I ordered a free trial for Green Coffee Bean ExtractI was aware that they would charge $for shippingI was surprised that I was charged $because I did not authorize itWhen I called, they stated that I had days from when I ordered it to cancel itAfter reading the reviews regarding this company, clearly I am not the only person that feels deceived by he companyWhen I called, they stated that if they do not hear back from you in days, they assume that you are satisfied with the product and will continue to supply the product as well as charge your account monthlyLets be honest, by the time I received the product, I had only days to decide if I liked the product or notEven though I never opened the product, they would only give me 15% refund since I called days after I received the product, but it was over the days from the order dateIf your company truly believes in your product you would not be so scandalous about hiding the disclosure informationHad I known that I was going to be charged monthly, I would not have ordered the productI just can't stand companies that try to trick peopleI guess this is a learning experienceNEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I didn’t see the message of 9/ Sy I didn’t respond sooner I am happy that I am getting a refund I appreciate your help in this matter I still think that the business (Revolution Laboratories, LLC) has dishonest practices going on and should be monitored closely I asked on the phone for a full refund and was told that I could only get 50% of my money back Only when I involved Revdex.com did my issue get resolved I have sent the product back for a full refund Thanks again!
