Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have been in touch with a representative from Navient who has been extremely pleasant to work with; however, the matter has not be resolvedI am still unable to make on-time payments through the company's websiteAdditionally, when I made a payment over the phone last month, the payment was mis-allocated so that all of the payment went to my private loan even though some of it should have been allocated to my stafford loans, and so even though I made the full payment due for both the private and stafford loans, it still shows that I have a past due balanceI have been informed by this representative that the charge has been correctly re-allocated; however, when I log into the Navient website it still shows a past due amount, and I continue to get at least two harassing collection calls per daySince I am unable to be assured that my phone payments will be properly allocated among my private loans and my stafford loans in the future, I need to be able to make payments through their website, and I want them to stop the harassing collection callsI tried to make a payment on their website as of this morning (3/24/2016) and it is giving me the same error message I have been receiving for the last couple of months, even though I've gone as far as to provide my bank statement (which is completely intrusive, but in an effort to reasonably cooperate I provided it anyway) to show that the account is open and in good standing Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Shortly after filing this complaint, I received a call from a representative at Navient She assured me that she would look into the issue Today I received a written response from Navient, stating that my request is being denied In this same letter, the many phone calls that were made between myself and the company were acknowledged The fact that I repeatedly asked for paper documentation of the payments was also acknowledged These acknowledgements were followed with the following statement "We would like to apologize that your request to receive your billing statements by mail was not completed in February or March as you requested." Navient has acknowledged that they did not comply with my request for mailed paper statements For this reason, I do not agree with the denial to remove the negative credit reporting Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint They indicate they will respond to me privately by mail, however, I do not know what they will say and by the time it reaches me your five day window will be closedAdditionally, I have checked back online to see if they have added the ability to allocate overpayments, and they have notFor your reference, I have attached information from Navient's FAQs, which say there is the ability online to instruct them how to allocate the overpayment of "any extra funds", and I have attached screen shots of the payment process to show that there is not, in fact, this ability online unless one makes a payment equal to or greater than twice the amount due.Please have Navient make this simple change to bring their online payment process in line with their statements, and to make it easier for me to repay my loan quicklyI get that they want to make it as difficult as possible for me to make overpayments and allocate them toward principal, but they shouldn't Regards,
