you do not acknowledge nor accept the terms you would not be able to place your order.  The terms describe exactly how the trial works and all the billing associated with it if you choose not to cancel.  Once the order is placed you receive and email that contains a link to the terms and conditions.  Lastly we place a terms and conditions card on the physical product box customers receive.  The card contains the terms and conditions of the trial as well as the customer service number to call with any questions.Upon review of your account the representative that you spoke with on 11/3/15 offer you a 65% discount when you did not accept the representative stated she would void the order.  Because the transaction of $89.74 had not finished processing, it was still a pending transaction, the order was voided.  On your bank statement you should find the charge of $89.74 was never processed or it would show as a debit of $89.74 and then a credit of $89.74.  If this is not what is reflected on your bank statement please contact us with your bank representative to confirm.  As of 11/3/15 your account has been closed and the only charge you should have on your account for our company is the original shipping prices.Thank you,Support Team

We had the opportunity to review your account. ...

to making any purchase of our products, that are on trial, you must click a box
on the website stating that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms
and conditions of the trial.  If you do not click this box you are unable
to make a purchase.  Once the order is placed you are sent a confirmation
email for each product, which also contains links to the terms and conditions
of the trial.  Lastly we place a terms and conditions card on each product
box that is sent to our customers.  The card explains the terms and
conditions of the trial as well as provides a customer service number.In accordance to the terms and conditions once you complete the trial, which was 18 days for both products, you are billed the full amount for each product you had received.  Then you are placed on a 30 day subscription cycle.  Our contact information is located in the terms and conditions its also located on the side of the products bottles as well as on the terms and conditions card that was placed on the delivery box.  We didn't received a phone call nor and email from you.  But mistakes can get made and it appears that you don't want to continue to receive our products.  That is why we offer a trial to make sure our customers are informed before being placed on subscription or canceling.As of today we have refunded your account in full. The total amount of the refund is $193.01.  You had requested to be refunded in the amount of $261.07.  But the total amount of money charged by our company was $193.01.  Here is the break down.  For the Garcinia Cambogia you paid $5.95 shipping and handling, when you were billed after the trial you were charged $89.74.  For the Revolutionary Cleanse you paid $5.90 shipping and handling, when you were billed after the trial you were charged $89.47.  Also you had signed up for the New Body Rewards program and were charged $1.95.  All of your accounts are closed with the company.  Typically refunds process in 3-5 days depending on your financial institution.Thank you,Support Team

understand, and agree to the terms of the trial.  Once an order is placed an confirmation email is sent out ,for each product ordered, that contains the terms and conditions of the trial.  And we also include a card, on the side of the physical product you order, that contains the terms of the trial as well as the customer service telephone number to contact.  Please feel free to go back and review the terms.You signed up for a 14 day trail for MuscleRev Xtreme and Revtest.  Once the trial expired you were charged for the bottles.  The MuscleRev was $89.74 and the RevTest was $89.47.  On 8/5/15 you contacted the customer service department who stopped your account and out of good faith refunded you $89.74 for the MuscleRev and $89.47 for the RevTest.  Your total refund on 8/5/15 was $179.21 and you were able to keep the bottles of product.  Based on your complaint we are unable to refund you further on these products since a refund has already been issued.  And as it states in the terms and conditions we are unable to refund the shipping and handling fees.When you ordered our products we sent you a promotional email offering you a chance to preview the RevFuel Rewards program for 7 days in which you could use a $100 e-gift card toward products for $1.95, this email also contains all the terms and conditions of how the 7 day preview works.  You chose to sign up for this program and pay the $1.95.  When the 7 days ended you did not cancel and were charged $18.53.  This is the monthly cost of the program which give you access to the website/resources as well as $100 e-gift card.   Out of good faith we have gone ahead and refunded you the $18.53 as of today.  It typically takes 3-5 days for a refund to show on your account depending on your financial institution.All your accounts have been canceled and refunded at this point in time.Thank you,Support Team

