*** ***,We had the chance to review your account Each product you ordered was on an independent trial You did call and cancel the Garcinia Cambogia product on 5/26/through our automated system and chose the option to keep the remainder of the bottle for a discounted price of
$ And you received and email stating that your Garcinia Cambogia account was canceled that same day (5/26/15) You didn't contact the company again until 1/8/to cancel your subscription of the Revolutionary Cleanse In that conversation it was agreed that a supervisor would contact you within 24-hours Per the notes on your account a supervisor attempted to contact you but was unable to reach you via telephone You called in on 1/19/and stated you wanted a full refund for all the bottles sent to you, the rep informed you that wasn't possible and gave you a refund for the most recent shipment in the amount of $89.47.In total you were shipped bottles of the Revolutionary Cleanse You shipped back unopened bottles and thus were refunded for bottles since you were already refunded for one bottle on 1/19/ We did not receive unopened bottles as you statedThe total refund you had received was $268.41, for the bottles. That still leaves you with bottles of the Revolutionary Cleanse that were received according to USPS trackingWe will go ahead and refund you for those bottles today, each at a cost of $89.47, totaling $ Four of the refunds were issued to your credit card that was used to place the original order Unfortunately were weren't able to refund the 5th transaction on your card, due to a processing error, so we will be sending you a check in the amount of $ We cannot refund the amount you are requesting because that isn't the amount that you paid for the product Depending on your financial institution it typically takes 3-business days before you should see the refund in your account At this point your account has been fully refunded for the Revolutionary Cleanse minus the original shipping and handling cost of $ Thank you,Support Team

of the trial. Lastly we place a terms and conditions card on each product
box that is sent to our customers. The card explains the terms and
conditions of the trial as well as provides a customer service numberBased on the nature of your complaint it would be safe to assume that you didn't read the terms and conditions. I placed an order on 03/03/for two products from this company I checked and double checked the fine print It wasn't until I finished placing the order that they disclosed that instead of just agreeing to the $and $free trial of each product, I was also agreeing to an $additional charge for each of the items every month I cancelled the two orders within minutes and requested a cancellation notice I received two cancellation notices and expected that to be the end Until the next day, I was charged the $and $ I have written to them requesting the charges be reversed I contacted my bank and they told me that this company is on their scam list and immediately reversed the charges But, I had to cancel the charge account in order to stop future charges which would most certainly be coming every month This company makes a lot of money by consumers not pushing back on them

I called and couldn't speak with anyoneI was sent to a prompt that asked if I would like to cancel I hit the button for yes, It said " your future orders are now canceledmonth's later it is still coming out of my account!!! WTH? I'm thinking of putting a law suite togetherI have the bottles they sent and will collect them to take to courtEverytime I call the same number, it says your account was cancelledI am very madI'm a diabled vet and need my money very badly

I accept that they have waived their hidden stipulations that the account would be reactivated if the product was not returned and that they would resume charging However, this company does not seem to learn that their practices are not clear, transparent, or ethical The number of complaints and comments on the internet has not swayed them I have reported their practices to the Federal Trade Commission Until this company changes its practices and is fined by the FTC for taking consumers money and wasting their time, I will not accept their response

This company is a scam! Sent items we didn't orderOrdered one supplement they sent and charged me for 2! NEVER stated it was a day trial offerOn day charged me dollars twice for the supplements! I called to cancel after seeing charges to my bank and they wouldn't refund me the money! And it was day when I called! Which the website states they will refund for days! Another lie! They told me it was to late! Please be aware if this company!! They will get you!

This is an addendum to a review I posted just a few minutes ago I received four bottles and returned three They told me they could not refund my money on the first two charges of $which were supposed to be freight only charges for the trial As I mentioned in my previous post, buried somewhere the terms supposedly say I would be charged for the product if I didn't cancel the during the trial period Chelsea stated I would be credited for the third and fourth bottles of product as soon as they receive it Now that I have read some of the reviews I have serious doubts that this will happen I feel that they owe me a refund of $($x 4) Is there any chance your agency would be able to get me a refund for all or at least part of the amount This is pure and simple a scam to the nth degree, I apologize for doing this in two parts
