription to Revtest with one of our representatives That representative also explained that if you send us back the unopened product we would fully refund you for those boxes On 7/13/we did receive one bottle of MuscleRev Xtreme and one bottle of RevTest unopened At this point your account was refunded $(for the MuscleRev) and $(for the Revtest) We did not receive the unopened boxes you are claiming to have sent.That being said it is possible that the other boxes were lost in the mail We will go ahead and refund you $(for the bottle of MuscleRev) and $(for the RevTest) Your total refund today is $ Please allow 3-business days for the refund to show in your account You have now been refunded for all bottles that were in question All sports supplements are considered nutritional supplements, not food or drugs, and therefore do not get approval from the FDA Thank you, Support Team

Mr [redacted] ,The advertisement for the products you signed up for requires customers to click a box acknowledging they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of the day trial Once the order is made a confirmation emails, for each product ordered, are sent out which also contain links to the terms of how the trial works Lastly, when the actual product arrives we also have sticker on the side of each product box which clearly states the terms of the trail Most customer like the subscription based program we offer with our supplements as it prevents them from having to physically drive to a store once a month That being said, we want all of our customers to be happy and we are sorry to hear you had a poor experience After reviewing your account you were billed $89.74, for MuscleRev, on 6/2/and this account was stopped on 6/12/because you filed a charge back with your financial institution With the second product, RevTest, the last billing took place on 5/21/in the amount of $and this account was stopped on 5/29/because you filed a charge back with your financial institution You were not billed on 7/6/or 7/13/from our company What most likely took place is your financial institution temporarily refunded you the amount of $and $when you filed the charge back But after completing the chargeback process you were most likely found responsible for those charges, hence why the charges would reappear on your statement on 7/6/and 7/13/ This is just our guess as to what happened based on a review of your account You may want to follow up with your financial institution for further explanation.But as stated previously we want all or our customer to be happy so we have gone ahead and refunded you $and $for a grand total of $ Typically refunds will show in your account in 3-business days depending on your financial institution.Thank you,Support Team
