Navient is the worst company I have ever had the unpleasant experience of working with After Sallie Mae split and became Navient and my loans switched to Navient, the due dates for my loans sporadically changed and I have spent hours, literally, on the phone trying to get it updated At one point I even spoke with a manager, who had me wait minutes on the phone while they "updated it on the spot," only to find that the dates were still incorrect for the next billing cycle In addition, they also "lost" a payment one month Every time I try to seek assistance, I talk with someone who can only repeat the same words and phrases that everyone else I talk to there says I have yet to call and receive proper assistance I've been calling to get the due dates corrected since early October, and have been told each month that changes would be effective the next month It's been months and nothing is fixed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Nothing has been done regarding my situationEvery time I call Navient, I get a different answer on what my payment is and why my payment information was changedI will move forward with my lawyer Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Good morning I want to start off saying your website is quite confusing when replying to messages I do not agree with the response from Navient That really was not a response What I received from them were more threatening letters from them; not something to work through They're telling us that they need an account number to withdraw monies from My son and I refuse to give them that information However, we have been making payments to the past due amount the harassing phone calls continue, threatening mail and even overnight UPS envelopes threatening to take further actions Something must be done about Navient/Sallie Mae! Maybe I need to go a bit higher to get some settling response!! PLEASE remove my response that I agree with their response because I don't!!!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI received a form letter from [redacted] at Navient Despite diligently paying my loan as agreed, Navient re-stated their position that I do not meet an arbitrary, general criteria which has absolutely nothing to do with my ability to re-pay my loan as agreed Clearly I am not a risk to Navient yet they refuse to grant my co-signer release request Diligently paying my loan apparently has little benefit to me so if Navient will not release my co-signer, I am requesting they offer me a new payment plan with lower payments, whatever that plan may be Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Problem: In October and November, I wrote to Navient to ask that they review my private student loans for dismissal based on fraudRather than reviewing my paperwork, I received a form letter which stated: "Your private loan is ineligible for Navient's closed school discharge program." I never asked Navient to discharge my private loans based on school closureI asked that Navient review the 16+ documents that I sent to them to discharge my private student loans because the school committed fraud in coercing me to attendThe school made promises and outright lied and thus the loans provided are based on fraudThe fact that the school closed has nothing to do with my request for discharge in any way except that it demonstrates further fraud committed by the school because they were accepting additional student loans while in the process of closing Translate Desired Resolution / Outcome Desired Resolution: Refund Desired Outcome: I want Navient to go back and re-review ALL of the documentation I sent to them - the multiple emails, letters and exhibits that I spent tedious amounts of time preparing and to properly evaluate dismissal of my student loans based on FRAUD, not school closureIn addition, I want Navient to: 1) 100% totally and completely discharge all of my Navient student loans because I was enticed into attending the Brooks Institute based on fraud2) Cancel any remaining principal, interest, fees and costs associated with my private student loans, borrowed to attend the Brooks Institute in Ventura CA 3) Cease any collection actions against me in relation to my private student loans 4) Return any sums paid, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, toward my private student loans, borrowed to attend Brooks Institute, Ventura CA 5) Remove any adverse reports related to my private student loans, borrowed to attend Brooks Institute, from all consumer credit reporting agencies

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We received the written statement from Navient, however it was riddled with inaccurate statements These ranged from stating that we authorized a double payment on the same date, to saying that we set something up phone when it was set up online. To make matters worse we are getting conflicting information; to the point that it is now harassment and we will be looking for any ability to restrain Navient from contacting us.Following our communication to the Revdex.com, Navient reversed one of the double payments they took without authorization However, they then retroactively increased the monthly payment amount and sent us to collections for being "late" on payments all in the same day We have been receiving calls all hours of the day and all days of the week The most of the time its a "robo-call" where a recorded message will play asking us to sit on hold to talk to a representative; however sometimes it is a real person demanding that they receive payment and making degrading statements On one recent call, I calmly explained to the Navient representative what happened and I said I wanted to set up auto pay again once I could trust that they would do it right so that we wouldn't have to have these conversations any more and he stated "well, the life of your loan is quite long so it looks like we'll be having these conversations for a very long time since you can't seem to pay your bills."To make this even further confusing, the same day that we had this demeaning conversation, Navient sent us an email stating that they made a billing error and over-charged us and would need to credit the account for an amount that was even more than the Navient representative tried to harass us into paying them Our account even showed that we owed absolutely nothing and when we tried to pay, it said that we couldn't pay yet since we didn't owe anything and it wasn't our payment date yet.It is very apparent that Navient has little to no respect for anyone; yet can't seem to stay organized enough to have consistent business practices. This is unacceptable and we will not tolerate this

