placed your order for Garcinia Cambogia trial online on 9/8/15.  You were contacted by a sales representative on 9/8/16 who sold you a second trial of the Revolutionary Colon Cleanse.  All of our phone calls are recorded and we took the opportunity to review the phone call.  The representative explained how the trails worked that your ordered, explained how long the trials are, and also explained that if you don't cancel your account you will be placed on a subscription.  You understood and agreed to the terms of the trail on the phone call.  In regards to the trial you originally signed up for online, prior to making any purchase of our products, that are on
trial, you must click a box on the website stating that you have read,
understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of the trial.  If you do
not click this box you are unable to make a purchase.  Once the order is
placed you are sent a confirmation email for each product, which also contains
links to the terms and conditions of the trial.  Lastly we place a terms
and conditions card on each product box that is sent to our customers. 
The card explains the terms and conditions of the trial as well as provides a
customer service number.On 9/23/15 you canceled your Garcinia Cambogia subscription via telephone through the automated cancellation system.  In your compliant you state that on March 11th you contacted our company on a 3 way call with [redacted], we have no record of this call ever taking place.  And as stated before ALL calls are recorded.  You didn't contact our company until 4/10/2016.  Once again we reviewed this phone call.  This was a 3 way call with your bank representative, in this call you stated that a credit should be applied to your account, it was explained that we have no record of any previous contact with the company and the refund policy was explained.  At this point you became agitated and your bank representative disconnected the phone call.We are willing to work with you in regards to getting your money back.  You were only billed for product that was shipped to you.  We request that you ship us back the unopened product that you did not want and we will provide full refunds for each bottle we receive back.  At this point to show good faith we will give you a partial refund of 50% on each bottle of Revolutionary Cleanse today, the total refund today will be $268.41.  Depending on your financial institution please allow 3-5 business days before the refund reflects on your account.  Again once we receive 5 unopened bottles you will receive the other half of your refund.  Thank you,Support Team

which also contain links to the terms of how the trial works.  Lastly, when the actual product arrives we also have sticker on the side of each product box which clearly states the terms of the trail.  Most customer like the subscription based program we offer with our supplements as it prevents them from having to physically drive to a store once a month.  That being said, we want all of our customers to be happy and we are sorry to hear you had a poor experience.  After reviewing your account you were billed $89.74, for MuscleRev, on 6/2/15 and this account was stopped on 6/12/15 because you filed a charge back with your financial institution.  With the second product, RevTest, the last billing took place on 5/21/15 in the amount of $89.47 and this account was stopped on 5/29/15 because you filed a charge back with your financial institution.  You were not billed on 7/6/15 or 7/13/15 from our company.  What most likely took place is your financial institution temporarily refunded you the amount of $89.74 and $89.47 when you filed the charge back.  But after completing the chargeback process you were most likely found responsible for those charges, hence why the charges would reappear on your statement on 7/6/15 and 7/13/15.  This is just our guess as to what happened based on a review of your account.  You may want to follow up with your financial institution for further explanation.But as stated previously we want all or our customer to be happy so we have gone ahead and refunded you $89.74 and $89.47 for a grand total of $179.21.  Typically refunds will show in your account in 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.Thank you,Support Team

you are unable to make a purchase.  The terms are clearly explained in a normal font size.  Once the order is
placed you are sent a confirmation email for each product, which also contains
links to the terms and conditions of the trial.  Lastly we place a terms
and conditions card on each product box that is sent to our customers. 
The card explains the terms and conditions of the trial as well as provides a
customer service number.You did accept the terms of the trials or the website would not allow you to make the purchase.  But it would appear as though you chose not to read over the terms of the trail before placing your order.  The terms are not hidden by any means, they are presented to you multiple times through multiple mediums and are legible.  We understand mistakes can be made and would like to make sure our customers are informed and happy.  You already spoke to a customer service representative who gave you partial refunds on the products you ordered.  A refund in the amount of $53.84 was provided on 4/7/16 for the MuscleRev Extreme.  A refund in the amount of $53.71 was provided on 4/7/16 for the RevTest.  We have gone ahead and refunded the remaining amounts you were charged for the product today.  A refund in the amount of $35.90 was issued for the MuscleRev Extreme and a refund in the amount of $35.86 was issued for the RevTest.  Depending on your financial institution refunds typically post to the account within 3-5 business days.  The total amount of your refunds after today amounts to $179.21, the amount you had requested. All of your accounts with the company are cancelled, you will incur no further billing or product shipments.  Please keep the remaining portion of the bottles.Thank you,Support Team

I ordered on Facebook & there were no option boxes to check & no explanation of a 14 day trial. It went directly to colon Clense being added on & charged. I cancelled colon Clense immediately and cancelled the entire order same day before shipped. There was no information about subscription. The refund should be $34.66 as I followed directions & cancelled same day before shipment. Check your Facebook program. If the terms are beded and not asking for a response you are misleading your customers.

month supply so after the 14 days you are charged the full price of the bottle
and put on a monthly subscription. However a 100% off refund was issued
on both of the bottles to help you out. Bringing the total of the refunds to $59.42. You have been sent an email
confirmation of the refunds. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to
process. 
Our product really is amazing and every body is different so the
result time is going to be different. We have had customers see the results
within the trial period as well as customers who need to give it up to 6 weeks
to start seeing the results they desire. The two week trial time is more to see
how the product reacts with you. Again we am very sorry for the confusion and we hope the full refunds make you a satisfied customer.