acknowledge, by clicking a box, that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms/conditions of the trial.  Once an order is placed a confirmation email is sent that also contains the terms/conditions of the trial.  Lastly we physically place a card on the side of each product box that contains the terms/conditions of the trail.  Based on your complaint it would appear that you didn't fully read and understand the terms of the trial.  Please feel free to go back and review the terms.  Essentially you have 14 days to try out each product your ordered.  Within those 14 days you must contact our company via email or phone call to let us know if you to continue to receive the product on a monthly basis or if you would like to cancel your account.Your original order for MuscleRev Xtreme and Revtest was placed on 3/1.  You called an canceled your subscription for MuscleRev Xtreme on 5/28/15 through our automated system.  You also called on 6/22/15 to cancel the subscription to Revtest with one of our representatives.  That representative also explained that if you send us back the unopened product we would fully refund you for those boxes.  On 7/13/15 we did receive one bottle of MuscleRev Xtreme and one bottle of RevTest unopened.  At this point your account was refunded $89.74 (for the MuscleRev) and $89.47 (for the Revtest).  We did not receive the 4 unopened boxes you are claiming to have sent.That being said it is possible that the other boxes were lost in the mail.  We will go ahead and refund you $89.74 (for the bottle of MuscleRev) and $89.47 (for the RevTest).  Your total refund today is $179.21.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account.  You have now been refunded for all 4 bottles that were in question.  All sports supplements are considered nutritional supplements, not food or drugs, and therefore do not get approval from the FDA.  Thank you, Support Team

If you would like to try our products in the future, they truly are great products.  As everyone's body is different, not everyone will see results within the first two weeks of their trial, for some people it will take up to six weeks before seeing results.

I'm certainly glad to have my money returned, however there is something shady when a company is hiding membership services in a free trial web page.
I worked for a company accused of this and destroyed by state attorney generals'. So, I thought this practice was banned. maybe not.

was never canceled.  The monthly billing for this program costs $31.63.  This program gives you access to a website filled with workout videos, diet guides, and a whole plethora of wellness programs.  You also get to pick a product monthly that gets shipped to you at no cost and get a $100 online coupon that can be used for more products as well. We were able to see that you never logged into the website and utilized the program thus you are entitled to the full refund you are requesting.  You have been refunded $126.52 as of today.  We saw that you spoke to representative this morning so the refunds were already issued.  Depending on your financial institution it typically takes 3-5 days before the refund reflects in your account.Thank you,Support Team

but to clear that up, we are providing a link to them here.  These are provided to you upon signing up, they are also provided in your confirmation emails, as well as on a peel off sticker on the side of the box once it arrives to you.  In essence, they state that you get 14 days to try out the product from the day you place the order.  If you do not like the product, all you have to do is give us a call within you 14 days to let us know you don't want any more, and we will cancel your account.  If you do not cancel, you will be billed for the initial 30 day supply you received at the full price of $89.74.
You went outside of your trial time, and you were charged for the initial 30 day supply.  Our terms and conditions state that if you go outside of the 14 day trial, we do not issue full refunds, which is why Sophia was not able to issue you a full refund.  We have gone ahead and issued a refund of the remaining 50% to help you out.  
In your complaint, you said that you had not received the initial 50% back yet.  We do want to let you know that the refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear back in your account, so those should be back in your account shortly.
In the future, if you are interested in trying in trying out our products, they truly are great products, but as all people are different, not everyone will see results in the first 14 days, some people will take up to 6 weeks to see results.

required to check a box saying "I have read and under stand the terms and conditions".  They were also in the confirmation emails we sent you, as well as on the side of the box on a sticker once it arrives.  [redacted] to review the terms you agreed to.
In essence, the terms and conditions state that you get a 14 day trial that begins the date you place your order, if you do not like the product or do not feel it is worth the price, you can opt out by simply calling customer service, or responding to the confirmation emails we sent you within the 14 days and you will not be charged anything beyond the initial shipping charges.  It's only if you want to continue receiving the bottles on the monthly subscription, then there is no need to contact us or do anything to your account.  
It appears that you did not read the terms and conditions that you agreed to.  That being said, we understand your frustration with being charged for the additional bottles you have received.  Out of good faith, we have gone ahead and issued 2 refunds for the Garcinia Cambogia and 2 refunds for the Revolutionary Cleanse, totaling $358.42.  Those will be back in your account within the next 3 to 5 business days.