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [redacted] Problem: I have been dealing with Navient for a year and getting different information from different people is getting exhaustingI spoke with a member of the customer service at the beginning of July for a due date changeHe could not help me so he transferred me to another departmentI got transferred to different people that day and no one helped meI got a call from consumer relations on 07/08/to resolve the due date changeThey agreed to change my due date effective 08/22/He also said that because I had just made a payment, I would not have to pay again for July, and I wouldn't need to make a payment until 08/22/WellI got an email 08/03/that I was still past dueI called to find out why, and the due date change went into effect for 07/22/2016, so according to the system, I was past dueI made a payment on 08/10/and the representative informed me that she would pull the call from when I spoke with customer relations for the due date change, and follwith me in days with what they heard as to whether or not he did in fact tell me that I would not have to pay anything else from 07/07/2016-08/22/I still have not heard anything regarding this and I do not want to call Navient, because I will only get the run aroundTranslate Desired Resolution / Outcome Desired Resolution: Contact by the business select Desired Outcome: I would like a call back and for Navient to honor what customer relations originally said to me on July, 8th which is that, I paid on 07/07/and I would not have to pay again until August 22ndSince I have already made a payment this month on 08/10/2016, I do not want to have to make another payment on 08/22/to keep from being past due again, when I should not be in the first placePlease do not penalize me as a customer for being given wrong information my someone who works thereI would also like it if you removed my cosigner from the loanEvery time my account is past due because you gave me wrong information and contact him, it makes him feel as though I am not being responsible and that is unacceptableYou can check the records from the past, when it was Sallie Mae, with an exception of last year, I have always paid this loan on timeMy cosigner is years old and has business of his own to take care ofI do not need you calling to harass him because of mistakes you have madeIf you cannot honor this, I will take this higher, because I am tired of dealing with the runaround crap! I have had nothing but issues since you all took over for Sallie Mae and this needs to be the end of it

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have received the letter from Navient dated 11/9/In this letter they state the following "You were enrolled in the Reduced Interest Rate Program with a payment of $per month; however, since your last payment was made on August 21st, 2015, you have been removed from the programThere is also a pending settlement agreement on the account for $12,886.00, which is good until May 31, 2017"This is the first time I have heard about a Reduced Interest Rate Program or a Settlement for $12,I have sent a letter to Navient requesting the terms of this settlement agreement Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I appreciate that the advocate was quick to respond however he stopped contact after to calls with meAlthough we have conflicting work schedules which makes it hard for us to communicate I called and left a message last week, Wednesday April 25th for the advocate to discuss the issues I have been having with NavientI asked that he would return my call Friday May 1st because I was off of work and we could talk about the issue anytime of the day and I didn't hear anything back from himI called Tuesday May 5th again to leave a message as well because I gave him until Monday May 4th and still did not have a message in returnIn the letter I had received in the mail it stated that they would like documented events of when the issues have been taking place however I would think this would be on my account if they would look at it and see itThey claimed that they have not sent anything negative to the credit agency in the last months but that is due to the fact that I am constantly calling to attempt to fix the same issues more times than I should have to with them just to make sure that nothing does go to the credit agency, so of course that has not happenedI am currently "babysitting" my loans that are with Navient to make sure that nothing negative reflects in my credit score and I should not have to do thatThe issue is maintenance of my account which no one seems to be capable of at this point Regards,