The two debited payments in March did not come with any product being shipped. I would therefore respectfully request they refund all four payments.

product. Our Terms and Conditions are available to you three times when
signing up for our product because we want our customers to have an
understanding of what they are signing up for. The customer has to agree to
have read the Terms and Conditions when inputting their form of payment. You
are sent an email confirmation of your order after it is processed and there is
a Terms and Conditions link located in the email. When the product is received
we include our return policy attached to the package. Our company policy is
after 14 days we do not issue full refunds or accept returns. However it does
look like [redacted] processed a 100% refund
on the bottle to help you out on May 16th. We have gone ahead and refunded
the $4.95 Shipping and Handling as well, bringing the total of the refunds to $89.58. You have been sent an email
confirmation of the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to
process back to your account. 
Our product really is amazing and every body is different so the
result time is going to be different. We have had customers see the results
within the trial period as well as customers who need to give it up to 6 weeks

how the product reacts with you or if you need to take the product to a Doctor

I will never ever order this company again. they are full of [redacted]. I could never reach anyone I cancelled through thier automated phone line. they said that I couldn't be refunded because it was past the time period. but I could'nt speak with a live agent. so they will never get my business or anyone that I know that might want to buy from them!!!!!!

We're sorry the way our trial works was not clear to you.  We've included a link to the terms and conditions you agreed to here.  Put simply, they explain that you get a 14 day trial for each product that begins...

the date you placed your order.  If you do not like the products, all you have to do is call or email us, before your trial period ends, otherwise you will be billed for the initial 30 day supply bottles you received, then be placed on an autoshipment program where you would receive another bottle every 30 days.
You have gone beyond your 14 day trial, which is the reason you were charged and have not received more product yet, as you were charged for the initial bottles.
As a sign of good faith, we've reversed those charges to help you out ($18.53, $89.74 and $89.47).  Those refunds will take approximately 3-5 business days to process back into your account.
If you would like to try our products in the future, they truly are amazing.  As everyone's body chemistry is different, not everyone will see results within the first 14 days.  For some people, it will take up to 6 weeks.

As far as the bottle goes, this is clearly a case of fraud if you did not order it....

 We've already processed a refund for the charge of $4.95 for shipping, that will be back in your bank account with in 3-5 business days.  So in this case, you just keep the bottle, there is no need to send it back and your account with us is closed.

Mr [redacted],Each product you purchased bills as a separate entity, as they are different products.  You signed up for a trial of MuscleRev Xtreme on 12/16/15, that cost $4.95, after 14 days you were billed $89.74 and placed on the 30 day subscription.  You also signed up for a trial of RevTest on 12/16/15, that cost $4.90, after 14 days you will billed $89.47.  We also reviewed a phone call that took place on 12/17/15.   You were contacted by a company representative who explained how the trials worked for the two products, you had just purchased, and offered you a trial to our RevFuel Rewards program for $1.95.  You accepted and wanted to try the RevFuel Rewards program, which is on a 7 day trial and was fully explained to you in the phone call.  The representative you spoke with made you aware multiple times that if you don't cancel your trials you get billed at the end and placed on a subscription.  You didn't cancel this trail as well and after 7 days you were billed $18.53.  Initial trials costs, trial time, and the costs of the product after the trial are fully disclosed in the terms and conditions.A customer can't make a purchase of a trial online without clicking a box stating they have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of the trial.  Once an order is placed you a sent a confirmation email for each product that contains a large link to the terms and conditions of the trial.  And lastly we place a large peel off sticker on the side of the box that has a customer service number as well as the terms and conditions.We disclosed the terms to you 3 different times and actually a 4th time on the phone call prior to you incurring any charges beyond initial shipping/sign up costs.  We are sorry that you are agitated over these transactions, thus we have already refunded you to rectify the situation, but we have been upfront with all the costs from the start.Thank you,Support Team

I would like to add that the business response is very miss-leading and this is a total scam.  This is supposed to be a free trial and the option to cancel it during the 14 day trial period at no charge.  The ad even states you can keep the product if you cancel - no need to send the bottles back.  Why then would they have an option to keep the bottles at a discounted price as they state?  This is a ridiculous contradiction and the option as they state did not exist when I made my cancellation call.  Furthermore, how do you trial something you never received?  The automated system they refer to only gives you the option to cancel, there is no option to keep the product for a discounted price.  I did receive a refund but it was only after I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com not as they claim in their response.  The customer service person I spoke to was adamant they were not going to reimburse me for anything and he processed the "discounted purchase" after I cancelled.  I still have the e-mailed invoices with the dates and times, which I would be happy to provide any law enforcement agency that chooses to investigate this "company" as a fraud.
Their business license - if they even have one - should be revoked.  They are consistently ripping people off, the complaints are all similar in nature.
 I am still out approximately $5.00 Canadian for nothing but attempting to do business with this supposed company.  They give you 14 days to sample a product they never ship.  They make money off the "shipping" as no shipping occurs, then they hope people forget about it and they start the monthly billing unbeknownst to people who have forgotten about a product they never received.  This is a scam operation no doubt.  I would suggest to anyone who sees ads for this company and/or your Revdex.com website to run as far away from this company as possible.
