This case has been closed as of 11/22/Per the
case comments, the Store Manager has spoke to *** *** at 5:PM, CTHe has explained to her about how the situation should be handle and explained to her that her business was very important and this is not our policy to treat our customers this way

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] I hear all the excuses that RiteAid is making but the issue Still Remains that the FTC in the Revdex.com need to look into these numerous business ethics violations violate all business laws the fact is that I was logged in and still and put the promotion code in there and still it said I want to know people and that happened times not once twice or three times 12x and that needs to be reported to the Revdex.com in the FTC because that is the name that is a violation of business practices in the United States and should be held accountable

This case has been resolved and closed as of 5/3/Supervisor Andrea has reached out to the customer to resolve concerns and provided telephone number for future assistance

Our records indicate that the survey was only 80% complete. Unfortunately since it was not 100% completed the transmission did not include her in the list of recipients for the $+Up. We called the customer and left a message explaining this and issued her a $gift card as an
apology. There may have been a system error or glitch that the survey only showed 80% complete. We sincerely apology for the miscommunication

I am rejecting this response because:They barred me from shopping at Rite Aid, despite my actions being provoked and instigated by their employees almost every single time there was conflict. And furthermore, I know for a fact that Rite Aid didn't properly discipline their employees for how poorly they treated me, because their employees lied and exaggerated about how bad my actions were. So I reject this response, due to a gross lack of responsibility being placed on their employees, and most of it being placed on me

I placed my order on October 31st morning, and was waiting to get the order shippedas per the order confirmation, the order was about to ship in daystoday is November 10, there is no update when my order will be shippedwhenever I reach out to RiteAid customer care via email or via phone, I get the same reply that they are shipping my order in 24/hoursThey are horrible and just know how to do robotic replythey don't understand that the customer had already contacted them time and still they talking about the bt that the order will be shipped in 24/hourthere is no number or email to reach out to a manager or someone to know this is how they are running there businessRiteAid is Bull***, a c***

The letter the customer received is from the Rite Aid pharmacy informing the customer that Rite Aid Pharmacy is now ***. The customer's profile (name) was pulled from the pharmacy database which is not accessible through Rite Aid's Customer Care Center. The customer would need to
contact the pharmacy directly to update her information and/or the spelling of her name. Rite Aid's Customer Care center can only update information pertaining to Rite Aid's discount card, not information that is attached to customer's pharmacy records or profile

I reached out to *** and the customer was contacted by Annette, who left a detailed message including her direct contact information. They did receive the customer's Registration Form and her booking code was emailed on January 30th. They are having it resent on Monday
morning by their fulfillment department.
