Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The customer advocate did respond to me and I did not find his solution satisfactoryHe simply stated in the letter the three ways an individual can make a loan payment No new information was provided It is unreasonable to force residents living overseas to open a US account solely for the purpose of making payments to Navient It is further unreasonable to limit online payments to US bank accounts and to charge for payments made over the phone It is discriminatory pricing and further restricts people from paying down their student loan debt quickly I have also filed a complaint with the US Department of Education regarding the legality of these practices One of Navient's customer service representatives informed me this is an issue with many student loan customers If there are so many people experiencing this issue something needs to be done to resolve it Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Please note that I will be out of the country until April and will not be able to response to any communications until I return Please note that the "loan contract documentation" send by Navient to me is not a US Department of Education loan agreement, doesn't have terms of the loan and lacks even the amount borrowed or a valid signature of a debtor Just more phony informationIn Navient's response they fail to address the fact that they tricked me into voluntarily putting the loans into default only so that they could add additional "collection costs" Navient told me at that time that the only way I could get actual loan documents was to put the loans into default and have them sent to the US Department of Education Default Resolution Group This I did only to have Navient hide the loans from me for months telling me my son's account was closed and they could no longer talk with me about his loansNow Navient is saying that the only way to have the loans transferred to the US Department of Education is to do a loan consolidation which makes all of their illicit "collection costs" part of the principal Clearly why they tricked me into the default in the first placeNavient did send me one document that seems to have been signed by [redacted] The document states the he agrees to pay up to 18% of the loan for any incurred collection costs Two days ago Navient admitted that although they have charged more than $40K in "collection costs" that they haven't actually incurred any "collect costs" and in effect these charges are only additional profit The Navient account manager that I spoke with told me that "costs and profits are all the same to me" The conversation was recordedI so appreciate everything that you can do to help us IT is likely that we will eventually have to go to court because we've been fighting this for more than four years and it's all been like this, deception and lies [redacted] [redacted] ** [redacted] ***

Navient, without my request, placed my student loan into an in school deferment They then determined I was not elibigle for a deferment, but did not provide this information Navient then placed my loan back into repayment status, but did not notify me until the day before the payment was due I contacted customer service to change my due dateThey agreed to do it, and two days later I get a notice that my payment is past due

Every single month I pay my bill from my second pay check of the month as my payment is due the 7th of the following monthFor example, in February I submitted a payment on 2/26/- the company kept my payment status in pending until yesterday 4/7/2016(my payment due date) therefore causing me to have to keep track of the money manually in order to make sure the payment is paid before anything elseNearly two weeks pending?? that's setting the average person up for failure and potential late feesI NEVER had issues with Sallie Mae when my loan was through themNavient has been nothing but a hassle since day one

Looking over my student loan history, I noticed three loans dispersed in years when I didn't go to schoolI am an older student so I have loans dating back to the 1990'sThere is NO way to actually talk to a person so I emailed Navient asking for the loan detailsTwo days later they sent me a bill for these loans due in weeks! No response to my inquiryThen the next day they had the nerve to send me an email stating this needed my immediate attention! WHAT???? I am back in school receiving loansThe older loans and the new ones are in grace! I CAUGHT THEIR FRAUD AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME! They picked the wrong person! I have Federal Student Loans investigating as well as OIG and my two state senatorsPlease people check your loan history to make sure Navient didn't add to it fraudulently!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below: I received the exact same letter they originally sent, from the exact same person I called to talk to him again to get some help and he kept repeating that he "was not a financial advisor" I asked him to stop reading from que cards and help me He said "that they did not have to offer me anything" I asked what I should do and he said "get an accountant and learn to better manage your money" I asked him to repeat that so that I could record the call, and he kept repeating that he did not give me permission to record the call nor did the company allow me to record the call I tried to explain that my ability to pay should be based on my income and not my credit report and again he just repeated "I am not a financial advisor" He was rude and would not help me in any way to try to qualify for an acceptable and affordable repayment plan Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Problem: Hello, My student loans are being described as late on my credit reportIn 2012, I was out of work and Navient (Sallie Mae) said they couldn't do a forbearance, and then they said they wouldThere are several months showing non payment during this timeSince I moved out of the state after being unemployed, I could not get them the forms they neededShortly after they let me go into forbearance for a yearI was told the negative report to the credit agency would be dropped, and would show on time payments for that periodThis has never happenedI have called both Sallie Mae and Navient and was told this would be corrected, and it never has beenTranslate D Desired Outcome: Hi, I would like to have this corrected on my credit reportThanks, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Problem: For over years I have been going back and further with Sallie Mae continuously using illegal practices to get payments that are not due and than apologizing and saying the payments will just go to the principal balanceI have been more than nice and understandingBut recently I have reached my breaking point mentally and physiciallyMental disabilities are common in my family and I believe psychotic may be mines if Sallie Mae continues with their illegal practicesThere are way to many stressful things I have to deal with and this being illegal and unjustice even after I have made it known to the Revdex.com and the company, it has been allowed to continueI will not tolerate this anymore and I am not responsible for my future reactions to this bsTo have me make my payment for forbearance, which should have been needed and then to find out my credit report says month late on student loans and I am full time in graduate schoolTranslate Desired Outcome: Correction on all three credit reportsA statement to my bank Wells Fargo loan department stating this is incorrectAnd a meditation between their lawyers and mines to go over contracts for established contact and correct billing as well as payment for the psychologist I need to see before I commit a crime that will cause me to go to federal prison

Attempted to pay off a student load Was told an incorrect amount which lead to interest accrued and more payments with amounts due Contacted the company several times and was told it would be adjusted, it was not, and more interest was accrued Bill did not reflect correct amount Horrible interest rates Did not include envelopes for return services Payments fluctuated, no consistency

A representative from the Office of Customer Advocate contacted the customer by telephone on June 16, and we are working with the customer directly to resolve the issue
