[redacted] , We had a chance to review your account and complaint Just to clarify the trial you signed up for a day trial (not day) of MuscleRev Xtreme and paid the shipping price of $(not $9.95) You placed your original order on 3/28/and canceled through the automated system on 4/5/ The option you chose when canceling was to pay $and keep the remaining portion of the bottle and not be on a subscription Being that you were within you day trial period you could have chose the option to just cancel And you a correct in stating we do not require you to ship back the remaining portion of the bottle You chose a cancel option that you didn't want We fully understand that this was a mistake and being that you canceled within the trial period we will go ahead and refund you the $today Depending on your financial institution it typically takes 3-business days before the refund will reflect in your account At this point in time all your accounts with our company have been stopped You will incur no further billing or product shipments Also please keep the remaining portion of the bottleThank you, Support Team

Ordered products online, used a credit card with auto-renewal and auto-billingCalled to cancel product auto-renewal and auto-billingThe next month, I was billed againCalled them and was told that I had only cancelled one product, not bothAbsolutely, positively this was not what I didIt was crystal clear when I finished the call that I no longer wished to receive any products at all, and to stop all auto-renewal and auto-billingCustomer service rep was not willing to reverse charges, only offered to refund 50% of chargesSince it was obviously the best deal I was going to get without a lot more complaining, I agreed
This sure seemed like a well-thought out and rehearsed scheme to meI don't have a problem paying for products/services that I ordered, but this was an extremely poor customer service interaction at best, and a scam at worst

Our product really is amazing and every body is different so the
result time is going to be differentWe have had customers see the results
within the trial period as well as customers who need to give it up to weeks

Mr***,It appears their has been some confusion on your order. The date you originally sign up for our day trial of MuscleRev Extreme was May 11, which cost $for shipping/handling. Due to a system error you trail was actually extended to June 4, 2015. Prior
to signing up to a trail offer you must click a box that states you have read and agree to the terms of the purchase which clearly outlines how the trail works. Once the order is placed a confirmation email is sent that also contains the terms and conditions of the purchase. Lastly the terms and conditions are on a card that is on the actual shipping box the product is sent in.After reviewing your account it appears that you did cancel through the automated system on June 5, and chose the option of keeping the bottle you currently have and not to receive any future orders. At this point your account was stopped. Once you canceled through this system you did call and speak to one of our representatives who explained that we could not offer you a refund based on the terms of what you had signed up for. You did not speak to a representative at our company that stated the trial is days and we will be issuing a refund, all of our calls are recorded. That being said we do want all of our customers to be happy and realize sometimes people don't read the terms they agree to before making a purchase. We have gone ahead and refunded your account in the amount of $89.74. As previous stated your account has been stopped since June 5, 2015. I'm certainly glad to have my money returned, however there is something shady when a company is hiding membership services in a free trial web page.I worked for a company accused of this and destroyed by state attorney generals'So, I thought this practice was bannedmaybe not.Regards,

Complaint: I am making this complaint because of a few thingsThis company does not provide a full trial period on the product, they start the trial as soon as you purchase online, even though it takes days for the product to arrive, so that day trial is only daysThey bait you into a club membership with a confusing phone call after you order online and charge you additional on top of the trial amountWhen I went online and cancelled the membership on day after ordering online, I immediately saw additional charges appear on my bank account from GetRevTes.com for $and MuscleRevExtreme $I immediately found the number for rev labs and calledThey agent said I failed to read the terms of the agreement and I explained that I was within my rights to cancel the agreement as it was still within the trial period - I had only had the product in my possession for days when I went online and cancelled the membership and then called to cancel everything else'sI was informed that they would not refund the money and I at that point I threatened to contact authorities as what they did was in fact against California lawHe then offered to refund port of the MoneyWhen nothing was ever done and I've called twice since and cannot get anyone to call me back to discuss this situationIn my opinion this is a scam that is selling snake oil as the products do nothing they claim and they do not provide the trial period they state and fail to refund money they took when I tried to cancel

Mr***,It appears you were confused as to how our day product trial works. Before signing up to receive one of our products on the day trial period you must acknowledge, by clicking a box prior to ordering, that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of the
trial. Once the order is placed you are sent a confirmation email for each product order that also contains the terms and conditions of the trial. Also once the product is physically delivered each product box has a terms and conditions card placed visibly on the side. This card states the terms as well as the customer service number to call if you want to cancel your account. Please feel free to go back and review the terms.You initially purchased a trial to MuscleRev Extreme for the shipping cost of $and the Revtest for the initial shipping cost of $off our website on 7/20/15. On 7/21/you were contacted by a representative from our company that reviewed your order to ensure it was correct, they reviewed the terms of the trial with you on the call, and also offered you a day trial to our RevFuel rewards program which included a day supply of our ProRev protein powder for the shipping cost of $2.95, which you accepted. All of our phone calls are recorded thus your call was reviewed and you did accept and stated you understood the terms of the agreement.We apologize that you had trouble finding the customer service number but that is why we place the number right on the terms card that is on the product, include it in the confirmation email, and have our representatives give it out in the phone call. That being said, your accounts with our company have been canceled. At this point you haven't been charged anything other than shipping and handling fees which totals the $you are requesting back. Unfortunately we cannot refund you. We do not refund shipping and handling charges as it states in our terms. You currently have a day supply of MuscleRev Extreme, RevTest, and our ProRev. This company is horrible Free trial is not free Like a fish hook was able to talk with a person easily when signing up but now can not talk to anyone since I thought I cancelled the account over the only phone number I can find which is automated Emailed multiple times even messaged facebook still no response They keep withdrawing money from my account and no product is arriving This company should be closed down Do NOT do business with this "company" NO MATTER WHAT

able to see you placed your order for Garcinia Cambogia trial online on 9/8/ You were contacted by a sales representative on 9/8/who sold you a second trial of the Revolutionary Colon Cleanse All of our phone calls are recorded and we took the opportunity to review the phone call The representative explained how the trails worked that your ordered, explained how long the trials are, and also explained that if you don't cancel your account you will be placed on a subscription You understood and agreed to the terms of the trail on the phone call In regards to the trial you originally signed up for online, prior to making any purchase of our products, that are on

Each was under a separate day trial when you originally signed up on 2/27/15. After the days are over you are billed for the bottle if you don't cancel and want to continue to receive them every days. Which is explained very clearly in the terms. You didn't contact our company until 4/17/15, we do track all information when contacted by a customer. It was explained to you that if full bottles are returned to the company we would issue you a full refund. Up to this date we have received full bottle of MuscleRev Xtreme and bottles of Revtest. We have sent you two refunds in the form of a company check and the other two refunds were issued back to the card used to place the order. In reference to the checks, one was in the amount of $for MuscleRev and we verified that you cashed it on 6/1/2015, check number 1418. The other refund check we sent you was in the amount of $for Revtest and that was cashed on 6/18/2015, check number 1703. Now in reference to the refunds issued on your card. On 4/27/we refunded the card on file for one of unopened bottles of Revtest in the amount of $89.47. We received the last unopened bottle of MuscleRev Xtreme on 12/29/and the refund was issued.At this point the only thing you haven't been refunded for is for one full bottle of MuscleRev Xtreme at $as well as the original shipping costs of both products. The orginal cost of shipping for MuscleRev was $and $for the Revtest. Based on the good faith that you did not fully understand how the trial/subscription process worked we will go ahead and send you a check in the amount of $as we are unable to issue the refund back to the card originally used.
