I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure why they consider this resolved. The person, who did not even introduce himself by name, did call. However, this does not resolve my issue. I asked for a store credit when I originally submitted my complaint. I view this as punitive action toward the store/management. That was never even brought up by the gentleman. All he said was in the future, if there is a problem at that store, ask for Gregory. This response from the business is just pathetic. Regards,[redacted]

This case has been closed as of 11/9/17. The store team will check all [redacted] products to ensure that there are no other issues with the products on the shelf. The customer will be able to bring back the product for an exchange.

Hello, Customer also reported this twice to Customer Care.  He contacted us via email on 10/21 and called in 10/22.  Case was created and was resolved by FEM on 10/26 stating they went through Corp to confirm that the card was activate and loaded properly at the store (00844). ...
